El lugar y la decoración son espectaculares, la comida buenísima y el ambiente fantástico, pero lo más excepcional y la razón por la que vamos a repetir de nuevo a sido el trato del staff, especialmente Ivo, Alejandra, Annah y Javi. 100% recomendable!

Una experiencia excepcional en Florentine, ubicado en Fórum Marbella. Un restaurante italiano espectacular con un rooftop precioso que enamora desde el primer momento. La decoración, el ambiente y cada rincón del local son simplemente divinos. La gastronomía está a la altura del entorno: la pasta exquisita, el carpaccio excelente y una carta muy completa que incluye desde caviar y ostras hasta pollo y otras propuestas para todos los gustos. Mención especial para Santi y Daniela, que nos atendieron de manera impecable. Su profesionalidad, cercanía y atención hicieron que la velada fuera aún más especial. Un servicio ejemplar que marca la diferencia. Y para terminar, un tiramisú que merece capítulo aparte: absolutamente espectacular, de esos postres que se recuerdan mucho tiempo después. A 10/10 experience! First of all the restaurant it’s jewellery. The food was amazing and also the service. They have live music and the hole vibe was perfect. You should definitely make a reservation.

The bartenders at this place are amazing. So friendly and touching. We were lucky to have a seat at the beautiful bar and got to enjoy delicious cocktails. They serve standard cocktails, as well as original ones.

However, what truly sets Cielo apart is the staff. They are, without a doubt, the heart and soul of this place. From the hostess to the waiters and bartenders, every single team member was exceptional. Our bartenders, were true artists – their cocktails recommendations were spot on and crafted to perfection. Lovely experience and delicious food. Myself and 4 other friends had an amazing time here. The waiters made us feel comfortable and were super accommodating. We all ordered a different plate, and all plates were equally delicious. Definitely recommend and will come again when in Malaga.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare presso Cielo y Florentin e non posso che esprimere il mio più sincero apprezzamento per l’esperienza complessiva, che è stata a dir poco magnifica. Il locale si distingue per un’atmosfera elegante ma accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, e per un servizio impeccabile che accompagna ogni momento della serata. In particolare, desidero ringraziare il cameriere Nico, la cui professionalità, cortesia e attenzione al cliente hanno reso la serata ancora più piacevole. Il menù propone piatti di alta qualità, preparati con grande maestria. Il filetto e le costine sono stati semplicemente eccezionali, teneri, saporiti, cotti alla perfezione sicuramente i migliori che abbia mai avuto modo di assaggiare. I had the most wonderful experience at Florentine Cielo Rooftop in Marbella. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is simply breathtaking — a spectacular rooftop with an elegant vibe and stunning views that make the whole evening feel magical. A special mention goes to Nico, our waiter, who truly made our dinner unforgettable. He was not only extremely professional and kind, but also went above and beyond in every possible way. He recommended the most delicious dishes — the filet and the ribs with roasted tomatoes, which were hands down the best I have ever tasted. The flavors were exceptional, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. Even the dessert was incredible and the perfect way to end the meal. What impressed me the most was Nico’s kindness. When we got a bit lost on our way back, he even helped us with directions to return to our hotel — something you don’t experience every day and that shows the genuine care he has for the guests. I can’t recommend this place enough. Between the outstanding food, the breathtaking location, and the impeccable service (thank you again, Nico!), Florentine Cielo Rooftop is an absolute must when visiting Marbella.

The food was good, and the overall look and atmosphere of the restaurant are beautiful. However, this place is extremely expensive when it comes to both food and drinks. I also really don’t like the fact that they bring bread to the table without asking, and then charge you eight euros for it. I believe that should be the guest’s choice — no matter how small or big the amount is. The waiter who served us that evening was very friendly and welcoming, and he clearly did his best to give us a good experience. All in all, it’s a beautiful restaurant to enjoy a nice dinner — as long as you’re okay with spending a lot of money.

Loved the atmosphere and food, but waiting 20 mins to be seated when you have a reservation is unacceptable. 3 meeter greeter podiums with no employee in sight. If you’re paying €50-60/p you shouldn’t queue up like you’re at a Shake Shack.

Espaço lindíssimo, posso afimar que foi dos mais bonitos que visitei até hoje. Não achei o staff muito disponível nem sorridente, não estava à altura dos preços praticados. A minha bebida (mocktail sem alcool) sabia literalmente a sumo de supermercado num copo bonito.

Locale bellissimo con servizio e ambiente impeccabile , Alfio e Nico due persone bravissime affidatevi a loro . Unica pecca nella pasta con l astice mancava tutta la polpa e il polipo arrosto era completamente bruciato . Il resto magnifico

El local es precioso, la comida estaba bien. El servicio en la recepción fue muy mala, diez minutos esperando en cola sin que nadie atendiese. Luego en mesa nos tuvimos dos camareros, Nico y Pablo que nos dieron muy buena atención. El ambiente estupendo gracias a una dj con muy buen gusto.

El restaurante es realmente bonito , todo está impecablemente organizado, la decoración es preciosa. Disfrutamos mucho de la comida y, sobre todo, de las bebidas, que están preparadas excepcionales. No obstante, me gustaría compartir algo que nos dejó una sensación incómoda al final. Al momento de pagar con tarjeta, el camarero nos preguntó de forma muy directa “¿dónde está mi propina?”. Nosotros ya teníamos la propina preparada en efectivo y se la dimos, pero la forma en que lo dijo no nos pareció adecuada ni profesional.Lo comento como una sugerencia constructiva, ya que el lugar, el servicio y la experiencia que ofrecen merecen estar a la altura de la excelente imagen que proyectan.

The staff was very welcoming and the setting was pleasant, but unfortunately the food missed the mark big time. The pasta was no less than atrocious, which was the most disappointing moment, considering it is an Italian restaurant. It arrived lukewarm, was overcooked and bland. We also ordered a fillet steak (medium rare), it arrived well done and once again, bland and chewy. I hope the kitchen can make improvements, as the place has potential, but for that price you’d expect a much more satisfying and flavourful meal - it simply did not measure up.

A nice restaurant with a unique ambiance and great service from our friendly and very attentive waiter. But they did not deliver on what matters the most - the food. The starters were merely okay and the relatively dry truffle pasta had not much flavor and did not match the steep price they are charging for it. Overall the right place if you care more for a premium ambiance than for premium Italian food quality.

The restaurant’s atmosphere speaks for itself, every detail is beautiful. But for me, a nice interior is not enough, the service plays the biggest role in a nice place for me, which was honestly not the best. When we entered we had to wait at least 10 minutes to be able to sit down even though there was just 1 group in front of us. When sitting down, we’ve received Spanish menus when we were speaking in English with the waiters. The waiters were not making any eye contact we always had to loudly speak up to be noticeable, so after another 10 minutes we could finally get someone to come and get us English menus. The food was okay, nothing outstanding. The truffle burrata was nice. The octopus was not good though, very overcooked. The table next to has was complaining about the food he had eaten as well. Do I get the hype for the place? 100%, because it is very aesthetically pleasing. Will I’ll be back with all these experiences? I don’t think so.

Estubo bien en general, no tengo algo en especial porque quejarme pero considerando el standarde del restaurante esperaba mejor. La comida estaba ok, no estupenda y el ambiente tambien nada wow. El servicio estubo top eso si pero el resto falto el toque de class de un restaurante de el nivel que pretenden.

This restaurant is nice. We sat on the rooftop and enjoyed the decor. The service was good and so was the food but we couldn’t help be notice the other kinds of people that attended this restaurant. I don’t think there was a single natural face in the restaurant apart from ours. I love a fancy meal but this felt cheap. Perhaps this is just the general vibe in this area of Marbella. It was not our cup of tea.

Bad quality of food, way too expensive it’s actually insane. You pay 22 euros for some bread?? The food tastes like nothing, drinks are small for the price ur paying even soft drinks are expensive, also! the servers are attentive at the start but will start to ignore you at the end of the evening.. people really only come here for the atmosphere (which I do need to say is beautiful.) for the rest I do not recommend this place and spend ur money somewhere else.

We've waited 25' after our booking time to get to our table, waitress didn't take the order correctly which caused us to eat at different times, food was low-mid and very expensive. Dinner show consisted in 3 ladies walking around with torches. The location si beautiful, at most go for a drink at the bar. Another Marbella tourist-trap. Would not recommend.

Attempted to go to the rooftop bar as a walk in and were told we could come back at 11.30 for a table on the rooftop. We then went back after our dinner and were turned away stating that it was too busy for 3 people for drinks, and that we wouldn’t be able to wait to be seated all we could do was try again in half an hour! Never experienced that before and it was sad because looked like an amazing place!

Buena comida, precios altos pero acorde al servicio y el lugar, lo que es un sin sentido es cobrar 10 euros por un agua con gas, y 17 euros por una copa de albariño Pazo de Señorans, por poner un ejemplo. Esto no es Miami, y Puente Romano está en la acera de enfrente. También muy inteligentemente meten una sugerencia de propina del 10% que añaden en la cuenta con el total sumado al final de la cuenta , para llevar al engaño. Me informaré sobre esta práctica en hostelería. De nuevo, esto no es EEUU. El habitual cargo for la focaccia y las aceitunas de 9€ que te ofrecen al menos esta avisado. Una pena que un restaurante con potencial de quede en un sitio al que no volver. Lo pasarán mal en Invierno.

El sitio es espectacular y el servicio inmejorable pero la comida bastante mala, los precios totalmente desorbitados!! La pasta pasada de cocción, porciones muy pequeñas y sin sabor. Will absolutely never come back here again. We reserved for the rooftop for our one year anniversary dinner, expecting an amazing night. They didn’t even read the memo, staff was unprofessional, food was okay, however doesn’t justify the price. Bread on table without asking 9 euro a pop, olives 9 euro, mediocre patato’s 9 euro, glass of wine starting at 13 running up to 25.. Worst though was the line of people waiting for a table, right next to where were dining. From down the stairway all the way to the top and op the top!! Also parking is paid on a gravel/sand plot, goodbye your nice shoes. This night unfortunately will not go in the books, dinner wise that is!.. 🥀

Overall not good. Food had zero flavor. Service was slow even on a quiet evening. Not worth the money at all. Big disappointment to be honest. No value for the money you pay. You can better go to the other restaurants in Puento Romana if you going to spend your money.

Leider eine ziemliche Enttäuschung! Der Rooftop ist zwar nett aber man sitzt wie die Sardinen nebeneinander. Das Essen (zweimal Trüffelpasta) schmeckte leider äußerst fad und ungewürzt). Im Vorfeld wurden wir bei der Reservierung gefragt, ob es einen speziellen Anlass gäbe - wir haben Geburtstag angegeben. Dieser wurde jedoch gänzlich ignoriert- es gab weder eine Gratulation, noch einen besonderen Tisch noch irgendwas aufs Haus - die Frage im Vorfeld ist daher unnötig. Werden nicht wieder kommen.

Ben in veel restaurants geweest in puenteromano maar naar deze zal ik niet meer gaan. Prijs kwaliteit liggen ver uit elkaar. Je bent verplicht 10% tip te geven (wat achteraf voor de service blijkt te zijn die we niet hebben gekregen) Geen aanrader. Volgende keer weer lekker richting nobu of coya

Very poor service and attention. Several times just had to sit waiting with empty glasses in front of us while waiting for drinks 20+ minutes. The bill included 10 euro for foccacia although we never ordered nor got ant foccacia. There are plenty of much better places in the area.

We had a very disappointing experience. We booked a table outside but were told it wasn’t available when we arrived, and we had to wait too long to be seated. The service was overall poor – the menu arrived very late, and most of the staff kept ignoring us. The only positive thing was Giuliano, who was truly kind and kept checking on us to make sure we were okay. He really stood out in an otherwise frustrating visit

Had a drink here tonight. One glass of rose, one very small beer, a few olives and nuts €42.00. Very expensive and extremely poor value.

I’ll start by saying the location is undeniably exclusive, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the restaurant’s design and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t live up to the setting. The cuts of meat were mediocre, the selection uninspired, and overall the dishes lacked flavor. I don’t mind paying a high price if the quality matches, but here it was simply lacking. Considering that two starters and mains without any alcoholic drinks came to around €250, it felt quite disappointing. I doubt I’ll be returning, unless I’m specifically in the market for gold diggers.

We had s reservation at 0815 PM in the rooftop. After I made the reservation online I called the restaurant to ask if children were allowed. They informed me that children are allowed until 0900 PM. When we went there , they informed me that children were not allowed in the rooftop. So, they offered us a lousy table at the back of the restaurant with a view at the parking lot and we were not able to see the live performance. Food was below average and was not worth the price. In addition, they added a tip to the bill without informing us. Overall, this was a bad experience.

Essen total geschmacklos, Getränke - sehr schlecht! Man zahl gerne für eine gute Qualität, aber nicht für die Abzocke. "Highlight" war der Manager, nachdem wir uns für die super schlechte Getränkequalität (vor allem Cava) beschwert haben und gefragt haben, wie man einen Cava (Supermarkt Preis für die Flasche 5 Euro) in so einem schönen Restaurant überhaupt servieren kann und dann noch 22Euro dafür verlangt antwortete er: wir müssen auch überleben! Bestellt Champagne, wenn es euch nicht schmeckt. Total unprofessionell, ungepflegt, underground Niveau.
