Comida espectacular, nos ha encantado. Toda la carta súper buena pinta, nosotros comimos noddles, orecchiete y un bocatin uruguayo. Buenísimo!! Repetiremos.

Nos encantó el sitio, moderno, limpio, ambiente tranquilo y agradable. El personal muy atento y la comida buenísima!! Pedimos un cóctel que estaba increíble. Para repetir!

Celebré mi cumple con 5 amigas allí, y la verdad es que todas quedamos encantadas. El servicio, la comida y el ambiente 10/10. Destacar el servicio del hombre que nos atendió (y que tuvo tanta paciencia con nosotras) que además hacía las camisetas y la cartelería del local con inteligencia artificial, un pasote. Y por supuesto, los noodles con atún. No recordaba la última vez que un plato me había marcado tanto y eso que por mi trabajo voy cada semana a comer a diferentes restaurantes. Probé los noodles con atún hace dos días y aún hoy sigo pensando en su sabor. Increíble. Pienso llevar a todos mis conocidos solo para que lo prueben. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Espectacular! Es de esos sitios en los que comerias todos los dias. Sabores fabulosos, una carta muy apetecible (una pena no poder probar todo) y grandes platos realizados con un gusto formidable. Los noodles de atún imprescindibles, el pollo crunchy muy rico también y los postres una varvaridad. Todo lo que pedimos riquísimo pero si tuviera que prescindir de algo diría que los tiraditos, aunque también están ricos. Servicio exquisito, simpatía y aconsejando, un 10. Relación calidad-precio enorme. Repetiremos y aconsejaremos.

Bueno pues lo que aventuramos se cumplió. Tres veces ya hemos estado en Toga y siguen sorprendiéndonos. Gracias chicos y en especial a Marcos ( Ponferrada Boy) que hace la experiencia más especial si cabe. Trato exquisito, cordial, atento y te aconseja en todo lo que necesites. Gente así te ayuda a disfrutar y a sentirte como en casa. Volveremos a Madrid, volveremos a Toga y volveremos también por Marcos. ———————————— Teníamos ganas de sorprendernos en Toga … y nos concedieron el deseo!!! 😉. Así que ya tenemos pensado volver en nuestro próximo viaje a Madrid. Le pedimos consejo al camarero y su recomendación coincidió con algunos platos que habíamos pensado. El carpaccio de portobello de sabor suave y elegante casa con las texturas de los ingredientes y ese suave sabor a trufa. Los nuddles sencillamente espectaculares y adictivos. El pollo crujiente con un toque picante delicioso y por último el alfajor muy bueno aunque yo no soy de dulce de leche. El servicio atento y agradable. Enhorabuena y os retamos a sorprendernos nuevamente 💪👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Lo primero hablar del servicio: pocos camareros tan amables como el que hemos tenido, un acierto absoluto. Simpáticos, agradables y profesionales. Como restaurante fusión no se puede pedir más. Los sabores super conseguidos. El onigiri de trucha salvaje es una experiencia pero es que las croquetas de pisto son imperdibles. Recomiendo muy mucho los noodles y por supuesto el sashimi con el picante justo como para resultar interesante y no incomodar.

A quiet address in Madrid (pretty unusual to be honest :-) ) with a nice menu and very tasty dishes at a reasonable price (mostly below 20€). Creative mix of flavors between Asian / Italian and local inspiration with a beautiful presentation. Service is quite nice and caring even though food was served before the aperitive drinks. Better to book even during weekdays.

Let’s cut to the chase - the food is sublime. Much appreciation to the chefs/ kitchen team! For an average price point, compared to other fancier places we’ve been to across Spain, we were very pleased with the food and pleasantly surprised with the uniqueness of each dish. The standouts were portobello carpaccio, tuna sashimi pasta, and seaweed/ algae salad. The combination of flavours was perfect, with top notch quality of ingredients, good plating and portions. We also liked the freshness of squid ink in the risotto, which added depth of flavour to it (though admittedly it is on the salty side). The desserts were also delicious, but the mascarpone with pineapple was the perfect ending to complement our meals. As for drinks, we were fine with quality of red wine however underwhelmed with taste of Arikato. On the one hand, service attentiveness can improve. As for location, it is tucked away in a well lit and quiet alley, highly accessible by foot from the main road. Definitely not to be missed when in Madrid!

Fantastic place. The best meal we had in Madrid by FAR! Every dish was incredibly tasty. I wanted to go back on the same day for dinner but my husband said that was a bit desperate. But 4 out of 4 items we had were outstanding and perfect, so I am sure the rest of the menu is 5* (my pictures of the food don't do it justice) The dessert might have been my favourite. Pineapple in syrup with a white chocolate, mascarpone cream, can you imagine how good that is? You can't imagine, you have to try it. Friendly service and the were able to accommodate gluten free bread! Oh and very well priced for the quality!

I’ve been here twice and it’s become one of my favourite restaurants in Madrid. I’ve gone with friends and another time with relatives and they’ve all said how good the place is. The restaurant is pretty small so it’s better to call and make a reservation but if you’re lucky they can accommodate you for walk in. I’ve ordered the tiradito de lubina, pollo a la llama, kimchi noodles and the risotto. The food is so flavourful and delicious!!! My uncle couldn’t stop saying what he loved about the food. Whoever thought of all these dishes, you are amazing!! They’re not small servings but they’re not big either so they’re good enough to share if you order a couple of them. Highly, highly recommend. 11/10.

Generally fantastic. I couldn't recommend this place enough. We came without a reservation and the person greeted us on the door with a genuine smile and squeezed us into a timeslot. The service was wholesome and pleasant without being over the top. The food was sublime. I recommend getting the Tuna Noodles at all costs, genuinely fantastic. Price wise it is also perfectly acceptable. I will return here next time I am in Madrid!

The best meal I have had in Madrid. You must try the tuna noodles. I was mind blown. The staff is incredible and every dish was so unique and amazing. I came back the next day because I had to eat the noodles again. The squid ink risotto was also amazing!!!! The egg and cauliflower was so unique as well. We had 6 dishes and honestly can’t even decide which one I liked the best while writing this review. Every dish was A+ Highly Highly recommend.

Small, modern place with well crafted food. The restaurant was able to accommodate us for an early lunch without an advanced reservation. We had tuna with noodles, crispy chicken, sandwich and squid ink paella. All expertly done!

We went there two nights in a roll for the obvious reason. A Spanish fusion restaurant, do book in advance, they speak good English and provides great recommendations. Butterfish was amazing, the pork chop was nice and crispy. master chef cooking at decent price, best restaurant I experienced in Madrid.

Overall, I think the restaurant is overrated. For a 4.7 rating, I expected most of the dishes to be very delicious. Top recommendation: Tuna Noodles. Everything else I found to be quite average. The Mushroom Carpaccio and Sashimi were both a bit too salty. The Iberian pork was slightly overcooked. The squid risotto lacked flavor and was rather bland. The chili chicken tasted mid, like something I would get at KFC. Other than the tuna noodles, the rest of the dishes fell short. On the positive side, the service was great and the environment was pleasant. However, the food offerings definitely need improvement.

All around good experience the food was good did not love the noodles with tuna though but the mushrooms with truffle and the chipirones risotto were very good. Servers were nice and friendly and decent prices but could have been a bit more reasonable.

The restaurant offers a good variety of fusion dishes in a friendly ambiance. We had duck kebap, noodles with tuna and meat which come with good portions. The alfajor and pineapple desserts were very tasty too. The staff is very attentive - the restaurant is a bit noisy though.

I always enjoy coming back to this restaurant in Madrid. Every time I am in the city, I make sure to visit. Unfortunately, I have always faced the same difficulty: making a reservation. For foreigners, it is not easy. They don’t reply on Instagram, and the email they provide as the official way to book is never answered. Calling is not really an option when you are abroad. This time, I arrived at the restaurant only to be told there was no table available, even though the place was half empty. I explained that I would eat very quickly, as I had a flight to catch, but no table was offered. Up to that point, I could understand. What was disappointing was that, after explaining that I had tried to reserve several times through different channels with no response, the only suggestion I was given was to go to their new restaurant. To my surprise, when I got there, it was closed. I left feeling frustrated, tired, and questioning what kind of treatment such an excellent restaurant gives to its international customers. It is truly a shame.
