The staff are always kind, courteous, and positive. They greet everyone that comes in. The lunch rush usually has a line to the door but get you in and out. Even at the end of the line I was there maybe 10 min. They got the sandwich making down to a science.

during lunch rush expext a likely maximum wait time of roughly 10 minutes from entering the line to paying and leaving with 15+ people ahead of you. efficient and friendly management

I often come here for lunch working on Fort Bragg. Although the lunch lines are long and out the door sometimes, they have enough staff to move the line quickly. The only down side is that this is the ownky subway on Fort Bragg that charges tax on the food. Friendly staff. Never had an issue and the place is well maintained for the amount of people that come through day to day.

Those who rated this place 1 star are based on things that only happened once. The stores employees plus manager are always nice and there on time. I have never expirienced any problems with this establishment. Keep up the good work.

The most friendly staff on Fort Bragg. They always carry on a conversation when we go there. It's great because they skip all of the small talk. The veggies are always fresh and covered. One of the cleanest establishments I've seen in the area. For the most part they aren't too busy with the exception of their lunch rush. They are very quick about getting people through the line though.

I rate Subways based on attentiveness of the staff and how clean the restaurant is. I liked this Subway. A good experience. Best not to be here at lunch if you are in a hurry. There is a lot of hungry soldiers and airmen. They staffed the line accordingly though and were as fast and efficient as they could be with the line.

I've been buying the same sandwich for 15+ years. Today I was told (by someone who had to go in the back and ask how to make it) that the hundreds I have eaten before were all wrong, and argued with me about it. I don't like to argue, so I just cancelled the sandwich. The remainder of my order was fine, although I couldn't get a receipt because "the receipt paper is in the office and no manager is here." The kid did go and get paper from burger king next door and got my receipt, so +1 for him!

Almost $20 for a foot long as it is and you scamming people even more for charging extra for stuff you aren’t giving. It isn’t coming out of your on pocket to give what you offer. It’s coming out of mine.
