I bought a large strawberry banana smoothie and it wasn’t even close to being filled up all the way. I asked the manager to fill it up a bit more and he said that’s how the machine made the smoothies in an aggressive tone.

This used to be my go-to McD's! Over the past year, it has become terrible. They're understaffed, undertrained, and underpaid and the quality of what you get reflects that. Food sizes have decreased while prices have increased. Food is often cold, especially fries. Burgers/sandwiches are almost always prepared incorrect, especially if you're ordering special for kids. Nuggets have misshapen, inedible pieces mixed in. Drinks are filled with ice instead of the beverage. Sauces, napkins, and utensils are not provided unless asked for multiple times. Staff will regularly abandon you in the middle of ordering and/or picking up your food. Staff will often give you dirty looks for daring to try and correct problems or ask for items your order is missing. Even then, the problem is usually not fixed and/or you never get the items you asked for, no matter how long you idle in the drive-thru waiting. I get that this is McDonald's fast food, but this bad even for them. I recommend people skip this location and, maybe, skip the McDonald's altogether. Because it seems like this is becoming the norm rather than the exception. It's a shame.

I came here spent almost $14 dollars and when I walked up and asked for bbq sauce they said it would be 29 cents so unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy the food, so bcuz of that I rate food 1 star and that also goes along with service 1 star.... which made the atmosphere shitty for me so 1 star!

They never put the chicken nuggets in the $5 chicken sandwich meal! I'm tired of this! Every time I get home and I'm ready to eat, the nuggets are missing! Not fair!

I was on my way to order a nice meal from there when I was ignored at the drivethru as they take other ppl’s orders on the other line. It was one young male voice who was on the line and didn’t return to take my order as 4-6 ppl had their orders taken. Personally hurt as I regularly go there. Poor customer service as I tried to call the manager of this situation and didn’t receive an apology or clear explanation of what had happened.

I gave these guys way more chances than they deserved. A big mac, the most signature sandwich of mcdonalds. Why was it cold and stale THREE TIMES IN A ROW?!? This is assembly line food with more preservatives than spices. Do they just make everything in the morning and let it sit out all day? How do you manage to actively be serving this? It’s unheard of, it is unprecedented, it is ground breaking how bad these people are at serving food and with a terrible attitude on top. I get the attitude but c’mon. Why do you keep serving cold stale burgers? No other place does that. It’s like they’re trying to fail.

Everyone including myself waited more then 15 minutes for our food. One lady waited 30 minutes. Another lady wanted her money back for waiting so long. Another customer wanted an extra cup for waiting so long . Which they did not give her. They were too focused on the customers in the drive threw. There was a long line to take orders inside and no one there to take them. I requested a plan cheese burger for my child's happy meal but it had everything in it and we couldn't wait another 20 minutes for it to be replaced. Other then that the place was clean and the food was good.

Really bad service, I ordered a frappe with no whip cream and he gave with whip on it and I asked him to for no whip cream and he threw the top part and some amount of frappe and gave me the same! But when I asked him he mentioned that he made it new! And he in just few seconds! And he was so rude and impoliteness answers! Every time I go that store worry about only known people and looks so racism!

The Hispanic lady in drive thru with red or brown curly hair was very rude andvyelling because I asked for no salt . She messed up my order. I want the camera reviewed by upper management to ensure their not tampering with food. I'm never coming back.

Employees are rude. Line was out the door before a second employee opened a register. She was wiping the trays and kept looking at the growing number of customers. I ordered a medium fries and was given a pathetic box of fries, which was really the equivalent of small. Asked Haydee if this was medium fries and she answered, "Ah, yeah.", and didn't bother replacing it. Wasn't in the mood to make a big deal of the situation, but darn it, they're getting a one-star review from me.
