We stop everytime we go through on the bike. It has so much to offer. You can eat a meal there, or just have coffee & a danish, cookie or ice cream!! The service is very friendly, food is great, prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend anyone to stop here when they can!

Planned stop during our bike packing trip. Felt like I was at home because of the kindness of all workers. The lady making the coffee or taking the orders was very respectful and friendly. This is a special little town that loves God. We felt God’s love through the people that work here. Don’t pass by only but get off and drink a coffee.

My boyfriend and I came here randomly on the way to Lost Maples. We both had Americanos and the carne 20” pizza to share. It was probably the best pizza we had both ever had. It had pepperoni, bacon and sausage covered on it with a buttery/garlicky crust that was more on the thin side but not NY style thin. The waitress/staff were super friendly as well. We really enjoyed the meal here and the ambiance was very calming. Will definitely come back!

Great place in such a small town! The owner makes me a Keto pizza that is perfect!! They also serve a great frappuccino!! (Decaf on request) Everyone is so nice, you can tell that they care about the people they serve. Love this place for my regular Thursday night with friends!

Went for lunch. Heidi has a beautiful Cafe. The buffet was delicious! I loved seeing the crosses and scriptures everywhere on the walls. It was a great place to relax and soak up the atmosphere. The booths even have electrical outlets for laptops! I especially enjoyed the cheese enchiladas and the cheesecake for dessert. Thank you Heidi, Jennifer and Tessa for such a delicious meal! I can't wait to go back!

We arrived at the restaurant right at closing, but the staff was very gracious and made us a pizza anyway. We had wonderful conversation with the staff. On top of that, the pizza was so delicious. I highly recommend eating here. It is worth the drive to Medina!

Really great experience here. Pizza was delicious. Awesome baked goods and great, fresh coffee. Appreciated their checking on a giving me fresh cream for the coffee. Nice non standard drinks and sodas (yum the cream soda and my mom loved the lemonade). Very accommodating. Super clean and the AC works great. If you might be worried about any finger wagging or pontificating, I experienced ZERO. My mom and I were the only customers there at the time too (lunch buffet was over and it was too early for dinner) so there was ample opportunity for awkwardness. They (or the owner who may or may not have been there - since I don't know who thst is!) let the environment speak for them (about their faith, if you haven't caught my drift 😉).

As I was sitting out front, 2 ladies said the door was open and to use the restroom and sit in the ac as long as we needed, they were closed and going home. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. I was so hot and their small act of kindness probably caused me to keep from over heating. We wish we had been able to thank these ladies in person, but know, we were at the right place at the right time 🩷

My wife and I showed up on Wednesday which was buffet day. The pizza was excellent. I really enjoy the welcoming and Down home atmosphere. Do not go through Medina without stopping and enjoying this wonderful restaurant.

Stopped here today for lunch while on a motorcycle ride. Absolutely the most welcoming and friendly establishment I've ever been to. Great pizza, amazing desserts, and delicious coffee. The buffet is truly a bargain. I will be back MANY times.

Every Friday morning, the Medina Quilt Group meets here for coffee. The barista has to deal with anything up to two dozen women, each one with their own particular order, their own particular quirks, and discussions on size, taste, or flavor. Yet she is always friendly, laughing and joking, and produces excellent beverages. Sometimes ladies order a treat to have with their morning cuppa, and those are served with the same joy and enthusiasm. The food is good, the beverages are great, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent.

The Core is the friendliest restaurant/coffee shop ever. It is a comfortable, friendly environment and the workers are top notch; though they are volunteers they work their hearts out every day. The food and dessert is great and their new pizza menu is very good as well. If you happen to be in town, check it out!

I stopped with my kids for breakfast tacos, and coffee before heading to Lost Maple park. Service was below any fast food chain; tacos were bland, and the coffee was dangerously hot( now I understand McDonald's "hot coffee" lawsuit from 1994). The place itself was lovely to sit in. Maybe lunch is better.
