Outstanding and Delicious, 3 of us ordered a bunch of things for Brunch and we all had a little of each!! Wow so good so filling amazing as always!

The food, service and view are excellent. I had the fish special and flatbread pizza and both were excellent. The view during sunset was great too.

Had an amazing experience at breakfast! The vibes and food is delicious. Make sure to ask for Stephanie to be your server, she is great! 😊

An absolutely outstanding experience at the Landing Rooftop Bar! Kali and Jess were nothing short of phenomenal — warm, attentive, and effortlessly cool. They made the night feel special from the first sip to Every cocktail was crafted with care, flair, and serious skill. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in both the drinks and the service. Between the stunning sunset rooftop vibes, flawless cocktails, and Kali and Jess going above and beyond, this place is a must-visit. Easily one of the best bars I’ve experienced. I’ll be back, without a doubt! 🍹✨

Noel was absolutely amazing. It was two friends and myself just yapping and sipping. She accommodated us so well; very patient yet attentive and quick with service. My ONLY complaint is to whoever thought stopping Happy Hour and taking away Coronas was a good idea… I hope you re-evaluate this decision, as many local customers (majority of your market) would come for Happy Hour and now have found elsewhere. Your staff deserves the same consideration and opportunity to earn as you do. they’re the heart of your business and make the experience worth coming back for.

We were so shocked to meet the cook because one of our friends had high allergies and he wanted to ask her personally what she wanted, beautiful views, friendly service and great food

We had breakfast on the rooftop and the service was top notch. Our host was a gentleman named Christian. Christian is absolutely amazing. Very attentive, pays attention to detail, outgoing, and just a very pleasant young man. The food was very well prepared. The hotel Melby is a beautifully designed wonderful hotel. It does not have a pool but it sits in the center of downtown Melbourne and it’s an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend. The rooftop bar and restaurant was a very well thought out idea. The manager, Mandi is outstanding and definitely cares about the customers and her staff. From staff to drinks in the afternoon or meals for breakfast lunch or dinner this is an absolutely phenomenal spot

This was my first time coming to The Landing for rooftop brunch and it was absolutely amazing! The view and atmosphere were beautiful, but what really made the experience stand out was our server, Susan. She was so warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She checked on us often without being overbearing, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her energy truly made our first visit special, and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Susan, for making our brunch such a memorable one!

We had a fantastic brunch at the rooftop! Shout out to Allan our waiter! He was attentive, friendly and made sure our endless mimosas never ran dry. The manager Richard was wonderful too and came over to check on us adding a personal touch to our experience. The view of the river topped off the experience perfectly! Highly recommend!!

Our server Arlo was the best, friendly and attentive, you can't go wrong. The octopus was tender and the hummus with olives and red peppers was delicious. I had the pan seared grouper and the lemon, caper and tarragon sauce was amazing. Coupled with the baby carrots and fennel . The shrimp and grits was tasty and plentiful. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Great views and service. Didn't try and food just a coupke drinks. Plenty of seating out on that patio. Full bar and some draft beer selections as well.

Came up for drinks with a friend for sunset and had an awesome experience. Stephanie and Willie were so nice! Thank you for making our time in Melbourne fun :)

The food was fantastic . I love my Asian glazed chicken breast .Husband got his ribeye steak and perfectly tender .Our server Annie is nice except for the steak don’t have a ready knife to use . The southern fried chicken with steam bun is good for appetizer . I didn’t expect the strawberry cake would be wonderful .

The food, the service especially Allan the Best server very professional and gave great suggestions on the menu. The crab cakes and more everything was delicious!

Brittany was an amazing server. I took my younger sister and her friends out to eat there for one of her friend’s birthday on Thursday, 09/26/2024 and Brittany was very patient with us and very accommodating. Although we could not eat out on the rooftop due to the weather they allowed us to take pictures outside. Beautiful location and everyone was super friendly including another server by the name of William! Food was delicious! 10 out of 10 highly recommended!

The view is amazing! Kristine was very attentive. The pancakes are a perfect combination of fluffy with crispy edges. The mojo pork was flavorful and filling. I would love to come back and check out the rooftop at night- it looks like evey night there is some drink or apps special. Would recommend!

With friends, beautiful sunset with nice seafood dinner. Service, food and with the sunset atmosphere it was wonderful. Rooftop over looks the Indian River.

Our waitress Dylan was very attentive and fun to be with. She made our experience fun and her food and drink suggestions were on point. Definitely will be back asking for her.

We love coming here! The view is so beautiful. They have indoor seating and outdoor with firepits. Our server Stephanie and Lani were so friendly and helpful giving us tips for melborne and making us feel at home. The burger was a must get!

My partner & I bring our laptops & work here all the time. Great atmosphere & reasonable prices. Our server Noel was amazing. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of the entire time.

First time here and we will definitely be back. Ordered their Cobb salad to share and it was served in two bowls for our pleasure. Freshly cut salad greens, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled egg, avocado,crumbled Bleu cheese, bacon, diced chicken with citrus dressing on the side. One order of Flatbread Pizza Caprese and another of Colossal Shrimp Carbonera. Everything was outstanding. Prices are very fair. The setting on the 11th floor allows great views of the surrounding area. Our waitress Noelle was very pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The only downside was that the dishes took a little while to arrive at the table. It wasn’t a huge issue, but the wait was slightly longer than expected. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely worth it and Stefanny was amazing as our server. I would happily go back again.

Steph was a phenomenal server! She flawlessly handled our group of 15 people - and was incredibly helpful explaining options & possibilities for our several vegetarian and vegan members (most of our party). The kitchen went above and beyond to make customized food for those with dietary restrictions.

The atmosphere was phenomenal. The food was absolutely great, the manager Willie, was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make us comfortable with even pulling up chairs for all 16 of us. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and to make sure that our evening was fantastic. You have a Jewel with him as a manager. Thank you for all of your service.

We came in for my grandpa’s birthday brunch with a group of 7 and had such a great experience. Karli was our server and she was absolutely amazing. We were definitely a needy bunch and she handled everything perfectly, always checking in and making sure we had what we needed without missing a beat. The food came out exactly right, the corned beef hash was a huge hit, and the drinks were delicious. Five-star service, atmosphere, and food. We’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely love coming here! The service is phenomenal and Stephanie made our experience so much more exciting. I loved her personality and she made us feel so welcomed and she took care of me and my friends in such a timely manner! Couldn’t be happier coming here!

My boyfriend and I visited The Melby over the weekend and went to the rooftop bar, The Landing, twice. The first day we went on a Saturday and sat on the patio with Nick and he was incredible. We enjoyed our bottomless mimosas and appetizers and never had to wait for anything. Nick was very attentive and kind. We went back again on Sunday and requested Nick and had the best time relaxing and watching a soccer game. The food and atmosphere was incredible and the service was unmatched. We really enjoyed our time here and 100% recommend Nick.

Stephanie was hands-down the best server we’ve ever had for breakfast. She was warm, attentive, and on top of everything without ever feeling rushed. Our drinks were always full, the food came out perfect, and she made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. If you’re coming here for breakfast, ask for Stephanie — she’ll make your morning. Highly recommend!

Upscale and unique. Brûléed goat cheese salad meticulously plated. Key lime pie with sweet graham cracker crust was delicious and mango sorbet unlike any I’ve had before. Kudos to the new chef!!

Stopped by The Landing Rooftop for a staycation lunch and it was a total win. I had the Steak Burger, which was hearty and cooked exactly right. We also shared the Peach Burrata and that Hummingbird Cake—which lived up to the hype! The highlight was the service. Our server, Stephanie, was fantastic. She was super hospitable, kept our drinks filled, and was great to chat with. She really made the experience for us. We’ll definitely be back next time we're in Palm Bay.

I had a mixed experience during my visit, starting with the customer service. The staff was fantastic, but the atmosphere was a bit hectic since it's open to the public. As a hotel guest, it took some time to get timely service, which was a little frustrating. When it came to the food, it was a hit-or-miss situation. The star of the meal was definitely the burger paired with truffle fries—absolutely delicious! However, when we ordered a Caesar salad with bacon, we ended up with the wrong salad, and to our surprise, the bacon was served on top of the fries instead. Oddly enough, that mistake turned out to be a pleasant surprise! On the flip side, the pasta didn’t quite live up to expectations. Fortunately, the cocktails were a delight, adding a nice touch to the meal. Overall, while there were some hiccups, there were definitely some memorable highlights! One of them was seeing the rocket launch over the full moon on the rooftop.

Decent wine list, great cocktails, overall mediocre food although the truffle fries were really nice. Enjoyed the Smoky Old Fashioned.

Bartender was really nice. We had a couple drinks and the special that fit the night was flatbread buffalo chicken pizza. It was good. It was really busy so we sat at the bar with no wait.

I live close to Hotel Melby. I try the restaurant infrequently hoping it will improve. On my visit today, the food was just okay. My waitress was terrific especially considering the large group that arrived at the same time. But the person who served my plate needs a lesson in customer service. He passed my plate from the far end of the table - just handed it to me. He approached the table in front of me directly, but instead of doing the same for me, just turned around indirectly to check on me. When you serve someone, you need to do it intentionally! Place the plate directly in front of the patron looking directly at them. Same thing when you check how someone is doing - you don’t do it in passing as you’re walking by. I really would like to come back, but it continues to disappoint in one way or another.

Food was on par with much cheaper alternatives, the waitress serving us was very nice but said the catch of the day was Swordfish, a different waiter was saying it was Mahimahi, we never got it clarified which it was. When the check was delivered we weren’t given a pen and had to ask. When being seated the host seemed to imply that I was dating my father. I did not find this pleasant and was mildly offended, also should staff be saying anything if they aren’t 100%…? Between receiving our drinks and our meals an extremely fishy smell overwhelmed my father and I, we were seated no where near the kitchen and even if we were fish should not be smelling like that unless its slimy and old. (We didn’t receive our food till nearly half an hour after we smelt this and about 45 minutes after getting our drinks. We did not order an appetizer) Restaurant was extremely loud as everyone was trying to talk over the already loud music, this volume was achieved with only 3 occupied tables near ours I was disappointed to take my father here for his birthday and recommend anyone worth themselves to eat elsewhere, there are much better upper-class restaurants in the area, trust me. Steak was served with Broccoli, Tomato, and essentially Publix potato wedges. (I ordered it Medium) $40 “Catch of the day” (unsure what type of fish, either Swordfish or Mahimahi i hope) served with Spanish rice, Broccoli and Carrots (Market Price:) $42 Please do not eat here. I’m fairly sure even Outback and Texas Roadhouse are better by a mile.

My friend and I went here to catch up and have a few drinks. The atomosphere and decor was very nice. Staff was friendly for the most part, the manager William was very nice and checked in on us. Jessica was our bartender and the drinks were good. However, my friends and I sat at the bar and the other bartender was talking very loudly about her coworkers negatively in front of us which made us uncomfortable and led us to sit outside. Very unprofessional.

The experience was profoundly disappointing. While the customer service was commendable, the same cannot be said for the food. I visited for a birthday celebration and we ordered crab cakes, steak, vegetable sides, rice (ginger lemongrass and Spanish rice), burgers, fries, and mocktails. Unfortunately, the steak, rice, and vegetables were bland and lacked flavor. I specifically ordered the ginger lemongrass jasmine rice, but it was exceedingly tasteless. When I inquired about it, I was informed that there was only a hint of flavor, which I failed to detect. The Spanish rice did not resemble traditional Spanish rice and had a soggy texture at the bottom of the bowl. Overall, the steak, rice, and vegetables tasted primarily of water and oil. We attempted to salvage the food by taking it home, but ultimately found it so unsatisfactory that we discarded approximately $80-90 worth of it. The only items we enjoyed were the fries and crab cakes, along with the drinks. The disappointment was significant enough that I reached out to the restaurant to provide feedback. Although I was assured a return call, I never received one. This review is important to me because I am frustrated with spending money at upscale restaurants that deliver subpar food, particularly during special occasions. I firmly believe this feedback should be taken seriously regarding the dishes mentioned, as the experience was genuinely disappointing. I sincerely hope that if I choose to return, the quality of the food will vastly improve compared to what I previously encountered.

Over priced and terrible. The “Ruben” was awful. Pickles, flavored mayonnaise, and hardly any sauerkraut. The small amount of grouper in the tacos is some kind of pre made sisco garbage that was awful. Everything was extremely salty. $19 for 6 raw oysters that had less meat on them than a grape. $10 for a beer served in a can. If you want to waste lots of money on lower than fast food quality, then this is your place.
