Yesterday I went for the first time with a friend, we ordered takeout, and since we hadn't tried either of the two award-winning dishes, we ordered one of each... both were spectacular! Absolutely flawless... but for me, the Aldeano was the best of the two. Keep inventing such delicious things and you'll go far...

We had breakfast here, and the sandwiches were very good. We ordered the Donald Trump sandwich and the Mexican sandwich. They're different and delicious. The place is small but fine. The only thing I didn't like, which I hope they fix. We got a table right next to the bar, and they had a ton of pre-made cold cuts sandwiches, uncovered, and flies were feasting on them. I think they should keep them covered in a display case or something like they have in many cafes, mainly for hygiene reasons. Otherwise, it's very good.

No matter what you order, it'll be delicious!!! This place has won the award for best sandwich in the Canary Islands, but the best thing about it is the people who run it. Today we had a sandwich and it was truly delicious. Friendliness, warmth, and speed in a place where even the tequeños are homemade. As I said, order whatever you want... It'll be delicious!!!

Quizás fui con expectativas altas por los premios recibidos en algunos bocadillos, que pedí el bocadillo estrella y realmente no tenía absolutamente nada de especial, incluso menos que cualquier otro, pedimos otro y estaba normal tirando a malo, la atención no fue especialmente mala pero tampoco buena, la música estaba súper alta por lo que te gritaban para pedir la orden, por ende también se equivocaban supongo que al no escuchar bien, no tenía pajita para los batidos, había que levantarse para pagar y no entregaban ticket, aparcar es una pesadilla, y tienen pocas mesas, realmente no lo recomendaría como para ir especialmente a comer ahí, si estás de paso y tienes hambre bueno quizás te sirva.

Llevaba tiempo yendo y lo recomendaba mucho, incluso a amigos que tenían que venir de sitios alejados de la isla. Uno se adaptaba al horario para disfrutar del lugar. Sin embargo, el trato al cliente cada vez deja más que desear y el espacio para ir con un niño pequeño no es bueno. Hay una trona, pero no es muy segura (sin sujeción y algo resbaladiza). Con el carro imposible entrar salvo que te pongas en las mesas altas de la entrada, por lo que el detalle de tener buenas tronas es fundamental para atender familias (dos adultos y un niño pequeño). Sé que el sitio es pequeño pero entre lo juntas que tienen las mesas, el detalle de no darte un vasito de agua al pedirlo en varias ocasiones que he ido (es obligatorio ofrecerla del grifo desde abril del 22 por ley y no hay indicación del Ayuntamiento de que el agua del grifo no sea potable en esta zona), así como el trato al cliente que cada vez lo percibo mucho peor, me hace pensar que el foco del lugar está muy centrado ahora en la rentabilidad. A día de hoy no sé si volveré porque llevo varias veces saliendo con mal sabor de boca. Sé que eso no es importante porque hay miles de clientes más, pero a mí por lo menos, me entristece cuando veo pasar esto en sitios que me hacían feliz y por los que sentía que valía la pena pagar un poco más que en otros sitios. Ojalá tomen nota de estos detalles y mejoren. Un saludo.

Desde hace varios meses, estamos pidiendo bocadillos todos los viernes en el trabajo. Los pedimos a través de globo y no habíamos tenido problemas hasta este último. Resulta que me cancelaron el pedido porque alegaron que la dirección no era correcta cuando ya llevaba pidiendo hacía semanas y no había tenido problemas. Llamamos a la cafetería y su contestación fue que normalmente globo hacia esto, que la cancelaban para comérselas ellos y que pidiéramos por otro medio xq globo no era serio. Y porqué siguen trabajando con ellos? Al final me quedé sin dinero y sin comer. Supongo que mientras ellos sigan vendiendo, les importa poco si el producto llega a su destino o no

I feel ripped off and completely taken advantage of to place an order and receive THE WORST smoothie... I don't know if they were in a rush, didn't have any fruit, or if the ingredients weren't there... but it's just awful. I ordered a multi-fruit smoothie and they sent me this miserable mess of frozen berries and pure water, as you can see in the photo. I had to leave it because it tasted like nothing but water... and on top of that, they charge €6.50 for this garbage? I feel cheated... I won't order smoothies from this place again until they make decent ones. (Don't be fooled by the photos they post, because they're nothing like what you actually receive.)

I did made my order and plugged in my laptop and waited for my breakfast. A lady come said that I cannot plug in my laptop as the plug ins are for them to plug in the little billboard! They open at 06:00 and it was 08:30 but still that little billboard was not plugged in! She asked me to plug out my laptop because she need to use it with a very bad manor and with angry voice. Even there were three plug in and it was all ready 2.5 hours after opening time still that billboard was not plugged in. How miserable and unfriendly people can be instead to be friendly, kind and as a waitress to be behaving with their customers in a professional way…though still I’ll give them 5 stars for the other waitress service, being nice and friendly…
