Well, neutral review. It's not bad, but I can't say I'll be back. Before visiting, you should be aware of the extra costs €1.50 per person for the cover charge. I had the classic and very simple Margherita pizza. The menu also listed basil, but I didn't find it on my pizza. It's not critical, but attention to detail is essential in my opinion. Pizza knives must be special, or you must at least be sure they will cut the dish well. The knives provided didn't cut at all. It was quite a task to cut the pizza, but when it got cold, it became downright impossible. I left the restaurant with my fingers actually hurting from having to squeeze the knife so hard. Inside the restaurant (a non-smoking establishment), it's incredibly hot, 33 degrees outside and the ovens are on. The only good thing is the pizza chef's beer; we liked it. You could say it's the tiny details, but these details are very important in a restaurant.
Once again, I ordered a phone order and got the wrong pizza on delivery. The first time I ordered tuna and onion without mozzarella..... It was actually made without tomato sauce. This time I ordered whole wheat and paid extra..... It was made with regular dough. Unfortunately, the service has been terrible in the last few months. I can't figure out what's wrong. Is it the person answering the phone or are they just not communicating with each other?
The pizza is good, nothing to complain about... if they answered the phone it would be much better. I tried calling several times, the phone was always busy, probably disconnected... and when they answer they put you on hold for 15 minutes... terrible service.
Unfortunately, I have to give this place a negative review. For 2 reasons: - endless waits for 2 slices, 2 people in the room. You ask for another slice and they can't make it for you because they're afraid they'll end up giving it to the others. CRAZY! - you ask for dessert and they tell you I have to wait a long time because it's not a priority! Wake up!
The pizza is really very good, it's a shame about the service because they always arrive late and on two occasions they lost my order.
Never try a new pizzeria when you've been craving it for a few days. I don't know if it's a way to drive away customers, but it's certainly not a way to attract new ones. The dough is hard to digest, so compact that it seems uncooked or not fully risen. Nothing to take away from the ingredients, which, even though frozen, were almost average; but I was shocked when I found this gourmet pizza, paid the modest price of 12 euros, literally burned. I believe that a good "pizzaiolo," dedicated and responsible for his work, should acknowledge his mistakes and correct them, especially when they are so obvious. I'm disappointed because we had discovered a pizzeria next door where we could eat it on site.
Horrible pizza, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cold, not even baked. We couldn't stomach it. Never again.
I ordered takeout. The pizza is good, but very small. The slices are a bit meh. I was really surprised by the somewhat rude attitude when I asked the size of a slice or when asked (after a 30-minute wait) how much was left. The 330ml Coke for €3.50 is a steal.
Solo travellers not welcome! This place was recommended to me by a friend who is a local so I decided to go. When I arrive there is no one else sitting at the tables outside so I proceed to sit down. The female waitress then tells me that they won't be ready for 10 minutes and that I can't wait at the table. I walk away and sit on some steps nearby. Less than two minutes later I see a few people approach the restaurant and are allowed to sit down. I return to the restaurant and attempt to sit down when she asks me if I was on my own, I say yes. There are still plenty of free tables outside at this point. She then says she has a table inside for me. I ask whether I can sit outside and she says no. I have travelled solo to a number of places and dined alone and never have I felt so discriminated as I did tonight.
