Visitar Tempu ha sido una experiencia verdaderamente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento se percibe la pasión y el cuidado en cada detalle, tanto en la atención de su equipo como en la propuesta gastronómica que nos ofrece su chef y propietario Miguel Valdivieso. La cocina sorprende con creatividad, equilibrio y una clara identidad, logrando que cada plato sea un viaje de sabores perfectamente ejecutados. La calidez del servicio, sumada a la impecable puesta en escena, hacen que la experiencia sea completa y memorable. No es casualidad que Tempu ya forme parte de la Guía Michelin, pero estoy convencido de que, con la excelencia y consistencia que lo caracterizan, está más que preparado para aspirar a una merecida estrella Michelin. 👏 Felicidades a Miguel Valdivieso y a todo su equipo por regalarnos una experiencia gastronómica única en Madrid.

Local muy agradable y cálido donde disfrutar comida peruana con un toque de vanguardia. No es para todos los bolsillos, pero derocha calidad y buen hacer. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Ayer cenamos por primera vez en este restaurante y la verdad es que nos gustó mucho todo. Platos sabrosos y bien elaborados. Tomamos croqueta líquida de ají de gallina, sanwichito chino-criollo, bombita de arroz con pato, 1/2 de lomo saltado, dos 1/2 ceviches y un postre. Todo fabuloso. La atención es muy buena y el local bonito. Un sitio muy recomendable.

Este restaurante peruano es una muy buena opción para probar los auténticos sabores del país andino con un toque de modernidad y creatividad. Está recomendado en la Guía Michelin y Repsol. El servicio en general es muy bueno, con camareros atentos y recomendando algunas opciones de la carta, lo único que entre alguno de los platos hubo una espera algo más larga de lo normal. Todo lo que pedimos estaba fantástico, de tapas probamos la croqueta líquida de ají de gallina, la bomba de pato y arroz y el sanguchito. Luego no podíamos dejar de pedir los ceviches, en este caso fueron dos 1/2; uno clásico y otro norteño un poquito más picante 🌶️. Para compartir probamos el lomo saltado tradicional, también media ración y estaba muy rico y sabroso. De postre compartimos uno que le llaman Tierra de Incas que lleva chocolate, trufas, helado y espuma de lúcuma. Un sitio muy recomendable y con un precio de unos 47€/persona con todo lo que pedimos (incluyendo una cerveza y una chicha morada)

Todo perfecto, nos encantó. Fui con mis padres, que nunca habían probado la comida peruana, y me dijeron que era la mejor cena que habían tenido en Madrid —y eso que vienen a visitarme varias veces al año. De entrante pedimos la yuca y la causa; de principal, el pato, los ñoquis y la corvina. De postre compartimos “La tierra del Inca”, más que suficiente para los tres, y estuvo espectacular. La atención fue buenísima también: todos muy atentos y amables. Muy recomendable!

Muy delicioso! Delicious Peruvian food, nice decor and vibes. Everything was delicious and slightly unexpected. The mashed yuca was different than I’ve had- was more like a croquette- but still good. The Amazonian ceviche had a strong flavorful turmeric sauce but it went very well with the fish. The beef tenderloin was well cooked and rich flavors as well. Left very satisfied. My only issue was the staff chose USD instead of EUR for payment booo

Amazing ceviche! It's the first thing I say because it's main thing you should know. We were a group of five, and got seated at a very nice round table that felt almost private. I mentioned the ceviche already, but everything else was reeaally good as well. Thw service was great, they were always explaining what the dishes were when bringing them. I had the purple chicha and the corn one, very unique flavors, I likes them both but I think the corn chicha is more special.

Great food experience. We ordered 4 starters, 2 ceviches and 2 mains for 5 people and the portions were incredibly big. Every dish looked colorful and tasted unique. I especially enjoyed the green ceviche and the langostinos ceviche.

We did the chef’s tasting menu with an additional tapas. Really unique flavors. It is seafood oriented with several meat options. Great, affordable wine list. Excellent service. The black scallop, mussels in toffee sauce and cod confit really stood out. Make a recommendation, highly recommended.

Nice Peruvian restaurant in Madrid. We went for their dégustation menu with wine pairing (65+30 euros). This was wow! Great discovery of Peruvian dishes with sea food (sea bass, mussel, scallops) and pork. The ratio quality price is very high! The ceviche was the highlight and a big coup de cœur of this menu in seven rounds.

Tampu is an absolute must-visit for anyone looking to experience exceptional Peruvian cuisine in Madrid. Every dish I tried was amazing and unique, full of bold flavors and creativity. Even something as simple as plain rice had an incredible taste and aroma, showing the attention to detail in every element of the meal. Two standout dishes for me were the shrimp dish, which was perfectly balanced and full of flavor, and the chocolate dessert, which was simply divine. Every bite was a delight! I highly recommend taking the tasting menu—it’s the best way to experience the depth and variety of flavors that Tampu offers. Whether you’re a fan of Peruvian food or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is a must. Can’t wait to return!

This restaurant js wonderful with very smiling staff and amazing aromatic food. All ceviche da worth trying, each one unique in its own way, for instance ceviche verto norteño surprises with its coriander flavour and corvina a lo macho whit its rich seafood. When it comes to main courses, cuello de cerdero melts in your mouth and pachamanca de picantón kills with its richness in different spices. Comida muy buena, a destacar sobre todo el ceviche clásico, el mejor que mi pareja y yo hemos probado antes sin dudarlo. Como punto negativo la cantidad-precio en los entrantes, un poco escasos a nuestro parecer.

La comida está muy buena, el ceviche algo escaso de corvina. La atención es genial, te van trayendo los platos a buen ritmo. No me hace mucha gracia la mesa alargada, en la que prácticamente te sientas al lado de un desconocido.

El pan con chicharrón esta espectacular lo recomiendo 100%. El tiradito y los pisco sours buenisimo! El lomo saltado tambien muy rico. Lo unico que no fue tanto de mi agrado fue el aji de gallina, que sabia mas a curry que aji amarillo.

Muy buena experiencia en términos generales. No le doy 5 estrellas porque nos ubicaron en una mesa del fondo donde casi no hay ambiente como en la entrada, adicional los 3 platos que pedimos para compartir (ceviche, ñoquis y pescado a lo macho) vienen en una misma base de salsas, que no le quita lo rico pero es a base de salsas. Las medias porciones funcionan muy bien cuando quieres probar varias cosas pero son generosas, queríamos ir por un 4to plato pero nos recomendaron cancelar el último por si ya nos sentíamos llenas y fue un total acierto. Recomendable.

Fantastic Food, Room for Improvement in Service The culinary experience was outstanding—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. However, we encountered a minor inconvenience regarding handbag storage. As a group of four women, we found it challenging to find a suitable place for our handbags, as the chairs lacked hooks or designated spaces. We requested to be moved to a table with sofas, which provided a more comfortable dining experience. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to consider offering solutions for guests with personal items, such as providing special bag chairs or adding hooks to the tables. And storage for coats as well. This small enhancement could significantly improve the overall dining experience. Despite this, the exceptional quality of the food makes me eager to return and explore more of the menu.

Encontré algún plato como el cangrejo algo salado, demasiada costra frita y poca carne. El ceviche es ceviche, pero creo que demasiada salsa Ñoquis: muy ricos los calamares, pero los ñoquis son ñoquis El ají : demasiada salsa, no sé si llevaba nata o no, pero me resultó algo espesa, aunque rica mezclada con el arroz Me hubiera encantado poder poner una mejor puntuación porque el personal fue amable y el servicio fue bueno. Pero realmente no pude sorprenderme con ningún plato. Quizá mi gusto sea menos de este tipo de cocina y más de la asiática. There were no authentic Peruvian flavors here. We liked the experimentation and fusion. However, we found the results to mostly be disappointing. The ceviche and the lucuma ice cream with chocolate were the high points. Even though the "classic" ceviche they served was green and with cilantro, which is not classic at all. The botija olive sauce seemed bad and contaminated, but maybe it was made with burnt salt. The ají de gallina didn't have shredded chicken and the sauce was not the right flavor. The raspberry sorbet was also excellent. The tiradito was strange. The red tuna was amazing. The sauce and other flavors used didn't add to it.

Sadly, the food wasn’t good enough. The service was very kind and nice but some of the dishes was just not good. The 2 ceviche dishes was the only good dishes. The dressers was just bad! Felt like form very old and bad bakery - dry and not tasty.

Disappointing experience overall. Although the food itself wasn’t bad, the service really wasn’t up the standards one would expect in this upscale restaurant. The waiter who took our order was lovely but unfortunately we didn’t see him again during our meal… the other members of staff were just leaving plates and that’s about it. No one asked how our meal was… The wait between each course was very long when the restaurant was pretty much empty which made no sense. The lomo saltado came luke warm and lacked sauce but we were too hungry to send it back after waiting for so long after the ceviche.. The plates were all full of stains (we sent one back), they really should upgrade their dishwasher.. we told one of the waiters who seemed indifferent and did not apologise. The panel between tables was full of dust and the toilet could also do with some renovations. For all the above, I would not go back and would not recommend it either.

i wish i could give 0 star. The food was delicious but i got FOOD POISONING!! Started to vomit 3h after this meal. i was forced to learn how to find doctors and get injections in Spain. Had to cancel my travel plans to recover :(
