I don’t understand the one stars!! Idc if it’s a Starbucks, this is my FAVORITE Starbucks and I agree with Tom G, go find a diff Starbucks because this one is amazing. I never have to wait, the staff is so courteous and friendly, it’s always clean and cozy in there. Everything is *chefs kiss*. Favorite Starbucks.
Great 2 Barista have a lot of appreciation and respect for me a good customer that they remember my name and you come more often they’re remember your name and treat you like you a good customer and give you a thank you cup from them giving me water in it they loved me having their picture taken for my approbation all the time food is excellent and I grab my favorite sandwich it’s hot quick and I eat it and I say thank you to them easy with coffee quick brew then served it’s amazing customer service lots of appreciation to me being a frequent customer and remember my name of 2 people I love star bucks
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over a month now, 1-3 times a week. The fastest drive thru in the syracuse area, in my opinion! I’ve never been in the drive thru for more than three minutes. My orders are always accurate and delicious. The staff is so happy and friendly. They write fun messages on the drinks and food bags. They make me smile every morning. Well done!
Siena casually chatted with us as we waited for our order, which was the first time we’ve ever had someone do that during a drive through experience. She is hilarious, sweet, and the star of this location. Coffee’s good too.
I've been waiting for this place to open since I first saw them begin construction. I love how it has a drive thru. I normally come through with a carload and taking small children into any place can be an experience. They are always nice and move the line in timely fashion.
This is a wonderful, typical Starbucks with the high quality food and service you’d expect. What makes this location special for me is the morning sun. I absolutely loved sitting by the large window, sipping my coffee, and soaking in the light. It’s a very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere to start the day. The staff is always efficient, and the cafe is clean. It’s definitely my favorite local spot for a quiet morning moment!
Place is great - again, I am a huge fan of Starbucks and appreciate their black coffee roasts, not the fancy drinks. Their thanksgiving dark roast was phenomenal and I would highly recommend. I will sometimes send emails and get a little work down at this Starbucks from my laptop as it has a nice atmosphere- I highly recommend this location
Service was fast , the young lady was very kind and the danish along with the drink very good! I do wish they had the vanilla bean danish I keep going and they never have it:(

I don’t know his name, but I 100% recommend the foam made by the young guy!He is cute! Your foam has some kind of magic in it.This drink hits different !!

never experienced rude service here. But I do agree with everyone else. Drive thru never open anymore. Always always out of things. I know first hand help is hard to find. I have two good friends with phone interviews they never received but were promised from this location. Start there. I'm also confused as to WHY they are wearing headsets if the drive thru isn't open? anybody?

This location is rarely open on time and when posted hours (open hours constantly changing here) say they'll be open, they open 1-2hrs after. Drive thru is closed almost always, not really sure why they allow you to order thru the app for drive thru p/u when it's consistently closed. That said, the early morning staff is great. Always respectful and kind, coffee is always great. Not so great of an experience with PM staff.
Terrible experience at this location. Had to go up and ask where our tea and food items were 3 times when we were the only people there at 7pm. There were 5 people working and no one cared to actually give us what we ordered. The attitude was horrible and not what you would expect from Starbucks.
Terrible Customer Service – Do Better, Starbucks! I went to Starbucks today expecting the usual decent service, but instead, I was met with unprofessional and downright rude behavior from the staff. I ordered my drink with caramel drizzle, and when they forgot it, I politely pointed it out. One barista was kind enough to fix the mistake, but the two ladies in the back? Completely uncalled for. As soon as I asked for the drizzle I had already paid for, one of them mockingly threw up her hands and tilted her head like I was asking for the world. Really? I was the only customer in the store, and they still acted like giving me what I ordered was an inconvenience. I’m sorry, but if you can’t handle a simple request without resorting to childish behavior, maybe customer service isn’t the right job for you. Starbucks, how do you allow employees like this to represent your brand? It’s not that hard to be respectful, and I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable for expecting my drink to be made correctly. This location needs serious training—or better yet, new staff.
Horrible service and a completely cold atmosphere. This is more of a commuters Starbucks than it is a sit down place. Long delays to get your items even though they’re fully staffed. Makes the whole experience awkward as if we the customers are bothering the staff. Although brand new, tables are small and unwelcoming. I would not want to sit there longer than 5 minutes to do work or have a chat with someone.
Absolutely awful experience. Workers had no idea what they were doing. My pink drink was pure white from the coconut milk and not even full and i asked for a little more base and they told me no that they had to charge me for it.
As a regular Starbucks customer who spends 100s of dollars a month I was shocked that I was denied a cup of ice water & pup cup for my dog after our walk. I didn’t realize I needed to show my receipt for the purchase I made hours before. Policy or not, regulars who keep you going and give you TIPS, should not be treated so poorly. My favorite Starbucks always makes it right. Which is what I told the barista who refused me a cup of water and pup cup (I even offered to pay for it) I just didn’t want to get anything besides those two items. She said I could buy a cake pop, lol, girl I don’t want anything. Charge me for my ice and let’s go. Nope! Apparently the girl (manager) got so bent out of shape by me telling her I’m going to go to my regulars down the road, I guess she called the other manager while she was AT HOME to complain that they are making it harder on them if they treat their regulars right! LOL. Girl!!!!! I’ve met you when you were training what a fake front you put on. Hope to see you at the window soon. It’s not that serious. Leave the Fayetteville crew alone! They treat there regulars right- and to know that this chick made a phone call about me wanting a cup of water and whip cream. 😆😆😆😆
What is the point of a drive thru when it is ALWAYS closed? It continues to be offered as an option on the app and you get there and it’s closed. Super inconvenient especially for parents with small children.
Honestly every time I come here there’s a problem… no protein Milk, no turkey bacon egg white sandwich… the drive through is closed half the time… please hire more people and get it together it’s ridiculous

This would be the third time this location isn’t open during their posted hours. I thought franchises had to meet certain requirements as far as hours of operation went? This is absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
