This was our last dinner on our vacation in Spain before we head back home. We had such a delicious meal and a very positive experience. I’m vegan and finding vegan food while traveling is hard in general, but especially in non-vegan places where my family prefers to eat. This restaurant was wonderful and the vegetable paella was absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal and dessert and the service was wonderful. We decided at the last minute to go out to dinner on a Saturday night and the staff were so accommodating and made getting a reservation super easy. It’s a shame we’re leaving Spain or we’d certainly come back again
For our last dinner in Madrid, we tried this small Spanish-Filipino restaurant called Arco Pinoy, a restaurant in the middle of Madrid that is jointly owned by a Spanish and a Filipino. The chef was from Marikina and the server was an Italian scholar/full time student at University of Europe. The food was very good and tasty. The Paella and Gambas were very traditional and Spanish style. The Pinoy dishes did not disappoint and were also very very good. The crispy pata was very crunchy and juicy inside. The lumpia and sinigang were just like how I imagined them when I ate at Marikina. The combination of dishes complimented each other. We also received excellent service from the friendly crew. We enjoyed our experience very much and I highly recommend this place.
El Arco Pinoy is a place where I want to go back and taste their other delicious dishes when I had the chance to visit Madrid again. The workers were really kind to me and my brother, we had a great time and a nice chat with them. I also can't miss the opportunity to mention about the paella with squid ink - OMG! That was the best paella I've tasted in a while. It was delicious and by the end of it we were almost licking our plates haha Special shoutout to their tropical salad - a mix of asian cuisine with a tangy and sweet flavour making it all extra special. I absolutely recommend this place if you want to have a great meal in Madrid. And if you're looking for a nice paella - this is the right place!
We went here at around 9pm to have dinner. This restairant offers Spanish and Filipino cuisine. Food quality - the food was cooked and prepared fresh. The food were still hot when served. We only ordered Filipino cuisine as we miss it since we lived in EU. Service -the server was good. She is able to speak a little Engliah which did not gave difficulty communicating. We were able to be sitted as soon as we went in since it is not a busy time. She took our order immediately and within 10 minutes thw food was starting to come. Price -the price was reasonable given that this is in the heart of Spain. The price as compared to the food was worth it. The menu also shows the price hence no surprise when the bill comes out. Overall, I would highly recommend to Filipino's visiting Madrid to try this place and have a taste of Philippines in the heart of Madrid.
Other restaurants needed reservation or long waits, this place wasn’t too busy and we got seated really fast. For an appetizer we got bread. Though, not sure if it was just a problem with a batch, but our bread really tasted raw. It tastes as if it wasn’t properly baked. Other than that, we had paella here and it was really good! The sangria was really good too, but it probably had more fruits inside than the sangria itself (but still was delicious).
Can’t believe I never knew about this place that serves amazing Filipino food! We had sisig, tocilog and kare-kare. Very delicious and the service was great! They can tailor to your request, my friend wanted turon which is a friend banana in a spring roll. Theirs had jackfruit inside but since she doesn’t like jackfruit, they were able to make one just with banana! Please go here when you can - and if you wanna experience good Filipino food!!
There was a guy outside the restaurant and he convinced us the restaurant serves good food. When we went in, we were greeted by Alex and Manuel and both are very friendly. Nice and cozy, food is pretty good too. Paella was very tasty and Jamon was delicious. Gambas was a little small but nice burnt garlic taste
Fabulous little hidden gem in Madrid centre. Don’t miss this one! Paella is first class. Service is friendly and efficient and definitely value for money.

Interesting Spanish and Filipino restaurant. We stumbled on this restaurant on our way to the Prado Museum. It has two menus: Spanish and Filipino food. According to the waitress, the Filipino cooks …
El Arco Pinoy is ideally located being just a short walk from the Plaza Mayor. We enjoyed a fabulous black rice paella following anchovies and olives tapas. The service was excellent.

Not what we were expecting...we ordered 2 glasses of white wine, was poured maybe 100ml for 3.50 euro. Told him I'm not paying that much for that little, so got topped up a bit more. Ordered the octopus as it was highly recommended, but never arrived. The chicken and seafood paella was good, fair amount of seafood but for 34 euros, it wasn't outstanding. There was no Filipino food on the menu, as suggested from previous Google reviews, which was disappointing. Being a Sunday night, there wasn't much open, but I would walk further to find something better.
Service is terrible, food is disgusting, the women who runs the place is rude and really expensive Missed half of the meals and wouldn’t take it off the bill Avoid at all costs.
