Great place for a breakfast with delicious fresh juice. The combo coffee, fresh orange juice and baguette costs 3.3 euros which is affordable for this neighborhood.

Well, we're in a fairly central area of Madrid, and it's full of tourists... but come on, a glass of orange juice costs 4.50 euros, awful! Expensive for breakfast! But compared to other places, there's a better selection of pastries, sweets, various breads, and so on. The coffee with milk I had seemed a bit watered down, not very substantial.

La camarera preguntó si quería un cappuccino grande o pequeño. Elegí el grande, pero ni siquiera podía imaginar que lo cobrarían como dos pequeños. ¿¡Eso es normal!? ¡Y encima lo sirven en vasos de papel! Me habría salido más barato tomarme un tamaño enorme en Starbucks.

Compre un lonche pero solo tenía un poco de queso y un embutido, sin vegetales ni aderezo y me lo dieron frio. El café no me pareció excepcional, sin embargo se llena mucho de gente, así que tal vez probando otras cosas no esté tan mal. El joven que nos atendió fue muy amable.

Servicio rapido. Buen precio. Hay que mejorar la limpieza del local, la limpieza de los baños, tanto los wc como las papeleras. El suelo del local estaba sucio.

El lugar es muy bonito y tienen variedad para desayunar. Pedí un desayuno de café + tostadas + zumo de naranja, pero como pedí el café grande decidieron cobrarme el mismo precio pero sacarme el zumo, sin consultar si lo quería o no. El pan integral se ve muy bien pero no tiene gusto al comerlo. Y me entregaron solo un envase pequeño de mermelada para dos tostadas grandes, cuando pedí si podían darme uno más pero claramente no era suficiente para la porción de pan grande, me dijeron que me tenían que cobrar extra por más mermelada. Claramente mal calculado y cero empatía con el cliente, al menos podría haberlo consultado con el dueño quien se encontraba en el local.

Esta mañana pedí un cafe y una caña de crema para llevar y al volver a casa ví que la caña tenía manchas negras y grises por la parte de atrás, no se qué será pero ya lo tiré a la basura. La atención de las dependientas aceptable aunque están más pendientes de las conversaciones entre ellas que de los clientes.

Good service, offered a variety of bread yet just less choices than other equivalent Granier for pastries and desserts. Ordered tea and the plate was dirty with something looks like previous chocolate leftover. Understanding the location is on a busy Madrid street, yet the washroom needs to be cleaned regularly please. Its cleanliness simply reflects how clean is the kitchen too. Enough said.

Es una cafetería, no entiendo porque contratan sin formar al personal, ya que lo único que deberán hacer en una cafetería es preparar café a gusto del cliente”. Hoy fui a tomar un simple café con mi pareja y la chica morena nos atendió amablemente al principio, le pedí dos cafés (un solo cortito de café y un cortado corto de café también) no es muy difícil creo yo? Pues la chica nos da la carga entera en la taza… pues cuando nos lo da, le decimos que no nos entendió que lo queríamos corto, que debes de cambiarnos el café como lo queríamos, la chica prosigue a agarrar la taza y tirar el café a dejar el culin solamente. pues mi chico y yo nos reímos en su cara sin hacerle escándalo que lo íbamos hacer pero preferimos dejar una reseña para que alguien superior considere en mejorar el servicio! Dejo aquí la foto de cómo nos dejó los cafés! Una vergüenza. Formar mejor al personal! Y otra cosa que no pueden estar atendiendo a los clientes y contándose entre ellas su vida como si no hubiera nadie a su alrededor. Hoy había dos chicas, una de pelo blanco cortito y una morena.

He pedido una infusión y me la ponen sin azúcar ni cuchara, y con el plato sucio. En cuanto a la atención, he sido casi ignorada y me devuelven muchos céntimos como cambio. No volveré.

Me gustaría encontrar sitios en mi barrio para poner reseñas guays pero no es posible ya que todo lo enfocan al turismo … las tostadas son enanas …. Y eso que son una panadería , cosa que me parece lamentable ya que al final del día tiran mucho pan y lo sabemos todos … te dicen que a la plancha cuando lo que tienen es una tostadora que mi cruasán se quedó en migas … y SOBRE TODO , limpian cuando se acuerdan … estaba el suelo asquero … tremendo … ya no hablamos de precios … ojalá no tengamos ningún problema más como por ejemplo la pandemia … porque van a chapar la mayoría por descuidar a la gente local …. Café grande y una capa pequeña... Casi 6 euros. O sea que el café 5 eurazos, si lo llego a saber me voy al Riojano, la pastelería oficial de la familia real... Menudo timo!

Hay personas que no deberían estar cara al público. No daré detalles pero la camarera de pelo corto blanco es lo más desagradable que he encontrado en años. Ojalá algún responsable lo vea y le dé el puesto a una persona que lo aprecie de verdad... Ya pondré una reclamación en la web porque esa persona degrada la imagen de marca y da verguenza ajena.

One of the worst Graniers I have ever been to! Avoid this place as the food is not fresh, they simply serve you leftovers from the previous day & the service is equally horrible! As a result, we left being hungry & with a spoilt mood for the day! Stay away!

AVOID THIS PLACE...PERIOD!! The girl behind the counter has a MAJOR attitude! Before I could order anything, she told me that l had 10 minutes in that nasty place! Do NOT eat the desserts or whatever they had placed in the window, which looks as if it had been there ALL week! There are WAY better options in Madrid!

Service is a disaster. Was already contemplating a review after very bad attitude from the girl behind the counter. Then when I asked for extra butter for my toast I was told to pay for it (which is fine, but the attitude was terrible). So I went back to my table and only had a €50 euro note. I was going to add two more coffees to the order but when I showed my €50 euro note I got the worst “we cannot change that” with a wagging aggressive finger. I feel she just doesn’t like English people. My wife speaks good Spanish but when she was trying to order the girl kept interrupting speaking fast Spanish. All we wanted was toast and coffee and she even got the order wrong. It’s a nice place and the food is great a - but the attitude of the staff is shocking!! It was the girl behind the counter at 9.15am on Thursday 5th September. The owners will know who she is - she is the bossy aggressive one!!
