I absolutely love this location of Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea! The team here is always so kind and welcoming — they even write little encouraging messages on your coffee cup lid, which always brightens my day. I’ve hosted a small event here before, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. The food and drinks are fantastic, and the atmosphere is just as wonderful. What makes it even better? The owner actively supports local artists and regularly showcases their work in the shop — such an inspiring place that truly gives back to the community!

Hands-down, one of my favorite local coffee shops! I love to get my morning coffee or Matcha there and I’m always greeted by the most friendliest people whenever I arrive. Friendly and joyful staff! Walking in and seeing staff laughing and smiling really made my morning. I was offered an excellent Fall drink and the cherry yogurt danish was delicious! There’s plenty of seating and electric outlets along the windows for easy computer or phone charging. Quiet enough for working while also being a great space for meetings.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in McKinney! Every visit has been worth every penny! I had my birthday party here last year and it was the best experience! Their cold brews, Thai milk teas, and Matcha beverages are great and made with love. Their lemon bars, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches are also good. Great, quiet atmosphere. Lots of seating. Wonderful and kind staff. Lovely and unique beverages!

Great place to stop for a quick coffee and hot cocoa. I love the atmosphere of this place and hanging out with friends. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The seating was very nice and so was the decor. A must stuff for anyone wanting to grab a coffee and even a quick dessert.

Been wanting to check out this coffee shop for awhile and finally made it in today and it did not disappoint. In fact, I have decided it will be one of my new go-to places for studying. Love the variety of drink options (coffees and teas in many different flavors, hot and cold drinks including ice cream coffee drinks) AND food options (including savory items, which I prefer for study food). Comfortable environment for sitting and relaxing or studying for awhile and really great natural lighting. Will definitely be back very soon!

A very good coffee spot in this area of the town. I tried their French Vietnamese au lait with double shot and i was really great. The flavors are so infused and rich in taste. I also tried their hash-browns. Friendly and welcoming staff. Lot of area and space to collaborate.

Cute little coffee shop! I’ve only been here once so I need to give it another try, but I personally didn’t love the drink I got. Trip #1 has earned 4 stars but still some opportunity to improve on trip #2. I loved the atmosphere and environment, lots of parking and convenient location with easy access.

I had been ordering from this place regularly, but over the past few weeks I noticed the quality of their food getting worse and worse. Last week I ordered the Pretzel Melt - Spinach & Feta, and it turned out to be the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The sandwich was moldy, old, and completely spoiled, and both my wife and I got sick afterward. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only issue. A few weeks before that, I had an important meeting and placed my order 20 minutes before arriving. When I got there, not only was my order not ready, but the staff were casually chatting with each other even though there were no customers in the store. Because of their lack of care and attention to customers, I ended up being late to my important meeting. Truly unprofessional. Because of the declining food quality, poor hygiene, and unprofessional service, I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.
