WOW, service excellent, the waitress very nice and cordial and funny. Food was very delicious and portions were just great in abundance. Food came fast and just with right temperature to eat and coffee was also to the taste, good....You can eat and feel full half way and take home the left over. Overall experience, very nice, all was cleaned and kept accordingly. I will go back to this IHOP for sure.

Always a pleasant experience. The servers are terrific and the food fresh and delicious. There is the typical long wait for weekends and breakfast as usual at any IHOP. They do a good job of turning the tables despite the crowds and worth the wait in exchange for the service and overall experience IMHO.

Visited there for years. Staff members change but the service has remained exceptional. First visit was after looking up the customer service rating. This franchise location was rated excellent. It in my opinion consistantly provides excellent service. Service is fast, friendly and professional. If it was not so I would not make that claim. Parking is available although competitive during holiday periods. Establishment is well kept and clean. Great Nassau County Manhasset location.

This IHOP is super kid friendly, we love coming here with our toddlers, the servers are fast and efficient and they check on you often, and nice as can be, the coffee is hot and fresh, and the breakfast food is solid. Dining out with toddlers can be a little stressful but the staff here go out of their way to make it a good experience.

Leni always takes care of us, very sweet, friendly and very professional. Lisa is so very pleasant, always keeping the place nice and clean, and Carolina is very sweet, big smile and very attentive..Always great service..All the girls working at this restaurant are hardworking women, all very nice and all with great big smiles..I wrote a letter to the owner some time back about service and food but the letter was never ackowledged nor was the staff..It is very important to give this great team , support, encouragement and praise..Because it truly is a wonderful group of hard working men and women..The place is clean , the food is great...and this team holds down the fort...Great job..so very glad to have you near us.

Still SUPER fast but for some odd reason the last 2 times I've been there they have been overcharging my bill, either adding an extra drink or adding something small like 2 avocados when only asked for 1. Not sure if it's a mistake or done on purpose. Server tried to explain why I was wrong but when I explained I was overcharged a drink the server went and fixed it, not in the best of moods...

Clean and small IHOP. Food was good and portions were higher than average from other locations. Seem to be more employees than clients on a Thursday yet we got our first cup of coffee 20mins after we first set foot inside. One of those things that tend to be a mystery of why it happened. Good service and good food at decent prices. The only problem is their small parking lot. During my last visit, I had to wait approximately 20 minutes for a spot.

Waitress was very nice. The food for the most part was very tasty. Except the chicken fingers. They were very dark (almost burnt to me) they shouldn't have even been bought out. The waitress took them back and got fresh ones. Just another the same. My daughter didn't want to fuss about it so she went ahead and and paid for them but I would not have paid for them the grease must need to be changed if it's going to keep being that dark.

Typical IHOP fare, breakfast diner type food with a side of pancakes. We ordered the one which had the hash brown, eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, and french toast. It was okay, nothing particularly exciting, but if you were looking for breakfast food for cheap, IHOP is the place, if you have one near you. This particular IHOP had a compact parking space and it isn't as big as the others, but it'll serve you well all the same.

When we got there we were seated quickly. The waitress was kind, and gave us plenty of time to make up our mind. The pancakes were out of this world good. Smooth, fluffy and tasted amazing. The cook(s) did an amazing job. I would definitely come back here again.

It's iHOP...most everyone has been at least once ...I'd hope anyway. This location has a great service team - they were super friendly, engaging, welcoming. They all seemed to work like a team of friends - who were inviting you to have a meal. The place wasn't very busy but several people's checked in during various times to see if we needed anything. The meal was good - the sirloin tips were pretty - surprisingly so were the yellow/green beans - I love veggies tho. The mashed potatoes- I would completely pass on and never get again. My companion had about 4 cups of coffee....the unsweetened iced tea was really good (especially if you like it dark brewed). The cinnamon dippers - I would go back just for those with the Caramel sauce. Would go back specifically to this location.

No wait; but seemed small. There was a coffee pot of fresh coffee (I think) but the cups were half the size of other coffee cups, which seemed weird. Waitress seemed friendly; however, it seemed overpriced- $40 for a breakfast for two. I don't think that I will be returning anytime soon.

Honestly, I used to love it here. I came here on a weekday, & it didn't feel welcoming by the staff. The waitress wasn't attentive at all. I got the avocado toast with eggs & cheese and hot chocolate (my usual). Something was wrong with the tomatoes. I couldn't enjoy them. It didn't taste the best. My partner got eggs & and a pancakes combo. His scrambled eggs felt off. Very salty and flavorless. Didn't enjoy our experience here & very dissatisfied.

I love ihop however the date that i visited, waitress wasn't friendly like other day and the food was somewhat disappointing. Hash brown wasn't fully cooked and taste like a left over that was just warmed up. Also the bacon was literally burned. Though the usual pancakes were great.

My recent visit to IHOP left much to be desired. Let’s start with the **hot chocolate**: it was so thick and sediment-heavy that I could literally spoon it up from the bottom of the cup. While I appreciate a rich drink, this consistency felt more like a melted candy bar than a cozy beverage. The **Eggs Benedict** was equally underwhelming. Instead of the classic poached egg with a silky yolk, I was served what tasted like a basic **hard-boiled egg** slapped onto an English muffin. Service was another letdown. The waitress unceremoniously dropped off our plates without a word and vanished, leaving us without a chance to ask questions. It felt rushed and impersonal, which dampened the dining experience further. IHOP usually shines for its comfort food, but this visit fell short on execution and hospitality. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but I’ll be cautious about returning anytime soon. **2/5 stars** for effort, but the details matter!

I went for breakfast last Saturday morning and the place wasn't too crowded, we sat down straight away and the staff wasn't friendly at all, the boy who served us was very quick and while he was serving us I asked him for a teaspoon and he was annoyed and bored by my question. We ordered plain pancakes and pancakes with chocolate chips and turkey bacon with an orange juice and a coffee to drink. the food was ok, the pancakes were fluffy and the bacon was very dry not crunchy at all. As for the cleanliness of the place, in my opinion, it should be reviewed. overall experience ok, I don't think I will go back.

Not my favorite diner-like place but nice. I personally prefer Denny's. But I was happy with the meal. The pancakes were pretty good. The hashbrowns, eggs, and bacon were standard. The coffee is pretty good not too strong but not weak.

My family ate here tonight for a quick dinner. I ordered a Colorado omelet, when it came I said to my husband it smelled really weird, I took one bite and immediately spit it out. The meat was totally rancid, thank God I didn't swallow it or I would have been in the hospital. I don't know how the cook didn't realize it, I knew it smelled off as soon as she brought it, so I don't know how he couldn't smell it when he was making it. I was so grossed out, I just had avocado toast, although my son and husband's food was fine. But the bill for the 3 of us, at IHOP for an egg meal, avocado toast and a chicken strip meal was 100. 00, come on IHOP, we could eat a a pizzeria or diner for less. I'm done there, but I will say the waitress was really sweet and very good. But IHOP sucks!

I've been going to this IHOP for years now and the food just has an astonishing taste to eat in the mornings for Breakfast. Today, I just left IHOP to eat for dinner. The food was horrible! I ordered a quesadilla. It had a mild taste to it. The milkshake was awesome though. On top of that, the service was dreadful, we were waiting for about 10 minutes. We didn't see anyone in sight.

I have never gone to an IHOP and the food was so scarce except for when the one on Northern blvd did that and then they closed. I guess they’re getting ready to close. My omelette was like one egg, I could see the bottom of the bowl of my fries and my strawberries on the side was given in a little condiment cup. It had like four little strawberries. The music was awful.

The waitress was great. The wait time was about 10 minutes to be served beverages. The coffee was watered down, which is disappointing when the restaurant is a breakfast place. The pancakes were delicious. My sister complained of her food being warm. She also found hair in the scrambled eggs. The waitress was notified, and she came with a fresh platter, but that experience of finding someone else's hair in your food isn't the greatest. I was disappointed in the Ihop experience here. It's one of my favorite breakfast places.

Worst IHOP I ever went too. Service was terrible. My grandsons food came out 1st no utensils were given. I got up to ask for some and was handed plastic because they didn’t have any silverware clean. I asked to please have silverware when it’s ready but never received it instead we received more plastic.

Straight to the point! The food was cold, the butter for the pancake didn't melt because the pancakes were not hot nor warm. The utensil was dirty and fad paper stuck to it. My waitress kept ignoring me even when I called her. She finally tried to help after I asked another person for another set of utensils. I don't normally eat at IHOP, I'll just stick to diners, it's better service.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel people must know. My pregnant wife and I had some time to kill. So we decided to have lunch at this IHOP that was across the street. We didn't know it was going to be a big mistake. At first we ordered two coffees and a quesodilla. Came out pretty fast, but the waitress didn't give us any plates. We had to ask for plates. Then we ordered the main dishes. My wife ordered the bacon egg tacos, hash browns and I ordered a tbone steak with bean sprouts. When the food came out, my tbone steak came with broccoli instead of bean sprouts. Even though I asked for medium rare, the steak was cold. And my wife's tacos, let's just say never again. We didn't even finish our food. What a horrible experience for the price they charge. Only thing decent was the coffee and the garlic bread. I'm guessing people only come here is because there is no other restaurants around within walking distance.

It’s a shame that management allows all the employees to converse so loud (nothing work related) in Spanish I couldn’t even hear myself think or enjoy a quite breakfast for all the loud talking and horsing around which is so unprofessional and frankly rude to patrons trying to have their breakfast. I would have ate here daily but this loud horsing around instead of paying attention to the work says a lot about how an establishment is run and managed. I will give this establishment one more chance to tone it down and behave more professionally or they lose my business for good!!!

This place is very shady. The workers there literally steal your code for pancoins. They redeem them right after they print the receipt hoping that customers dont use them. Very dishonest people working here. Never coming here again and upper mgt sees this and do something about it.

I personally love IHOP, but I won’t be back to this location, first we ordered two dishes that have avocado, then we get our food without it, since they didn’t have, so we had to re-make our order and wait 10 more min, my second order was chicken fajita omelette, barely had chicken like they did it on purpose. We had a 45 min lunch break it became one hour lunch, I requested a manager to file a complaint, so “Colette” came over our table with a very bad attitude and not understanding my obvious complaint, her response was with a big sarcastic face, came back saying she gave a 10% because I ate all food, I’m uploading a picture to show how much food we ate. I will file a bigger complaint than this. Thanks for the bad service to a good consumer, i tipped my waitress regardless.
