Fuimos a cenar por recomendación de un amigo y 10/10 💯. El sitio era bastante pequeño pero muy acogedor y quien nos atendió muy maja. El restaurante estaba hasta arriba y siempre había gente esperando. Pillamos la "Nolan" y la "Mortadela" y ambas estaban buenísimas la masa increíble, con sus bordes crocantes. Aunque igual me quedaría más con la Nolan porque tenía como más sabor. Tenían una variedad amplia de pizzas e ideas muy originales. Tambien cogimos un postre, el "Birramisú de pistacho" que no estaba mal pero igual era mejor haber pillado otro o directamente ninguno. En general me pareció una pizzería muy buena y barata en el centro de Madrid donde merece la pena ir. Lo recomiendo🔝

Recomiendo muchísimo este sitio para comer. Aunque es pequeño, es súper acogedor y tiene un ambiente muy agradable. El servicio al cliente es increíble, son muy educadas, atentas y simpáticas. Las pizzas son de gran calidad. Además, la relación calidad-precio está muy bien. Comimos dos personas por unos 38€ y las pizzas rondan entre 13€ y 17€.

Local acogedor, con poquitas mesas, motivo por el que es bueno reservar. Pizzas deliciosas😌 Son contundentes (pedimos una por cabeza y costó acabarlas). Personal agradable (Gigi es encantadora 🥰). 100% recomendable

Espectacular, de las mejores pizzas que he probado en mi vida, la de los cherries, que tenía un premio de 2023 aún mejor, repetiré en cuanto vuelva a la capital. Los precios muy bien también y la persona que nos atendió muy maja!

Fui por mi cumpleaños. Sencillamente extraordinario, cada bocado era una fantasía. De las mejores pizzas que he probado en años. Easily our favorite restaurant here in Spain!! All the food - starter (arancini), main (mortadella pizza), dessert (ricotta and pistacchio tart), and even drink (tinto de verano) - were to die for. Absolute perfection. Voted best pizza in Spain for a reason. Salvatore was an authentic Napoleon delight. His creations are incredible. Ordered the Nolan pizza- I’ll be thinking about it for a long time. Don’t miss the pumpkin Arancini. I may come back to Spain just for this meal.

Incredible pizza! Thin crispy base and a pillowy crust. Great selection of flavours and they modified ours to make them vegetarian. Would definitely recommend. Staff really welcoming too. We had no reservation and were able to walk in on a Saturday night.

After a long deliberation with our group on where we should go eat our first meal in Madrid, we decided on Lab84 and it was a fantastic decision. This hidden gem instantly takes you to the vibes of italy with the first bites of the Arancini which was absolutely delicious! Both cheesy breads were great appetizers as well. We all ordered our own Pizzas and each of them were cooked to perfection. Each pizza was unique and had tasted amazing. Can’t go wrong with any of the options. At the end of the meal, the owner offered us free limoncello shots in which we cheered off to a great meal!

I had the pleasure of dining at Lab 84 in Madrid with my family tonight, and it was an outstanding experience! We ordered two Margherita pizzas and one with Burrata, and the quality was truly remarkable. The owner, Salvatore, makes everything on-site and takes immense pride in his work and the service he offers. This place deserves all the love from the people of Madrid and tourists alike. We indulged in the Croquetas de boletus, Lab84 Pizza, Burrata pizza, and Tiramisu de pistacho, all of which were exquisite and served in generous portions. Utilizing The Fork's offer, our bill totaled approximately 41 EUR, inclusive of drinks. It's an ideal spot for Italian fast food, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely catch-up with friends over drinks. While the seating may be limited and not particularly plush, the quality of food is commendable, and the prices are wallet-friendly.

Sicily style pizza, with superb pizzas and other dishes. We had: 1. Mushroom croquettes - delicious! 2. Honey chilly bread - good but no need if you order pizzas 3. Genovese pizza (First One on the menu) - we liked it the best. 4. Nolan pizza (second) - very good if you like truffles 😊 5. Dessert: ricotta and pear tart - was good but different than we expected. Still, special flavors. With drinks, for 3 people we paid 66 eur including tip. 22 Eur each is not cheap but not too expensive either. The service was a bit slow at first but everything is freshly made so make sure you're not starving. The place itself is really nice, pleasant and feels "artsy". The only feedback I have is that the music that was played was a bit annoying - not the music itself but rather the speaker that had no base in the sound. If was on the hight tones 🙂 Other than that everything was perfect!

Hemos llegado allí tras leer varias opiniones. El sitio es pequeño y si vas sin reserva puedes no cenar o como nos ha pasado a nosotros, son las 20.30 , si acabáis a las 21.15 si podéis quedaros. Hemos probado dos pizzas, tartufo y una de gambas y bueno... Ricas pero extrañas, un sabor poco común. Y un pan de ajo al que para nuestro gusto le faltaba un poquito de ajo.

Fuimos a Lab84 buscando pizzas diferentes a las habituales y la experiencia fue en general positiva. El local es pequeño pero acogedor, con un ambiente agradable. Probamos la ensalada de burrata, que estaba muy buena, y varias pizzas: la cuatro quesos con granada sorprende con un toque distinto, la Gamberi destaca por su sabor y originalidad, y la de mortadella estaba correcta. Un punto a favor es la generosa cantidad de ingredientes, algo que se agradece. Como aspectos a mejorar, la masa de las pizzas no termina de estar a la altura del resto: crujiente, pero algo floja en comparación con otras opciones. Además, cuando nos tomaron la comanda, la chica que nos atendió nos preguntó hasta tres veces por los platos que habíamos pedido, lo que restó algo de fluidez y acabó afectando un poco a la experiencia en conjunto. En cualquier caso, una propuesta interesante si estás por la zona y te apetece probar algo diferente.

Espacio pequeño con mesas un poco apretadas y con una decoración muy básica. Bastante al estilo de las pizzerias italianas en Italia. El personal atento nos consiguió una mesa pese a estar reservada dándonos un tiempo prudencial para comer cosa que se cumplió. Se agradece esa proactividad. La masa de las pizzas muy buena y suave. Pedimos una Logan y una Gamberi. Nos gustó mucho más la Gamberi. Más sabrosa con las gambas bien repartidas y suficientes. En la Logan el trufado probablemente se comía al resto de ingredientes y no encontramos las salsichas especialmente gustosas. Nos tomamos un par de cervezas Messina que tiene un toque de sal y que ya conocemos de haber visitado Sicilia. Hay algún otro plato en la carta además de las más de diez variedades de pizza pero no pudimos ni probar postres ya que la pizza llena mucho puesto que van muy cargadas todas ellas.

Pedí para llevar una pizza de jamón y queso y la verdad que estaba bastante rica. Para el precio que costaba (también es verdad que la pillé con promoción), merecía la pena. Tal vez la pizza individual es un poco pequeña ya que me quedé con hambre

Teníamos reserva a una hora y al final nos dieron la mesa 45 minutos más tarde, por lo demás bien, restaurante pequeño pero suficiente para cenar, las pizzas muy ricas y los empleados muy amables

La pizza no está mal pero las he comido mejores. El servicio excepcional y el lugar sencillo pero un poco ruidoso porque había una mesa grande.

La comida como siempre que he ido excelente, el trato sin embargo regular, éramos una mesa de 5 nos dieron la posibilidad de pagar por separado y cuatro pagaban en tarjeta y yo llevaba efectivo, no me quiso coger la chica el dinero , le dije q no era la primera vez que iba y nunca había tenido problema en hacerlo así, y se hacía la tonta ni me miraba mientras le hablaba.
