Great atmosphere, food was amazing. Pleasantly surprised at how efficient and delicious the food was, specifically for a new restaurant. We will definitely be back!

The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that set the perfect tone for an exceptional dining experience. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a level of professionalism that made us feel like valued guests from the start. The patio is a MUST SEE! Omg that view is stunning! The menu offered a delightful array of options, showcasing both classic dishes and innovative creations. I decided to start with the Carols crab fries, which was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. It was phenomenal! I truly love it here and plus BYOB, who doesn’t love that!

I had an unforgettable dining experience at Carol’s on the Water. The waitstaff was not only amazing but also attentive and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The food was simply incredible, with the Thai wings being a standout dish that I couldn't get enough of. My daughter's favorite, and my close second, was the special appetizer, arancini. And of course the view of the lake, which somehow surprised me with how breathtaking it was. Being on the deck makes you feel like you’re in the middle of the lake. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great meal with a fantastic ambiance.

We tried Carol’s for the first time and loved it! Food was delicious and we loved sitting over the water. Our waitress, Vanessa, was so sweet and attentive. There is no signage on Route 46 for the restaurant so be careful you don’t just pass by Budd Lake and miss the side street it’s on! BYOB.

Last Saturday night we celebrated a birthday at Carol's on the Water... I can safely say everything was on point! The ambience, the service, the food and the employees were exceptional ! The BYOB was a great idea! Thank you Carols on the Water for hosting us....

Went to this place yesterday, and had one of the best experiences ever. The food was delicious, the service was top tier, and the overall experience was wonderfully. I definitely recommend this place if you are having a small gathering.

Greek salad, wings, salmon and steak with garlic mashed was what we had, but the menu was quite eclectic with lots of good choices. Was not expecting it to be so good as they just opened, but the food was really wonderful.Topped it off with a brownie sundae desert! Prices were very reasonable plus it’s a BYOB. Great spot.

I came here because is one of my favorite places, unfortunately it looks open Online but it was closed. Unclear of the schedule, if it’s seasonal, or weekend, etc.

Hours are bizarre weekend not open for lunch on a beautiful Saturday. Not open much at all don't know how this place will stay in business nothing posted on door as to hours and everyone thinks the name of this place is the Boathouse as driving by that's what stands out so far we were excited about this place however every time everyone wants to go it's closed
