When I got there the employee took about 5 minutes to realize there were customers because they were watching tv in the employee's only area. The floors were very sticky and looked like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. There were crumbs all over the entrance. Each table I saw was also dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. Aside from that, the boba was good. The drinks were good but I would appreciate it if the employees took better care of the store.

Magic Cup is alright, it's not bad but not the best either. Service was kinda slow (only one barrista was making drinks and taking orders), drinks were okay - we had an iced honey caramel latte and a tiger oat milk tea with boba). We went in on a Friday afternoon (1PM) and the cafe was pretty empty except for another patron before us ordering drinks to go with her two kids. The shared parking lot has Tesla Superchargers, was is a plus for Tesla owners who want a quick refreshment while they charge up their car. I'll give them another try when I am in the area again.

I've been to this location many times with no problems and good drinks, but this time was different. I got a peach-strawberry green tea, which usually is great, but this time they put fruit chunks in the bottom of me and my friend's drink without asking, which makes it a lot harder to drink because we dislike the texture (the drink was fine otherwise). It also seems like the workers didn't like us for some reason, the vibes were off. They also forgot to give me the dessert I ordered, I had to remind them. Probably not gonna come back unless something changes tbh. The only reason I left 3 stars instead of less is because they used to be a lot better.

Service was horrible and they were beyond rude. They blamed me for their lack of understanding of a simple drink and charged me for an add on that I did not request. I told them about it and they were adamant that I was wrong. I understand there’s a language barrier but I even spoke slow and clear hoping they’d understand. Ultimately I took my loss. Not going back anymore because I don’t appreciate being robbed especially in this economy.

This place is going down hill fast which is the fault of the owner, not the products. Im not even sure they are even still open, ive tried to order from them multiple times around 9:30am and each time no one is there. It sucks because their drinks are actually really good.

Update 1/18/26: I’ve driven through the drive through twice in the last two weeks. The coffee machine is apparently broken and they have still not fixed it. Very odd. Each time I’ve ended up going to Duino Coffee across the street. I normally like Magic Cup! And would usually give it maybe 4/5 stars. But today I went to use a coupon they sent me and they were out of coffee! I was very surprised a coffee shop would run out of coffee by 10am…

Ordered pickup on toast for this place and when I drove to the place they were out of all drinks I had ordered . She asked if I wanted to replace or cancel and I said cancel she said I would have to cancel on my end and I couldn’t there was no cancel option. When I told the lady she said she couldn’t help me I had to call customer service which I’m still waiting on it’s been 40 minutes. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL Also when I go to toast under cancel they just tell me to call Magic Cup so no solution and NO refund

This place was not only incredibly dirty with bird poop and other forces possibly rat poop, but they only had ONE flavor of ice cream in stock. The girl said they don’t carry their macaroons anymore either. This place needs to be shut down

We used to love this place, but today’s visit was disappointing. We went to the drive-thru and waited for a significant amount of time. No one took our order, so we went to the window and no response there, as well. We parked and tried to go inside, only to find the door was locked. We went on a Sunday at 2pm. Their hours state they’re open Sundays from 10am-9pm. Not sure what happened, but they could at least put up a sign or change their hours online to be more accurate.

Walked in to an empty store, no music no vibe just silence and emptiness. Very unwelcoming. Not sure who owns this place but please visit your location.

They have really good drinks but the hours are not accurate. I showed up today after work around 5pm and they were closed walked back after I grabbed dinner next door and were still closed at 6pm. This isn’t the first time I show up on any day of the week and they are randomly closed.

Disappointing. Ordered food, paid for food. Then went back up to ask where it was after 15-20 minutes and they said they were sold out. Place was slow and tables were dirty. Had hair on the table we sat at while waiting for food that they took our order for then forgot about.
