We came without a reservation, and there was no table at the restaurant. We ate in the cafeteria, which has a different menu, but everything was truly delicious. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, the service was very attentive, and the dishes were delicious. When we return to that area, we'll definitely be back 😋

We stopped by for reviews and to try it. A great choice. It's a shame we didn't have a reservation, so we went "cafeteria style." Everything was delicious. Next time we'll try to book a meal for €24, without a drink.

Whenever I travel to Madrid by car, Restaurante Duque has become a must-stop for me since I discovered it about four years ago. This time I went with my father, and as always, it was a fantastic experience. We tried the set menu (€24), and both in presentation and flavor, it rivaled any fine dining restaurant. We were greeted with a delicious starter, and then I had burrata with tomato, pesto, and strawberries as my first course, followed by a spectacular pork tenderloin in a spiced marinade. My father chose leek with romesco sauce and sobrasada, followed by a flavorful crispy lamb stew. For dessert, we had cheesecake and mascarpone mousse with red berry ice cream, which provided the perfect ending to the meal. The restaurant's decor is exquisite, with a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. Special mention goes to the chairs—they were incredibly comfortable! The service, as always, was exceptional. We were served by the owner, whom we've met before. She's always friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she puts her heart into everything she does. A place that never disappoints. I'll definitely be back whenever I have the chance.

Very nice restaurant. You can have breakfast as dinner. You have cakes and tortillas, nice coffee and drinks. You can have your order outdoor and access to fast wifi connection.

Hemos venido por recomendación. Es un sitio agradable para hacer una parada antes de continuar a nuestro destino. Apetirivo muy rico! Comimos muy bien, lo más destacable la ensalada de cecina y solomillo con foie. Porciones generosas y buenos tiempos entre plato y plato.

A cozy and pleasant place. We saw it in passing and stopped by. They have a menu with several dishes and a daily menu with dessert (drinks not included). We ordered three set meals, and it's truly a unique mix of original and delicious dishes. The price isn't bad at all (the menu includes dishes from the main menu) for three people (we thought it would be more expensive, but we left feeling full and happy). If you're in the area or traveling toward Madrid and take a slight detour off the A2, you can enjoy a delicious and comfortable meal here (without having to run the risk of being caught at rest stops toward Madrid and the resulting price of less delicious and elaborate dishes).

(10 de agosto, 2024) Sorprende ver un restaurante más bien de corte ‘fino’ en una ubicación tan cercana a la carretera. Los platos que pedimos nos gustaron, pero no me acabó de encajar la relación calidad precio. La oferta del menú se basa en comida tradicional pero le dan un toque moderno. No obstante, al resultado le falta un punto para llegar a nivel del precio que cuesta. Las raciones son escasas.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. At first glance, the concept of chef-driven cuisine in a small town seems odd, but the place is certainly well-maintained, and the service, while a bit slow, is excellent. The food is somewhat atypical, with a few unusual personal touches that are nonetheless effective and tasty. Unfortunately, it's very expensive; for example, a set menu is €24 without drinks. The variety of dishes feels somewhat limited, mainly because it lacks more traditional options, and the prices, especially considering its rural location, are too high for my taste. Overall, while not a bad place, it's very peculiar and not for everyone, and quite expensive.

An unfortunate welcome; this experience got off to a bad start. They took our reservation and told us to wait, that they'd be there in a minute. Twenty-five minutes passed without them even offering us anything to drink while we waited… with our coats in hand, we stood at the door, and when they opened the dining room, they rudely ushered us out… “I told you to wait in the café.” “That must be the way things are here,” my father-in-law, who's from the area, remarked… The food was excellent, though, and the initial unpleasantness left a pleasant aftertaste, even after the meal. Excuse me, we arrived on time; we simply wanted to be offered something to drink if the wait was going to be 25 minutes… courtesy from a host who knows how to treat a waiting guest.

Food was terrible. The chef must have changed, because it was nothing like the Google review photos. My dish was not was codillo (piglet) was all fat and not a sliver of meat. It looked great see foto, but it was a false first impression, if you like eating raw fat then this is something you would like. My daughter had a simple steak and the meat was like rubber, chewing gum. Again the photo looks great but not a good eating experience Don't be deceived by the photos the food was bad, on a scale of 1-10 it get a minus score.

Two words: Highway Robbery! Checked if the chops were lechal before ordering them. The waitress confirmed that it was. The dish turned out to be 4 slices of tough leathery stale meat! To cap it all it was accompanied by mashed potatoes the consistency of soaked and re-dried washing powder. Find a different place to eat.
