Festejo de cumpleaños fenomenal 🎂 La comida estuvo espectacular. Pedimos la pizza, las ostras y el tomahawk: todo en su punto, con mucho sabor y una presentación cuidada. El servicio fue excelente, muy atentos en todo momento, especialmente Ali, que nos hizo sentir súper cómodos. Sin duda, un sitio al que volver. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10.

Excelente experiencia junto a la Puerta de Alcalá. Fui con mi pareja y compartimos un excelente micuit con frutas del bosque.y mermelada de naranja amarga, unos corazones de alcachofas muy ricos y un solomillo escpectacular. Solo le puedo poner una pega, si acaso... el vino blanco que pedimos, una botella de O Luar do Sil no estaba suficientemente frío, algo que no debería suceder en un establecimiento de esta categoría y con un precio de los vinos algo excesivo. Por contra, he de señalar que los cocteles que tomamos, un Lady Madrid y un Whisky Sour estaban deliciosos.

Vengo de Paris y lo que acabo de probar en este restaurante supera mucho lo bien que pude comer allá! Sencillamente sin palabras, que buena cocina y que buena atención! Todo de primera calidad! Súper recommended! Ángel Soto se encargó de nosotros de una manera increíble, excelente recomendaciones y muy profesional!

El sitio es un buen lugar conocido y de fácil acceso. Nos encantó la atención tan personalizada y atenta que tuvieron con nosotros. A tal punto que cuando la copa de vino estaba acabándose venía un “maitre” y nos servía nuevamente, esos detalles se agradecen y elevan la experiencia. La comida muy deliciosa y la presentación muy detallada y curiosa. Un detalle que valoro mucho, fue la historia de Ramsés en el menú, te invita a viajar con la historia que es una maravilla! Un lugar para seguir descubriendo, ya que tiene varios ambientes que te invitan a viajar gastronómicamente.

Antes de hablar de la comida, os digo que el sitio es estupendo! Siempre abierto, siempre excelente, siempre te saca de cualquier compromiso, el sitio ideal. Me encanta! Todo es estupendo , nos atendieron Virginia e Ismael, 2 criaturas celestiales y con una sonrisa y conocimiento de la carta absoluto! Un 19 para ellos otro para la casa! Y otro para mi amiga que se ocurrió quedar aquí! Super Cool stuff, os dejo unas fotos!

100% recomendable! Lógicamente el precio, dado la zona (plenas vistas a la Puerta de Alcalá) es algo elevado, pero da gusto pagarlo si la comida es de la calidad que es y la atención es como la de Ismael, que estuvo atento a nosotros en todo momento. Yo siempre digo que de hacer las cosas, hay que hacerlas bien, e Ismael es la prueba de ello. Volveremos a Madrid, seguro, y por supuesto al Ramses! Recomiendo 100% el steak tartar y el pulpo a la brasa, muy bueno! Además de que los alérgenos está muy bien señalados (cosa importante ya que mi mujer es celíaca), y debo de destacar que pedimos pan sin gluten y no nos lo cobraron, detalle de 10!!

Todo el personal es encantador y muy servicial. Da gusto ver tan buen servicio al cliente y variedad de estancias. La terraza es muy acogedora incluido en invierno y ves la Puerta de Alcalá. Estuvimos en el salón donde suele haber espectáculo flamenco. Elegimos el menú de San Valentín y fue todo un acierto. Platos elaborados, decoración estupenda ...una velada inolvidable gracias a todo el equipo. Estamos deseando repetir y probar otros platos y lugares Mil Gracias 🫂😊

Fabulous food. The most tender filet I've ever had. Med rare was probably more to the rare side if you are from the states. But it eas so tender abd quality beef. Didn't see any by the glass wine selections. Our server was spot on once I explained what I like in my wine choice. Asked about food allergies up front, well done! There were 5 in our party. Great venue on the terrazzo, wonderful food, fantastic service. 285euro for 5 with drinks, wine, 6 dishes and dessert that we shared.

The food and service were absolutely amazing! Every staff member was so polite and made us feel genuinely welcome. My friend and I don’t speak Spanish, so it was a huge relief that the staff spoke English fluently. They even went out of their way to explain parts of the menu that confused us, which we really appreciated. I usually never order chicken at restaurants because I’m so picky about how it’s cooked, but I decided to take a chance, and I’m so glad I did! It was grilled to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce and potatoes paired so well with it, and the grilled broccoli had just the right amount of crunch. Every bite was so good, I cleaned the plate haha. My only complaint was that, since we were seated outside, several people in the same dining area were smoking while eating. My friend has asthma, so even though the open-air seating helped disperse the smoke, we could still smell it, and it was pretty bothersome. I understand that smoking in public areas is common in Spain, and it makes sense that people felt comfortable doing it. However, as Americans, we’re not used to people smoking while dining at a restaurant, and it definitely made our experience less enjoyable.

There’s indoor and outdoor seating with most people opting to be outside where they can smoke. Service is friendly and professional with English speaking servers. After a late lunch we wanted to eat light. We shared the spinach salad with mango, orange, and avocado and the fried artichokes. Both were tasty.

Really nice vibe here and great food! Service was always around checking if everything was good so they take care of every detail! My fave was the colmenillas and tartufo pizza, the cocktails were so good! Around 23:30 people start dancing and the ambience gets even better while a dj is playing! Highly recommend

Another accidental pit-stop due to the fact that all good restaurants in Madrid get opened for dinner from 8PM only. We had to meet friends with kids earlier, so checked out Ramses, which does look touristic, but which was near + open + had a big table for us. The vibe was quite vibrant, loud music and a lit of people, but we got the snacks (jamon and croquetas were outstanding, which was not a surprise btw). They did now have tomahawk, but the rest was available and was okay. We had a nice dinner in the center of Madrid - when we wanted that, so thanks Ramses for that!)))

I recently had lunch at Ramses, Puerta de Acala, with a nice view to the monument. The atmosphere at the terrace was casual and the staff very friendly. Loved the Ceviche Peruano, it was tangy and full of flavor. Overall a very good experience with prices for main course at around €25 - €35.

A lovely lunch at Ramses. You are in the big roundabout but you don’t feel it thanks to the vegetal decor. Food and cocktails were good, our main waitress was kind. The rest a bit average. A lovely lunch… until this group of old guys arrived with their cigars, smoking in my face, and no one to care while lying to my face they would ask them to stop. Very unpleasant. Not enough premium experience for a 60€ lunch.

Bueno a ver lo q a priori parecia un top ten me resultó mas de postureo q otra cosa. Para ir a copas está chulisimo pero para cenar la verdad es q aunque la comida esta correcta llega a la mesa fria. Hemos pasado la peor Nochevieja ever. El menú no era nada barato, pero creo que han cogido más gente de la que podían atender. Mientras esperábamos la comida nos comimos pan y vino. El servicio fatal. La comida estaba fría porque los camarrros daban 20 vueltas con el mismo plato por todo el restaurante. No volvería nunca aquí.

Pésima experiencia, demasiado tiempo para traer la bebida, música excesivamente alta, mucho frío durante la cena, el aperitivo no es gratis a pesar de ofrecerlo por gentileza, demasiado tiempo esperando la comida y llegó templada, casi fría. La tarta de queso ni tiene nada que ver con las fotos en sus redes sociales, lo que sirvieron parecía un pudding de toffe en vez de tarta de queso como se puede apreciar en las fotos. No volveremos ni lo recomendamos.

Unfortunately, my experience was below standard for a venue that presents itself as “luxury.” We were seated outside, and while service was initially average, the overall handling of the night felt disorganized and dismissive. Around 1:35 AM, we were abruptly asked to close our checks and leave. There was no prior notice or verbal reminder that the bar was closing. When I politely asked if we could order one final drink—pointing out we had not been informed earlier—the response was simply “no, not possible,” with no attempt to offer a reasonable alternative or any customer-focused resolution. A manager later acknowledged that it is the server’s responsibility to warn guests about closing procedures, and it was clear that had not happened—yet there was still no effort to make the situation right beyond pushing us out. What made the experience worse: as we were leaving, one member of our group realized her Chanel bag was missing. Instead of empathy or help, a bartender repeatedly pressured us to leave, even as we explained we were actively searching for a valuable personal item. The lack of compassion and basic assistance was honestly demoralizing. For a place aiming for a premium reputation, this level of communication, professionalism, and guest care was unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Horrible food. Michelin recommended for some pizza that could’ve perfectly been frozen. Insane prices for very bad food. Touristic spot but 24 euros for a pizza is insane. Wouldn’t go there knowing in the street behind there way better an actually authentic restaurants. Croquetas look good but lack flavour don’t taste like jamón at all.

The place is nice and has a good atmosphere, but the prices are ridiculously high. I paid €31 for three glasses of red wine and one dessert. In Madrid, you can have a proper meal for that price, and even for cocktails, there are much better options.
