Joanna was a sweetheart, Very patient and helpful. Didn't take long to receive my food but I did have to wait about 5 minutes after getting my burger fit the rest of my food. Dine in was ok it's just FREEZING COLD in the dining room! Beware

Great Smashburger location. Manager Fernando is the best! Only complaint is bamboo cutlery that breaks easily and gives splinters, but told the bamboo cutlery is a Manhattan Beach mandate, not Smashburger’s call.

I’m traveling from Missouri and had never tried Smashburger before, and honestly this was a weirdly amazing experience. The cashier, John Barbra, was the best part. He was super kind, patient, and made the whole thing feel welcoming instead of rushed. The smash burger was delicious, and even though the fries were a little too salty, everything together still hit. It felt strange for a fast-food stop to stand out this much, but it really did. I’d come back because of John alone.

John was awesome! We're on vacation and decided to give them a try. John was super patient in taking our order(party of 6). Fries were super fresh and delicious and our burgers came right after. They were very tasty, cooked nicely. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

Got the **double smash burger**, and it hit all the expected notes: two fresh beef patties smashed thin on the griddle, melted American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and Smash sauce on a potato bun. The meat was juicy with decent caramelized edges, and the overall build stayed together without falling apart. **Service was friendly**—staff greeted with smiles, took the order accurately, and food came out hot in under 10 minutes even during the lunch rush. Refills were proactive, and the place felt spotless. That said, deductions based on my personal preferences keep it from perfection. I always wish for **better toasted buns** (this one was lightly warmed but could use more griddle time for crunch), a punchier **secret sauce seasoning** (the Smash sauce is good but fairly standard—nothing mysterious or addictive), or **more smashed + crispy lacy edges** (they’ve got some crust, but I crave that ultra-thin, frico-level crispness). I am so bummed we don't have a location of this amazing gem in the SFV. We were looking for places to eat after walking on the pier and this spot popped up. I had to do a double take as I couldn't beleive the prices were so reasonable. $5 for a smashburger whose patty isn't paper thin? Sign me up! We ordered online, food was ready on time. We originally were going to do take out but decided to sit outside since the weather was nice. Pick up was quick and efficient, there's parking in the lot that's shared by the other retailers/restaurants, but nothing directly connected to the facility. The food was incredible and I don't say that lightly. Its so hard to find good smash burger spots that don't charge upwards of $10.00 for a burger you don't even get full off of, except here. My son who is an extremely picky eater even liked this place! Also, their rosemary, olive oil and garlic fries were superb. I cannot wait to come back!
