Returning from Liguria, last Friday, January 2nd, we stopped at Pippi's. Bright and harmonious, the restaurant welcomed us warmly. For appetizers, we ordered a Fassona beef tartare with Tropea onions and a Jerusalem artichoke flan—amazing. For the main course, a Ligurian-style rabbit and a fried egg with white truffle—all excellent, impeccably cooked, and beautifully presented. To finish, we couldn't miss the panna cotta, now legendary! The staff was kind and professional, and the service was excellent right through to the end, when they served us an excellent coffee in an elegant, warmed cup. I can't wait to go back!

We went for dinner this evening. I wasn't familiar with the restaurant, and all I can say is, WOW! What a spectacular experience! Location: 10 Service & Staff: 10 Appetizer, First Course, Dessert: 10 Wine Cellar: 10 We'll definitely be back to try other dishes. Congratulations on the wonderful management and excellent cuisine.

We were immediately greeted with truly delicious bread and breadsticks, which kicked off a delightful dining experience. The stuffed vegetables were fresh and delicious, prepared with great care. The location is equally special: upon entering, you find yourself immersed in a traditional and welcoming atmosphere, almost like a cellar, with large demijohns and exposed brick walls that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The waiters were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel immediately at ease. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Masone (GE): an authentic, welcoming place, and a must-try!

We have visited Da Pippi during Ferragosto initially as a backup because many restaurants were closed. At the end we were glad about this coincidence and it is truly a local highlight. The service was excellent and the quality of the menu was outstanding. We had Pasta as Primi Piatti and they were authentic and delicious. As Secondi we had calve with potatoes and this was amazing. The gravey was amongst the best I have ever had so far. As dessert we asked what was the most popular one for the place and it turned out to be pana cotta. It was so soft, tasty and delicious! Also the Ambiente was nice. We can only recommend to visit this restaurant.

The menu is simple, but the dishes are meticulously prepared, as are the ambiance and service. Fassona beef tartare with black truffle as an appetizer, a traditional Genoese ravioli al tuccu (with tuccu ravioli), and a wonderful braised beef in Barbera wine as a main course. For dessert, the famous panna cotta with chopped Canelin nougat. The wine selection is also impressive.

A guarantee of quality! I've been to Da Pippi many times with friends, and every time is a confirmation. The cuisine is excellent, with traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared with high-quality local ingredients. The real must-try is the homemade panna cotta made with milk from the valley, just like in the olden days... absolutely worth a try! Gianni also always knows how to recommend the perfect wine to pair with dinner. A place where you eat well, have a family atmosphere, and always enjoy your time. Highly recommended!

On our way to Milano, we decided to stop and enjoy a nicer lunch than one typically finds on the highway. We were so thrilled we did as the meal was incredible! Everything was homemade and clearly prepared with a love for excellence. The pasta was beautiful, sauces excellent, the meat was tender and delicious. The only thing better than the meal was the excellent service and sentiment of family togetherness! We would 100% recommend detouring off the highway to enjoy this wonderful restaurant!!
