A small restaurant located at the entrance to Manerbio (BS). The piadinas are delicious and well-filled, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Just outside the restaurant is a small gazebo where you can sit. The interior is clean and well-kept. Recommended for quick and delicious lunches/dinners.

Piadinas are expensive and doesn't really feed you after all, at least in my case. But that's a problem with piadinas in general, not really with this shop which it's ok.

Terrible service. Especially with the Deliveroo app, since you can no longer order by phone; there's no delivery driver. 1 hour for 3 piadinas. CRAZY.

For lunch on Saturday, I ordered three takeout rolls. - 2 avopollo, one without mayonnaise and the other without tomato but with added parmesan; - 1 Viteltonneè with capers. They served us: - 1 avopollo without mayonnaise, which had mayonnaise and very little chicken; - 1 avopollo without tomato but with added parmesan, which had tomato (and parmesan, too, since it was paid for in addition); - 1 viteltonne, basically just salad, with 2 slices of meat and 4 capers (I opened it out of curiosity because it only tasted like salad) and no tuna sauce (or if there had been, it was just a memory of it...). Since it was takeout and I'd eaten it on the street, I didn't have time to go back and complain, but never again... I already bought the rolls because they advertised 50% more filling and they were very poor, let alone the regular piadinas... and then all these mistakes in three piadinas, oh well. I hope things can change because it's not the first time I've eaten at La Piadineria and had piadinas with poor filling or incorrect fillings, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I don't know if I'll ever want to go there again or opt for other piadina chains.

As a regular customer, I have to give it a negative review this time, because the piadina wasn't filled properly. I also recommend removing the rind (the hard skin of the ham).

Terrible. The piadinas were so dry and empty they were barely edible. I didn't want to argue because that's not my way of behaving. The staff was rude. Learn from the piadina shop at Elnos or the one at Porte Franche. They have a lot to teach you.

I don't usually leave reviews, whether positive or negative, but every time I order a piadina at this place, they forget some pieces. This time it was the chickpea cream, the main ingredient of the new piadina "La Levante." Generally, I find the staff here inattentive. Not long ago, I was ordering "la verdissima" without specifying that I wanted it with kamut dough, since it should be included. After the staff approved it, I went ahead and asked for two more piadinas with whole wheat dough, but the person I was speaking to told me they didn't have any left. So I asked to use kamut flour for those two piadinas as well, only then was I told that in reality, they could only use regular dough that day due to some inventory issues or something. I shuddered because if I hadn't also asked for two more piadinas for my sisters, I, a vegan, would have eaten a piadina with lard without knowing... so if you're vegan or have any intolerances or allergies, be very careful!
