It's a problem trying to order, the phone is always busy. You have to go to the restaurant to buy in person. It's always empty and the phone is off the hook. Very delicious food but very poor service. They open whenever they want, arrive 30 or 40 minutes after the scheduled time, and at 2:00, there's no one there.

Pésimo servicio de la mesera, aventaba la comida, se enojaba si le pedimos algo, nos hacía gestos, se equivocaba en la orden y se ponía a discutir que era culpa nuestra, yo tenía años llendo a ese lugar (cada que vacacionaba en Manzanillo) hasta que me tocó esa muchachita ( si vez esto chinga tu madre 😡)

Lately, their customer service has been deplorable, even though I've been a customer for many years. The quality of their cakes is good, but as I mentioned, in my last two visits they treated me like I owed them money 🙄. First me, and now it happened to my mom.

The cakes are really good, but be aware that when we ordered delivery, the driver charged us for it, something we were never told about when we ordered on the phone. It's also a tradition for us to eat there; we always buy from them. We ordered some takeout specials, but when we saw the place was empty, we ate there and they charged us the full price, which is understandable since they were for takeout. But the place was empty, LOL, and just because we ate there, they wouldn't honor the original price. That's what I call not caring about your customers, LOL. But it's fine, we won't buy from them anymore, and you should stop buying from them so they start valuing their customers.

The prices are very high, for tortas it's better to go to a seafood restaurant.

Terrible delivery service today, August 21, 2022. I called at 7:35 to order just two Cuban sandwiches. It's almost 10, but they haven't arrived. If they have so many orders, why don't they let you know when you call to place an order?
