On 10/15/25 around 12:20pm placed my order. I know They can be busy. I understand. But if you’re in a hurry don’t screw up the order. Double whopper no veggies at all and there was jalapeños on there. Impossible burger said no onions and it had onions. I love The food but I always Get my orders messed up

Just had the strangest experience here. Cashier trying to tell us we already got our order handed us drinks that weren’t ours then basically told us we are lying about not receiving our order. I’ve worked fast food so I know she cleared the order from the screen before we received our food. She yelled for the manager and he came and fixed it. The girl working the window was rude and made me feel uncomfortable… no straws either. Also WTH these are the driest chicken fingers ever.

Cold burgers and onion rings. Fries were decent. Drive-thru orders seem to be prioritized over orders placed inside.

Very disappointed as I simply ordered an some fries. Always believe that they should be served hot. This was a drive thru order and the fries were neither hot nor even warm. Rather. They were room temp so that sat around until they managed to sell them. I did not eat the rest and tossed them. Money wasted. No plans to return based on this. Had a great experience the previous evening. But this really sunk my opinion.

Went here last night. Waited forever, food was cold and the order was wrong. We threw it in the trash and went to taco bell. The worst experience ever.

Service was great but the food was semi-cold cheese was cold inside the burger you need to do better people dont mind waiting for hot food! Its win every time try it you will see the difference in your $$$$

DON'T EAT HERE. I got a burger last night, took almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. It wasn't incredibly hot, but I was hungry. I think it sat for a long time, some of the staff was completely lost. I've been violently ill all day and missed a job because I was getting an IV fluid drip from food poisoning. They should shut this place down.

Ordered drive through, spent $60 on 5 meals. With Coke, all were diet, we didn't order diet, and 2 of the 5 burgers were incorrect . When we expect to pay for 5 meals we expect the correct burger. Ordered 2 simple double bacon cheeseburger and we got 2 kids burgers with stale buns. Fries were cold.

We ordered burgers, and everything that came out was chicken. Drive through order, and you should always check your bag. We did not, and got to work to eat it for lunch, to find out it was all wrong. No straws in bag, no condiments. Just chicken, bread, and some lettuce. We are always more than kind to people, and they repay us with bad service and a terrible order.

We stood at the counter about 5mnts before anyone seen us, then he tells someone in the back there's people at the counter, 2 employees come out a side room, wash their hands but never come to the counter, so the 1st gentleman took our order anyway after we waited 10 mnts, the burgers were wrong, we asked for no tomatoes on 2 and they were on it anyway, the fries were luke warm, my chicken sandwich was not fresh, we spent almost $30, had driving almost 3 hours and the kids wanted Burger King, worse one I've ever been too!!!!

Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins, the cashier was rude, they were "out" of every tea, dr.pepper, and ranch....so anything we asked about. To top it all off the food was packaged in a disgusting way.....dirty greesy fingerprints all over our food...🤢🤮 NOPE!
