I went in to order burritos, They were out of rice, they were out of sour cream, they were out of cheese. I asked if I can have guacamole at no charge since they were out of so many items, and the lady told me no and gave me an attitude. She brought out her supervisor for me and she gave me even more attitude in front of my children so I left. A restaurant is expected to be fully stocked with menu items until close time. I understand if they were out of one thing but multiple items that are needed in order for a burrito to be considered a burrito is unacceptable. Those girls could have at least held back all the attitude and apologized for being out of the items but they were completely rude about it as if it were my fault that they were out of food

Veggie burrito for my daughter had beef in it and my burrito bowl I traded with her had a special treat of a lemon wedge sized onion . What a lack of customer service. The problem with Uber eats or DoorDash is this place doesn’t care if it’s right or wrong because the customer isn’t in front of them so you get a waste of a meal and money like this.

NEVER COMING AGAIN! They so worried about going fast and saving food portions they don't even care what toppings I want. I got 2 bowls and 2 people stare at you asking you to list all the toppings at once so they can just barely give you a scoop and go fast. I just listed everything and didn't even give me a chance to see if they put everythingin the second bowl(same as first) and then right away another rang me up. Got home and realized they didn't put all the toppings I said on the second bowl. Horrible service, better service from my school lunch ladies. Included picture only thing different in second bowl is the was tofu and other didn't have that.

When you do a mobile order for once to avoid the long wait in line, 30 minutes past my expected to be ready time, I sat in the restaurant waiting nearly an hour like really? Yet others coming in with orders getting them handed right away like it felt like my order got lost or something Could’ve been much quicker sitting in line instead at that point… I’m. genuinely disappointed as a loyal customer I’ve never experienced this. Would really like a chat with the general manager or district manager over this issue.

I’ve come to this chipotle around 6 or 7 pm at night like 4 or 5 times now and they don’t have any ingredients. Like I showed up at 8pm yesterday and they didn’t have any rice (the place closes at 11) how do you go 3 hours without rice? Today I showed up at 7 pm and they were out of Guac like whaaaaa? Get some freaking rice and guac then you’ll have by buisness until then the taco trucks down the road are where I’m heading cuz they actually have ingredients lol chipotle is crazy for this.

The food quality is inconsistent and customer service is lacking. Online orders are rarely available on time and employees neglect to address you while you’re waiting. Instead of making online orders in the back, employees can be seem walking around chatting. It’s frustrating to wait a long time for your food and then it’s cold as soon as you get it. The carnitas feels like it just came out of the refrigerator. This location used to be good. It’s sad it’s gone down hill so much.

Ordered takeout and was ice cold. Ordered crunchy tacos and gave us soft ones. Bowl didn’t even have lettuce.

If I ask for lettuce, I don’t mean one singular piece of lettuce. I don’t care if you guys are closing give me my lettuce. I love chipotle but not this location. I never get corn on my chipotle because it comes with onions and I don’t like onions, but I’ve ordered here before and had the corn and onions put in my food even if that’s not what I asked for now this singular piece of lettuce. Please do better if you’re gonna be taking my money.

I am beyond grossed out, trying to call the store thank God I’m the only one that started eating got the salad and as I was moving around my salad mixing it there’s a freaking fly that looks like a black bean that I almost ate… Tried to call the store as now none of us are going to eat the food and I’m going to return it all. Can’t even get a live person on the phone. I went and sent on website like asked this was the response screenshot below.. looks like I’m not the only one that had bug experience with chipotle

I stopped by on a Sunday night driving through town. What a mistake. I ordered a burrito which the person making looked like he had never made a burrito before. The place was dirty, no napkins. I asked for one but left after several min when no one was getting them. I saw an employee in the back taking selfies and another joking with his friends who had come in. It felt like high school. When I got to the car I took out the burrito. The bottom of the burrito - which had been slid across the dirty counter by the cash register was unwrapped and split open. I went back in for a refund- was told not possible. After talking to the manager I got another burrito. The tortilla was like leather and the chicken really spicy- had asked for mild. Could not eat it. Contacted Chipotle customer service and was told I could not get a refund but offered a BOGO offer- what a joke! Clearly they don’t stand behind their food.

Chipotle’s new standards. Disgusting! It seems like food inspections and clean working areas when manipulating our food is not an essential anymore. I wonder what is the role of a manager in a place like this.

Hard for me to just give 1 star but this experience was just terrible. Employee attitude, cleanliness of restaurant, food quality, and quantity was just BAD.
