First time at this spot…man they’re slow as hell. Had me waiting for good amount of time and looked like they had a bunch of online orders. Employees were doing what they can but damn hire more people for real. Bro on the pizza oven was a real one though but the two dudes making the pies need to kick it in over drive.

I visited Mod Pizza in Mansfield, TX, for a quick lunch yesterday, and it was a mixed experience. The place is very spacious, making it a comfortable spot to dine in. I loved the live pizza-making culture they have, where you can watch your pizza being made right in front of you. One of the best things about Mod Pizza is the flexibility with toppings. They never say no to any topping you want to add, which is great for creating your perfect pizza. The sauces they serve with the pizza are also excellent. There are plenty of places to dine in, including an outdoor patio seating area, which is a nice touch. I ordered a pizza, garlic bread, and two desserts—Chocolate No Name Cake and Lemonade Cake. I was very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the food. However, there were some downsides. The tables were dirty, and the restroom was not well-maintained. The young staff seemed to lack experience, and the manager appeared lazy and did not seem to take care of the place sincerely. These issues detracted from what could have been a perfect experience. Overall, Mod Pizza is a decent place for a quick, delicious pizza, but it needs better management and cleanliness.

I come to the Mansfield Mod’s often because it’s the only one closest to me. However, the food is good it’s the lack of cleanliness that concerns me. Tables are not always clean. Pizza preparation area is ALWAYS messy with food everywhere, even when they open, so that lets me know it’s not being cleaned. I have come at different times and I never see it looking tidy. I’m giving this review as a constructive criticism. Please do a better job!

First time visiting. Pizza was great! I ate half of it before I remembered to take a picture. The young lady who was making my pizza yesterday afternoon was nice and patient with me. She exhibited excellent customer service. I would give an higher rating for the atmosphere. The dirty tables, overflowing trash, and lack of tidiness in the kitchen area definitely need improvement. The person folding pizza boxes could have quickly wiped tables, put out trash and continued folding pizza boxes. Unfortunately, I needed to use their dirty restroom.

The food looked good. There were 4 people in our party and one had hair in their salad. The pizza was good but the server took a very long time assembling.

Mod Pizza is my favorite restaurant but today at this location, I had a very unpleasant experience. The restaurant itself was unsanitary and the preparation area was disgusting. The counters needs to be wiped down. The younger guy preparing the pizza was very rude and didn’t have any customer service. The lady working at the oven wasn’t using any gloves as she was boxing up the pizzas. The only nice person was the guy working at the cashier.

Really has gone down hill. Soooo dirty Food prep area was a mess, most of the tables were covered with food waste, and all the trash cans are overflowing. Used to be good and well taken care of.

We love MOD pizza but, This was our first time at the Mansfield location and we were extremely disappointed. We did a pick up and when I got home we barely had any toppings on our pizza. It was one sausage piece per slice or 2 crumbles of feta cheese on my entire pizza… I also ordered a Greek salad and my lettuce was anything but fresh… it was old and brown and soggy. I threw half of it away. Bummer. We will stick with our regular Midlothian location.

I like how you can build you own personal pizza and they many opt available for any diet. I made my own pizza and got the reg crust which was thin and airy but had little to no flavor. The cheese bread was same I wish they added garlic or butter to crust to add flavor. The No name cake taste like a little Debbies Swiss roll- which you can’t go wrong with. One thing I noticed was the poor service. The cooks there were unhelpful and lack in customer service skills. The whole time I got the feeling I was unwelcome and an inconvenience to the employees. Based on other reviews I believe this is a common issue with this location, because of this I will not be coming back.

So - I love MOD pizza, but not this location. Order was placed for pickup at 7:20pm on a Tuesday. After calling to confirm we were there for pickup in the car waiting area, we were told it would be 20 min. We called again at 8:00 since food still hadn’t come and were told they were running behind. At that point, I decided to use the restroom inside the store and it was a complete mess. There was chaos, pizza boxes strewn over the floor, and a backed up line. When the food finally came at 8:15, everything was burned to a crisp. I had ordered 4 pizzas and wings. Unfortunately, we were already frustrated so we left, but I won’t be going back to this location.

Extremely disappointed with the attitude that was in store. My husband and I were nice and polite with everyone there because we understand working on new years can be annoying but the least you can do is be polite and not so disrespectful to paying customers. The boy making our pizzas was very short with us and kept rolling his eyes at everything we said as well as what other customers were saying too (our order was very simple: 2 mod pizzas and a salad). My husband and I even heard the boy sigh and roll his eyes yet again when more customers walked in thus making the whole environment uncomfortable.

My pizzas were burned. Sauses put in the wrong pizzas. Vegetables burned to a crisp. The pic below is two of the not so burned pieces. Notice the burned broccoli

Burned my pizza while my husbands pizza was perfect. All because one employee didn't want help. Nobody wants to eat burnt food. Employee was giving attitude to my husband. Never coming back to this mods pizza ever again. Worst experience ever.
