En el Ribs de la calle Abada salimos encantados, la comida está espectacular, de esas que huelen a barbacoa de verdad y saben incluso mejor, pero lo que de verdad marcó la diferencia fue la atención de Paula, que estuvo de diez en todo momento, súper amable, rápida y pendiente de cada detalle; da gusto cuando nos atienden tan bien, así que volveremos sin duda porque sitios como éste, con buena comida y mejor trato, se agradecen mucho en pleno centro de Madrid.

Fui con mi pareja a probar con las expectativas altas por lo que habíamos leído en internet y la verdad es que las superaron con creces. El ambiente es espectacular y la comida de una calidad inmejorable. El trato de todo el personal fue buenísimo, muy atentos en todo momento y considerados con los clientes. Con nosotros estuvo más tiempo Paula, super amable y agradable. El precio merece la pena por todo lo anterior (entrante, dos burguers, refrescos y postre por 50 euros). Un 12/10 el sitio, primera vez y seguro que no será la última.

One more incredible restaurant in Madrid! It offers food from Texas and Mexico. We drank some nice beers and sangria and ate 2 lovely types of steaks, a portion of explosing good fahitas and the best ribs ever!!! Afterwards we had some pretty neat cakes, brownies and the most incredible american pancaces! I highly recommend it.

Had a great dinner here at Ribs! They did the Bday Dance 💃🏽 for a party here. They did a line dance and sang out loud “! Billy was our server and he had great customer service and took good care of us! Atmosphere is fun and the food is BIG !! Madrid Female Soccer ⚽️ Team on the Big Screens here and took down Italy 3-1!

Muy buen lugar para comer una hamburguesa, una buena carne, unos nachos o comida Texana en general, con una cerveza, con amigos y viendo un partido. Personal amable y la comida muy buena.

Restaurante de comida americana amplio y con facil acceso sin reserva. Con muy buena atención por parte de Paula que estuvo atenta en todo momento. La comida muy rica. Recomendable.

Lovely place. It really gives you a southern American restaurant vibe. We enjoyed the music and the food. The service was good. The floor looked a bit dirty in some places and filled with grease but overall it was nice.

A place with a great vibe but a mixed experience overall. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has a very inviting atmosphere, and the staff was friendly. The fries were a real highlight – perfectly crispy and delicious. However, the main courses were a letdown. Both the ribs and the burger had an unbalanced flavor that didn't quite hit the mark. We also faced a very long wait for our food to arrive after ordering. Considering the quality of the mains and the somewhat restrictive policy of allowing only one sauce, the prices felt a bit high. It's a spot with good potential, but the food needs to match the lovely ambiance.

Bastante decepcionado ya que leyendo las reseñas espera algo bastante mejor. El servicio es bastante pésimo pésimo para que nos dieran la bebida tardaron cerca de 20 minutos con el local parte arriba medio vacío, alguna mesa más se levantó y se fue por la actitud de una camarera. la comida tampoco se lucieron venía a propósito por las costillas y de sabor están buenas pero venían templadas tirando a frías estuve a punto de devolverás pero creo que me harían esperar 30 mas. Nachos normalitos, no lo recomiendo y no volveré a este local

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I clearly stated to the staff that I do not eat pork for personal/dietary reasons. Despite this explicit instruction, I was served a plate of pork ribs. When the dish arrived, I was skeptical and specifically asked the server, "Is this steak?" They looked at the plate and assured me it was steak. Trusting their word, we began eating. It was only after we had finished half the dish that our original waiter returned, realized the massive error, and admitted it was actually pork. The level of unprofessionalism here is staggering: • Safety/Dietary Ignorance: Serving a customer exactly what they said they cannot eat is a major health and service failure. • Dishonesty: Being told a dish is "steak" when it is clearly pork suggests the staff either doesn't know the menu or was being intentionally misleading. • Poor Management: Attempting to simply "change the food" after we had already consumed half of a prohibited item does not fix the situation; the damage was already done. If you have any dietary restrictions or expect basic professional standards, do not eat here. The staff is careless and the service is completely unreliable

Probably the first time I’ve been this disappointed by a restaurant. First of all, struggling to communicate in English at an American restaurant was honestly a joke. We ordered two burgers, which took literally 30 minutes to prepare, even though the place was almost empty. When the burgers finally arrived, they were undercooked and mostly raw inside. The cheese on top wasn’t even melted. We somehow managed (with a mix of English and Spanish) to explain this to the waiter, and they took our plates back to recook the burgers. After that, the meat turned out dry—which was expected after being cooked twice. Also, all of our fries were gone when the plates came back. (We had already eaten about half before sending them back, but the rest just disappeared.) xD Totally disappointed with both the service and the food. The only positive was the restaurant’s interior design, which really resembled a Texas steakhouse.
