It's definitely a great place to enjoy excellent sushi, but it's not an all-you-can-eat option and everything is à la carte: prices could be lower. The service is very good and the decor is very nice.

It all started with a rice festival that didn't exist 😅 I returned to Sushi Ono after a really long time... Google Maps didn't exist, so yes, a long time ago. Sunday lunch, everything was really good and well-prepared. We had mixed sushi, udon with shrimp, and to finish, some good sake. A modern, clean place that has stood the test of time very well. The only downside, however, is the staff! Cold and aloof, almost annoyed. Too bad, a smile was enough to answer our questions and the 5th star would have been easy.

Always came to this place whenever I visited mantova, our last experience was bad, we got rushed while eating our food and told that the restaurant was shutting for the afternoon break, I mean what was the whole point of letting us in if you gonna let us out 20 minutes later?

I went to this restaurant for lunch today. It wasn't my first time. I came specifically for the Tom Yum soup. The waiter clearly heard the order, and about 40 minutes passed while we were eating our appetizers. At that point, I asked about the soup, and a girl with glasses replied that no one had noted the order. My friend and I, however, were sure the waiter had heard us; she even asked us for confirmation! The girl, without any sign of displeasure or apology, simply told us that if we wanted it, we'd have to wait another 30 minutes for it to be prepared; otherwise, the miso soup was available immediately. I wasn't expecting such an attitude. I'm not a confrontational person, and I'm not writing this review to criticize anyone. I just hope the restaurant owners or managers read this comment and take steps to improve the service and the courtesy of the staff. That would be a huge plus, because the food is truly exceptional!
