Wagamama is our go to place after work! We come for the amazing cocktails made by our favorite bartender, Hannah. She is always so friendly and attentive, and most importantly she never misses her cocktails. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a drink a little while ago and sat with Hannah at the bar. She made me a Thai Chili Margarita and I really loved it! The happy hour bites are a pretty good steak if you’re looking for a little nibble. Over all had a great experience and will be back!

Chicken Katsu curry with extra sauce. Doesn’t get any better. 5 stars.

This place is perfect—beyond excellent! The service was great; our waiter, Zack, was super nice and always attentive. We tried the sake sampler, which was wonderful, and the ramen was incredible (they even had a duck version!). The fried calamari was the best I’ve ever had. The head chef actually came to our table and recommended a couple of dishes, which made for a great experience. I had the chicken curry and loved every bite—it truly warmed my soul! I recommend Wagamama 100%

Delicious ramen on a surprisingly rainy and cold late summer day. Lunch special is a decent value. It’s a low key setting which for a late lunch was quiet and relaxed. Server was fast and very friendly. Only minor issue was it was a bit cold in the restaurant.

This has become one of my favorite places to eat. The options are varied and the taste is out of this world. Specifically the soup broth is almost like it's some sort of addictive substance it's so good... I have found that they're very open to make some substitutions and mix things up a bit as far as what's on the menu, which is super helpful to me. The staff is always helpful and friendly and I would not hesitate to come here over and over again...

Had a fantastic lunch here. Loved my steak bulgogi. Nice amount of spice and great flavour. Full bar, lots of seating. Bathroom is upstairs but accessible via a lift.

Visited with my girlfriends. The place is really nice. The drinks are super good. I forgot to take more pictures because I was so busy stuffing my face. The ramen was good but I definitely liked my friends better than the one I ordered. Will have to go back and order different spread next time. For apps we had Duck Hoisin Baos, Calamari, and Spicy Cauliflower Bites. I recommend all of them but careful with the cauliflower if you’re not good with spice, it definitely packs a punch.

Came for Valentines day & the service was impeccable. Everything was fast & efficient. Food was amazing as always! My favorite gate keeping restaurant for YEARS. We ordered plain ramen for toddler, curry fire cracker chicken (my favorite), chicken gyoza ramen, pork dumplings & matcha cheesecake. Everything is definitely recommended. The pressed juices are delicious as well. Staff were friendly & worked very well on a busy evening. I arrived 10 minutes late for my reservation and they took me right away. Honestly no complaints.

Andre our server was great. The food was fantastic, however, if you are afraid of spicy food beware!! My favorite was the bang, bang cauliflower and the green drink. Delicious. All of the food was extremely flavorful and filling!

We went by there for a quick bite and had two starters- Bang Bang Cauliflower and the Edamame. They were both absolutely fantastic and flavorful. Their Yuzu cocktail was also AMAZING. Banging 12/10 Only giving it a 4 because we were served coke (pretty flat) in a chipped glass and the bathroom was not well maintained. The ambience is so beautiful but going into the bathroom felt weird because it felt unclean - the toilet paper rolls were not filled and were on the floor, the soap dispenser was empty. Also, we hoped they had more than one veggie option per section.

I recently dined at Wagamama in NoMad and had a great experience! Food: The food was delicious and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the ramen; it was hearty and satisfying. The presentation was appealing, with fresh ingredients. Service: The service was friendly and efficient, though there were a few moments when we had to wait longer than expected for our drinks. Overall, the staff was attentive and helpful. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is vibrant and modern, making it a great spot for a meal with friends or a casual date. The open layout adds to the lively vibe. I had a lovely time at Wagamama and would recommend it for a casual dining experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

We got in early and with all the seating available we were at a shared spot. Ordering was quick and easy but as they got busy it started to take too long. An order of kids ice cream showed up partially melted. It took forever to get our check. Steak bugolgi had too much sauce. So it’s hit or miss on what you get from the kitchen. I have to say, the flavor of all dishes is consistent with all the Wagamamas we’ve dined with (including Europe). This spot is the nicest - cherry blossoms give it a nice touch and the open floor feels warmer than other locations.

While on my way to one of my favorite chocolate shops I wasn’t sure what to have for lunch on Saturday. So I decided to try Wagamamma. My uncertainty about what to have for lunch didn’t end with which restaurant to choose but also what to eat. I ended up ordering 3 starters. I went with the chili hoisin duck bao which was delicious. Their version of calamari, a chili squid which was interesting but I don’t think I’ll try again. And Tokyo fries which was also interesting but I don’t think I’ll be trying again. My sister’s birthday was on Monday so naturally on Tuesday I ran to Macys (Herald Square) to get her a little something & decided to try Wagamamma once again since I felt or was cold enough to have ramen. I sat at the bar this time & ordered the Korean fried chicken bao for my appetizer & the chicken gyoza ramen for my main. Oddly enough my main was served before my appetizer. The ramen was pretty good however I wasn’t a big fan of the Korean fried chicken. Since there was hardly any chicken involved. It’s a nice restaurant with polite staff however I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

We had a fun and flavorful meal at Wagamama! Tried a variety of dishes — some hits, some misses. The pad Thai was okay, but definitely not like the one you’d get in Thailand — milder and less bold in flavor. The duck ramen, on the other hand, was rich, a bit fatty in the best way, and absolutely satisfying. The chicken salad was light and fresh, a good balance to the heartier dishes. Their famous bang bang cauliflower came with high expectations, but it was just okay — crispy but the sauce didn’t quite wow us. We also had two bao buns: one vegetarian and one with chicken. Both were great — soft, fluffy buns with flavorful fillings. The chicken one especially stood out, with tender meat and a nice crunchy contrast. Fresh-pressed juices were a highlight — especially the positive one, super refreshing and energizing. And the teas! One with lemongrass, the other with mint — both fragrant and calming. A nice spot for a casual meal with a twist, especially if you’re in the mood for variety and fresh drinks.

Honestly found the food here pretty mid. After walking by it for years, I finally decided to try it only to have the most blandest duck ramen ever. I was surprised that was their signature dish as it did nothing for me. Was it bad? Not necessarily but i could have paid 5 dollars for a bag of chips and gotten the same feeling of fullness instead of the $25 duck ramen. Place looks really cool though so props to the interior designer + staff was nice and attentive.

Tried Wagamama for the first time in London 9 years ago and had a terrible experience. After almost a decade I decided to give it another try and it was ok. Had the seared tuna rice bowl and it was just ok. The tuna was fresh and nicely cooked but it was served over a mountain of rice and lettuce; nothing special. Service was good and the atmosphere was once again, just ok. Now dessert was a different story. The banana katsu was delicious. But dessert alone won’t bring me back.

I used to love this place but my last few times dining in or ordering out, something has been off. My favorite meal there was the chicken katsu curry but it started to have a strong salt taste. I tried the ginger chicken udon today and it seemed bland. No one came to check to see how the meal was, and I had to wait for quite awhile to get the bill to pay. It was not busy in there, just service was slow. On my recent visit I spent $46 (including tax and tip) and it’s just not worth it. I hope things improve here because I really loved this restaurant.

Atmosphere is nice, food is ok, service is really bad. It took them 50 minutes to bring our foods to the table. No acknowledgment, no apology and no "thank you"when he brought us a check.

Went for a quick bite before a comedy show and gramercy theatre 12/19. We both ordered the chicken katsu curry and my stomach has been upset the whole following day (food must not have been totally fresh or prepared correctly). My partner ordered a rose wine which he said didn’t taste good. The service was fine. The server explained that they don’t use Toast or Square but a British system where they have to memorize codes for each dish or something. Impressive. The female busser/food runner checked on us about 4 times in total she was very attentive props to her but didn’t catch her name.

Horrible service. It took them 35 minutes to bring us water. They took the order after 25 minutes. The food and drinks came haphazardly and without any order. The food however was really good. We had four different types of ramen, bao, and the gyoza. They were are amenable to our palate. If you are ready to suffer through the deplorable service the food might be worth your time. The second floor where the restroom is a lot prettier. Ask to be seated there if possible.

It was a terrible experience. We had a reservation for seven, so we expected to be seated at a proper table. Instead, we were placed at the end of a random table that already had other guests sitting there. They even tried to seat more people directly next to us, with barely any space in between—no room to move comfortably. The food was very average and took a long time to come out. It also took forever for someone to take our order, and our waiter was rarely present. My dish was extremely dry, so I asked for a side of sauce—not once, not twice, but four times. After waiting most of the night, they finally told me it would “take a million years” to get the sauce and that I wouldn’t be able to have it. To make matters worse, one of the waiters dropped an entire tray on my boyfriend, spilling glass all over us. Despite everything, we were still expected to pay for the full meal.It was a terrible experience

Extremely disappointed with this “Asian fusion” experience. I ordered a bowl of ramen, and it came mixed with Korean kimchi, Chinese bok choy, and just a tiny bit of ramen—basically a confusing mash-up of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines with no respect for any of them. You don’t have to make authentic food, but you can’t mix three completely different styles and pass it off as ramen. The portion was ridiculously small—about the size of a fist—completely unsatisfying. On top of that, the table setup was poorly designed, leaving barely any space to stand up straight, and I ended up banging my knee on a hard metal table support. Painful and unsafe. Overall, a terrible experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend.

I‘ve visited Wagamama in London several times and always had a great experience. When I came across this location in New York, I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing, and I truly feel it was a WASTE of money. Upon entering, a female server guided me toward a bar seat. I politely asked if I could be seated by the window instead, as there were plenty of empty tables. She did not verbally respond and seemed quite dismissive. Shortly after, a male server, who was kind and attentive, brought me a glass of tap water. However, the table was sticky and appeared dirty, which was concerning. Regarding the food — I wondered how they are managing their ingredients and the recipe. Pork Belly Bao ($11): The pork was extremely dry, and the toppings were poorly prepared. Beef Brisket Tantanmen Ramen ($23): The bamboo shoots and the kimchi tasted spoiled, with a sourness beyond the normal flavor. The beef brisket was very dry, and the broth and egg were cold. For a dish that is meant to be served hot, the cold egg was particularly unpleasant. I shared my feedback with the male server, who listened carefully and was understanding. I appreciated his attitude, which at least prevented the experience from being entirely ruined. Nevertheless, I spent $40 (including tip) for a deeply unsatisfying meal.
