We really enjoy dining at this McDonald's location. Jake and Brittany, two of the managers, are super hard working and always pleasant. Their crew are always on point, too! Frankly, both have left a wonderful impression on our family and we will continue to visit this location and do business here!
Literally such a lively McDonald’s the staff are always so upbeat at least when I go the first couple times I went there and you could tell they were trying to get it together. They had just opened and they had just hired on a bunch of kids, but we’re learning how to work for the McDonald’s and it was kind of a little bit of a mess but as time went on and people got situated and things I’ve only been up since then I like going here late at night probably third shift they always have ice cream. They have not told me their ice cream machine is broken like a bunch of the other places due. They always have my frozen Dr Pepper that I like and my food is always Hot. What more can someone ask for?
Destiny at McDonald’s was amazing! She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel personal. My order was correct, hot, and came out fast but what really stood out was Destiny’s customer service. She greeted everyone with a smile and kept the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. It’s rare to get that kind of energy at a fast-food spot, and she definitely deserves recognition. Thanks, Destiny — you made my day!
It’s McDonald’s..food ok. Quick and easy..wish it was cheaper nowadays. Plus, they need to bring back the chipotle snack wrap. 😤
I’ve been to this location three times, and the customer service has gotten worse each visit. On my last visit, the Frappuccino machine was broken. I was in line at 10:26 a.m. waiting for the car ahead of me to finish. When I reached the window at 10:31 a.m. and tried to place a breakfast order, I was abruptly told breakfast was over and was met with an attitude. Most of the staff appear to be very young, and there seems to be a lack of basic customer service and even difficulty handling cash transactions. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and disappointing.
As of recently, I've been missing items from my order and I'm tired of coming home to see one or two things missing from my order. Will the service reshape itself? OR do they just have to fire people that aren't committing to their hourly job?
I am here 7:15 pm Jan 22,2026. Ordered kid’s meal. Verified 4 nuggets,small fries,drink, sauce. I swiped the card. Charged me $20.31!!!Got the manager, refunded me $19.44. The cashier and the “manager” were discussing how to refund the whole amount. The line behind me filing up. A woman hispanic woman behind me with her aged mom bypasses me and I told the manager I need to pay cause I ordered the kid’s meal. The cashier went to the back. The manager said” she did not took your order” inspite of me talking to her before sh left to the back. The manager said step out you dont have an order an accommodated the Hispanic women. I was shoved on the side! What a customer service this is!!!!!!!I need to talk to the franchise owner. Needs to be corrected. Felt bad on their service.. very bad!!!!
Horrible customer service. I placed a breakfast mobile order at 10:15 AM. When I arrived to pick up, they would not bring it curbside and when I went inside they said my order was cancelled because it was now after 10:30 AM (10:37 AM). They would not provide proof of cancellation, even though the order is confirmed on my end. I was told they I would receive a refund in 24 hours. So, I left with no no food and no proof that the order was cancelled.
Everything about this place is the worst, I had to wait over 10 min. just to get four cookies. Like what! Don’t waste your time and go to the Pearland one near HEB! Stop coming to this one!
I went there with my dad and it was going okay until I pulled up to the window where I got my food. They gave me my food but when I checked it I got no sauce even though I asked for a few. When my dad tried waving while they were through the window, 5 workers walked by the window, one made eye contact with my dad and just kept walking. After about 5 minutes of my dad waving someone finally opened the window who had already been standing there for a few minutes. When my dad asked for sauce she can back with a singular sauce. Horrible service, wouldnt recommended.
We normally don’t eat at McDonald’s, but when we do, it’s usually for a quick breakfast. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The bacon looked old, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the sandwich I received was literally half a portion. For a brand-new location, this was surprising. I understand they just opened and may still be working through training and consistency, but this was not acceptable quality. I would recommend giving them some time before visiting. Hopefully the service and food improve with experience.
The food always tastes old and this location tends to practice in bait and switch based off of advertisement from corporate. I went in for the monopoly pieces as I only need one more piece to win and they tried to tell me that I do not get the monopoly for the quarter pounder with cheese yet the app tells a different story and they’re limited time. Monopoly menu says a different story I had to argue with them about it for about 30 minutes before they would just give me an extra piece. I go back today to give him another shot this time. I did not order a quarter pounder, but just a cheeseburger and a large drink and again the large drink now does not have the monopoly piece and the food is old. Save your money and go somewhere else. This location is trash.
Worst McDonalds We have ever dealt with. Rude people. I ordered a medium ice coffee light ice. They gave me all ice. Asked for it to be corrected yet they left me standing there as they ignored me. They finally made me another coffee in a small cup. I stated that I ordered and paid for a medium. They told me because I want light ice all I get is a small. I contested them so they made another one but did not fill the cup up. They told me that's all I get. I stopped at a different location down the road and had to pay again for what I wanted. There was another elderly couple in line behind me and they were rude to them also.
This MD has an excellent location and is relatively new, but quality of food is inconsistent. Most of the time, is bad. This last time, the cheese was cold, Like cold from the fridge. I waited to warm it at home and it melted in the way a little, but when I picked up was cold! That’s something that is not supposed to happened 😐
So we ordered on their self checkout at first because last time i used one they had an option for cash,I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers 1 medium fries and 1 medium mango pineapple smoothie, which it came up to $13.55, but we had to cancel because it didn't give us the pay cash option like last time, so we ordered at the register, the exact same things, and it went up to $15.68. Please explain why it went up 2 extra dollars, then when I was doing it myself. Then, when we got the order, my smoothie, which I asked for a medium, was a small, I was told by 2 employees that the size they gave me was a medium for their smoothie drinks. Tell me why the "medium" I got for my smoothie was smaller than a small for a soda cup that I saw on a table.
