Came here for an early lunch and went through the drive thru. There’s a lot of gnats, and the wait was very long just for three things but the food was really good. Their green sauce is my favorite! Added that to my Rico bowl and it made it even better. Plantains taste like the frozen ones but are still delicious. Definitely will try another el pollo Rico though.

Pastor Taquitos were delicious today. Little bit of a wait but worth it. I liked the red salsa for the chips and the green salsa on the tacos but both salsas were really good. Can't go wrong for a cheap and tasty lunch here

I’m writing my experience when I visited a couple weeks ago I tried the bowl and I was very clear and asked we are vegetarian. To let them know that we don’t eat pork and then I told the lady does. This has pork say no no no pork but it has chicken. I told her OK. I’m OK with chicken only but no pork anything has pork. I don’t eat apparently the cashier who took my order doesn’t speak English And she was not paying attention. Or maybe she doesn’t know how serious it is when somebody doesn’t eat pork and he get the pork and his plate I went to the cashier. I said I ordered this and what is this they say this is pork. I said I don’t eat pork and the manager was looking for the person who took my order. It makes me so nervous and annoyed. I am a customer and I didn’t touch the plate and I have the right to return the food. If there is any problem, she could have done this argument with the staff after I leave not while I am hungry and I have limited time to eat. She was unprofessional at all, and she is not eligible to take this position. I don’t blame the cashier because since she was not trained properly, she was very nice person but not trained properly and nobody guide her and you guys think everybody is Mexican. There is other nationalities living inthis city so please consider English and teach your staff how to speak English and tell them about other cultures I don’t recommend anybody to visit this restaurant at all from what I saw. The food was not good at all as well.

The service was great, the food was ok with flavor. All of the portions on the sides are extremely small. And the hole chicken was the smallest hole chicken I’ve bought. Button line, the family meal only feed 2. Or little children. To make matters worse. The fried sweet plantain weren’t cooked all the way.

This rating is based on my current visit. I've had better experiences, but the chicken I received today was old and dry! Thank goodness for the beans and rice. I should have checked the chicken before driving off.

We went through the drive through, I wrote total and a line through the tip area, and signed to avoid this happening. Aparently employees are adding their own tips. 3 dollars x a few hundred orders in a day adds up... Ill be calling today. Very disapointed.

Updated review (June 20, 2025): I call in to do order for pickup. They say they don’t do orders over the phone. Ok, that’s a bit inconvenient. So I drive over. I walk in and ask for a Barbacoa burrito. The cashier frantically looks for someone that speaks English then tells me the kitchen is closed and will be open in 10 minutes . The kitchen certainly doesn’t look to be that way as I see plenty of food on the grill. I ask for clarification on what she means. Is it because I asked for Barbacoa? Or if I order something else, I can get it now? There’s no point. She couldn’t comprehend my questions because she doesn’t speak English. So I left with frustration. This isn’t the first time where making a simple order such as, “I want a grilled chicken burrito with everything on it” was left with confusion because they don’t know the language. Original review: The food should be inside the burrito, not outside of it. This thing is a complete mess. Difficult to eat. Please do a better job of wrapping, else I will stop buying from you guys.

I’m at the store right now October 11 at 8:40pm and the have the front door closed and there time at the door says that they close at 9:30pm. There was people dining inside the restaurant so I’m guessing they close the lobby to direct everyone to the drive-t .

I got a half chicken meal. Upon opening the miniature chicken, I noticed that all of the skin was pulled off ALL of the chicken. I tried talking to Andy, the manager in Manor, TX. Her response was that all of the chicken looks like that. LIES. When I spoke to Cynthia, the corporate manager, she said that she would review the tape and call me back. If it always looks like this, why would you review the tape. The Manor restaurant cuts corners and serves picked over food. They could have made it right or given a refund. They chose neither. Who wants this chicken?

Ordered a papa asada with beef fajita and was given a gordita. The employee said I ordered the gordita and I couldn’t exchange. Manager came to the front and said the same thing. When I clearly didn’t and have never ordered a gordita in my life. Employee and manager refused to change my order. I am a regular customer at this location and will not be returning. The customer service is poor and they really need to put an English speaker. Also you cannot force someone to eat something they didn’t order. Servers name is Maria and she has the worst customer service.

Really disappointed on my order . First of all , I ordered through the drive through 2 orders of the chicken nachos , with NO PICO DE GALLO & with jalapeños because according to them the nachos don’t come with jalapeños which I understood that . Once I got my order I realized my order was wrong , and I still went back hoping they’ll fix the order and I got this . Totally bad customer service !!! DO NOT RECOMMNED THIS PLACE AT ALL . FIRST OF ALL IF IM PAYING FOR SOMETHING IM HOPING I GET WHAT I ASKED FOR , and I sure did not . Not happy , first and last time going to this specific location .
