Ampia scelta di pasticceria in location elegante e curata. Eccellente la cioccolata calda, ne abbiamo prese due a 12€, che, considerando che vengono servite con meringhette e cioccolatini colorati, è il giusto prezzo. Ritengo che il personale possa essere più educato nei confronti dei clienti (quantomeno nei miei).

Sicuramente il bar pasticceria più rinomato del centro di Mantova, ma basta solo soffermarsi sul prezzo di un cappuccino per capire che c'è qualcosa che non torna. Tutto molto buono e tanta attenzione a livello estetico, ma in ogni caso questo non può giustificare i prezzi: cappuccino €3,50; crostatina ai lamponi €7; mignon classici €2 a pezzo. *Turbata anche dal fatto che i prezzi indicati sui banconi fossero più bassi di quelli sullo scontrino

Fa schifo dico sul serio il bombone costa 2,50 negli altri bar costa 1,30 o 50 non ci sta il personale sembra di dormire ti parlano come degli ubriachi il ambiente ci sta però e troppo caro . Non meritate un bel niente manco una mezza stella

Staff were friendly but menus were via a QR code and some items were not on it or not available so you still have to go inside to look at the cakes and pastries available. Outside seating was nice but not very clean.

The bar is nice, the staff are kind and welcoming, the caramel macaron is good, but the macchiato is a bit less so. I'd describe it more as a latte macchiato. So I'd slightly tweak my approach. I really like the fact that they also serve a little water. I mention this because I usually have to ask for it, but here they brought it themselves, along with the coffee. But all in all, I recommend a stop at this bar: the selection of desserts is very wide and generous.

The products are of average quality, but the prices, in my opinion, are VERY HIGH!! €2 per pastry and €3.50 for a classic cappuccino. The prices displayed do not correspond to the price paid at the restaurant but are probably for takeout. There is little transparency. It's a shame about the atmosphere, which deserves a higher rating.

Excellent pastry shop, but crazy prices! €3 for a coffee and €8 for a spritz! It's not like we were in the center of Milan! Also, the prices listed are for takeout, not for eating in... the surcharge isn't disclosed (coffee €3 instead of €1.50). At this point, it's better to opt for a historic place in the center.

I'm not arguing about the nice atmosphere and the quality of the food (except for the mediocre ice cream), but the service is terrible!!! I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone paying attention, yet the employees were right there. It then took another 10-15 minutes to be served. Let's just say the welcome and service are truly awful! Truly unprofessional. I don't recommend it.

There's no doubt that Antoniazzi's name is very attractive, but there are several problems. Let's start with the place, which is still old. A nice renovation wouldn't hurt. I have no complaints about the courtesy of the staff or the desserts, which are truly delicious. But what bothered me most was the bill, not so much because it was a bit steep (€10 for two cappuccinos and two Carnival fritters seems a bit steep) but because they didn't give me a receipt. It's true that I could have asked for one, but I never do it to see if they're honest, which in this case was lacking. I won't be returning.

Questi sono i veri prezzi, 3€ un caffe e sovrapprezzi dei dolci di almeno 2/3€ dal prezzo esposto sia in vetrina che sul menù online. Si può tranquillamente parlare di truffa, un servizio molto basso con poca professionalitá e non parliamo dello stato dei bagni… una vergogna

Gelato peggiore e più costoso che abbia mai mangiato… si paga il marchio e questo lo comprendo, un minimo di gusto nei prodotti però, che non sia quello d’industria, avrei gradito percepirlo… nonostante Antoniazzi non sia rinomato per il gelato, se un prodotto viene venduto (a caro prezzo) al pubblico ritengo giusto sia buono. €20 il totale per i prodotti in foto.

Caffè a 3,00 euro, manco fossimo a Milano. I dolci esposti segnano il prezzo d'asporto e non su consumazione in loco, pertanto c'è un sovrapprezzo di 1,00 euro se vi sedete, non è chiaro se il sovrapprezzo sia di un euro per qualsiasi cosa si prenda. Comunque una monoporzione 7,00 euro caffè 3,00 euro (quindi penso +1, +1 per entrambi altrimenti 6,00 e 2,00 se asporto) (P. S.: avendo letto altre recensioni al bancone 1,50 il caffè, 3,00 se vi sedete, follia allo stato puro). Totale 10,00 euro. Ditemi voi se vale la pena andare in questo posto? Per carità buono eh, ma la qualità/prezzo è fuori misura. Una stella anche per il servizio perché non è stato professionale nell'avvertire il costo del servizio. Meno male che non si sono ricordati della bottiglietta d'acqua, mi sarebbe costato 13,00 euro. Pazzi. Mai più nemmeno se me li regalano. Il fatto che alle 18 di domenica pomeriggio per gli aperitivi non ci fosse nessuno dentro il locale, già dovrebbe farvi capire che non è posto per poveri. Lo rivendico con orgoglio, mai più.

3 euro un cappuccino e 2.5 euro una Briosce, ma neanche x sogno, vergogna,nemmeno da cracco a Milano si paga tanto. Da evitare

We sat down for coffee one afternoon, and I was with a relative of mine who has serious health issues, including difficulty with mobility and coordination during meals. I repeatedly asked for a spoon to make eating easier. I started to get nervous when I saw the waitresses standing at the counter doing nothing, since there weren't many customers. So I don't think it was difficult to bring a spoon; in fact, I had the feeling they found it funny to see an elderly person struggling to eat. I found this behavior inappropriate, disrespectful, and unreasonable, given that they work with the public. Not everyone in their 20s has a smile on their face; there are people who are sick, but they still have the right to a slice of cake. Another point I'd like to point out is the excessively high prices, disproportionate to the portions, and they tend not to issue receipts.

Minimal service but they added 1/1.50 euros for each coffee/piece of cake ordered. They told us it’s the service charge, crazy expensive.

We were 5 people , nobody controlled our sanitary pass, and any waiter came to took our order after 15 minutes. One of our friend is an international chef and he was astonished by the bad quality of the service, products and how gross the toilet was.
