Chicken pieces are smaller than they were before, they didn't have Spicy chicken when we ordered, the soda from the fountain has questionable quality, as the Zero-Sugar Coke didn't have flavor, it felt like it went bad

Very disrespectful!!! I went and ordered 2. 3piece tenders combo.. I get home and they forgot the 2 mash potatoes. I go back to the drive thru and confront the girl working the window. It seemed it bothered her that she. She wanted to give me the 2 mash potatoes along with the gravy for the tenders that they also forgot to give me not in a bag..The cashier got upset and slammed the window close shut and walked away.I noticed there were no spoons in the bag. I didn't bother to call her back due to her attitude.. I get home and the tenders were hard as hell...this is the last time I'll go to this restaurant..

Biscuits cold,chicken appeared to be not fully cooked,no corn available. There was trays with foif left overs on tables. Dirty mens restroom,ladies restroom not working.There was a homeless individual making faces to customers...the list of negatives keep going on...not coming back ever again!!!

One of the ladies there, is very rude and bitter. She is not friendly and is VERY badly behaved with customers! If you don't like working there, please quit, horrible experiences.

Ordered a spicy chicken family meal and it was not spicy, also did not get my second order of mashed potatoes. Called to ask and see if anything could be fixed and Jessica said the order was correct that she put spicy chicken, it was not. Had an attitude and was rude. We call right away and they never answer after one hour they call and she said she wants the chicken back . Bad service

That girl Julie with glasses is so rude someone teach her customer service plain rude where is her manager 2nd time that I give them an opportunity really bad manager only getting customers in window ignoring not even welcoming clients had to ask for the special new girl had same attitude took pictures they where using girls restroom for personal use and having everyone use the mans they complained various times and they’d ignore rude Manager would ignore locked doors at 8pm and would not acknowledge very bad didn’t want to give us hot sauce more ketchup only gave me two pack for a family combo of 10 piece how sad

02/13/25. 4:27pm My order wasn't complete and I found out when I arrived at home which is 5minutes away and is a disappointment 🤨 If you pay for something and the employees don't bother to Doble check your order. Place wasn't busy . Waste of money and I call and no one pick up the phone.. more than 6 time I call and no answer. I don't recommend this place. Bad service. GO TO POLLO PALENQUE!!!!!

I bought the 10 piece tender family meal and the chicken tenders were bland no one ate them they were tasteless we hade to make due with the cold slaw even the mash potatoes were bland and runny

Bad service, every Sunday since a couple of weeks they was closed since 8pm and making the cleaning already, if you go walking they recommend you walk by the drive thru even when is pretty risky, the personal is already chilling outside on trucks with friends and just denied the service if you don't bring your car.
