Es el restaurante del Hotel Playa Bonita y lo visitamos cada que venimos a Mazatlán. Nos encanta desayunar aquí: la comida siempre es buena, el servicio es atento y el ambiente agradable. Sin duda, uno de los buenos lugares para desayunar cerca de la Zona Dorada. Muy recomendable.

The Early bird dinner specials are great here. We opted for the filet mignon, potato, veggies and roll. This comes with a brown gravy but you can request the gravy be omitted or served on the side.our group enjoyed everything.

A Hidden Gem in the Golden Zone! We visited this restaurant for the first time and were absolutely blown away! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch, the atmosphere was inviting, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality of food we received. I ordered the filet mignon, while my boyfriend opted for the ribs—both were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The experience began with complimentary salsa made fresh right at our table, and it was hands down some of the best we’ve ever had. To top it all off, my frozen margarita was generously sized and the perfect complement to our meal. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in the Golden Zone, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The early bird menu is such a great deal! The fresh salsa and guacamole and chips are incredible! All staff were wonderfully accommodating as well. I went with a broken leg in a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had enough room around me whenever I had to go to the washroom. Absolutely wonderful experience!

This Golden Zone restaurant is located in the front patio of the Playa Bonita hotel. Mostly frequented by hotel guests as well as walk in customers like me. The morning breakfast crowd was small, which I always watch for a quick turn around once I place my order. The chorizo and egg plate, along with beans, also included a side of chilaquiles for free. All my favorites gathered on one plate. What a culinary treat! Not only did my order arrive promptly, but no corners were cut as some rushed meals sometimes are, thus resulting in a less than satisfying experience. The chorizo and eggs were well balanced as they should be, and the beans and chilaquiles rounded out the plate perfectly. Ahh, presentation is one thing, as we all know, but satisfying my taste buds is entirely another. It did not disappoint friends. To the last bite, this plate tasted so amazing that I walked away totally happy with my choices, barely leaving anything for the dishwasher to clean! If you're looking for an excellent breakfast option, try this place first, and I guarantee it won't be your last.

Great place, delicious Seafood and Mexican food. Get there soon, closes on December 31st, 2022. Being torn down and, replaced with a highrise. New locations open on the new year on the Golden Zone. Hope it keeps the same atmosphere.

Table side salsa is a great compliment to the Don Emilio. Mahi-mahi smotherd in mushrooms sauteed with chili peppers. Arguably my favorite up fish dish. Loved it last year....does not disapoint!

Great old fashion Mexican style service. Starting with table side hand made salsa,chips and bean sauce. The dinner special was great. We tried the filet of beef and it was tender and cooked to perfection. The ribs and chicken alsok looked good. One of the best value dinners in Mazatlán.

A fantastic restaurant. Easy access if you are walking. It has a great staircase. The atmosphere is fun and nostalgic. The service was great. And the ribeye that I ate was superb. Prices were very reasonable. It would have gotten 5 stars, but our food took a long time to come out.

Buen lugar, el artista que ameniza el lugar los fines de semana es muy bueno. Las bebidas son de Regulares a Buenas, los postres de Regulares a malos, alimentos en general son buenos con nada extraordinario, el lugar se lleva un muy bien en decoración y la atención es de regular a mala con mucho por mejorar.

Faltan más ventiladores en la terraza exterior... pero las fiestas retro están muy buenas 👍🏽

La comida es muy rica pero el servicio es lamentable. Llegamos y no habían muchas mesas ocupadas pero si muchas sucias de que había terminado clientes y no habían limpiado. La mesera que nos estaba atendiendo muy mala cara, teníamos que pedirle las cosas muchas veces y duramos esperando nuestra comida 40 min aprox. Es entendible cuando hay mucha gente, pero no cuando hay tan poquitas personas. Muy mala experiencia, no regresaría.

Do NOT eat here! Happy hour drinks place ONLY skip the food if you value your stomach & budget. Terrible food = broth only tortillas soup, powdered gravy with steak, low budget salad dressing, over cooked shrimp, the list goes on. Have a drink or 6 and then move on.
