Place must be under new management. The Indian lady (didn’t catch her name) was quick to help us on our pickup order. Was very friendly and made sure we had everything we ordered. Place was BUSY since it was Saturday evening but employees were all rocking and rolling. Place was in good shape considering how slammed they were. Got home and food order was all correct and tasted great. Kudos to the crew that was working. 🫡🫡

Wingstop is always a solid choice when those wing cravings hit! I usually go for the classic flavors like Lemon Pepper and Original Hot, and they never disappoint. The wings are consistently crispy, and the sauces are on point. Plus, their fries are seriously addictive – perfectly seasoned and always a generous portion. It’s a great spot for a casual meal with friends, or just to treat yourself. Definitely recommend!

It was gloriously cold — like dining inside a premium meat locker where the only thing freezing faster than my hands was my will to ever leave. The AC deserves its own award. NASA should study whatever refrigeration technology this Wingstop is using. Perfect place to cool off, hide from Texas heat, or store perishable goods. Oh, and the food? 🔥 Hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned wings that balanced out the subzero climate like a culinary yin and yang. If you’re looking for a place where the wings sizzle and your breath turns to fog — this is it. 🥶🔥 10/10. Would gladly risk frostbite for those wings again. Carryout order was packed nicely!

Idk first ordering and the food was made quickly and had no problems. Infact i think they accidentally gave me to extra boneless wings.

Despite the reviews. We were super nervous to go but this is the best wingstop place I’ve ever tried in my life. Not sure why it has such low reviews. The store is very clean as well.

I’m not sure about all the bad reviews but I’ve honestly ordered here a couple times (via DoorDash) and it’s always been super good! So good that I dream about it all the time. Tenders are always crispy and so are the fries. They haven’t messed up an order yet. Hoping it stay that way!

Every single time we order extra well done on the wings and the fries, and they are NEVER made to our order. I just ordered more tonight, and the fries don’t even “look” all the way done. We end up putting both in our air fryer when we get the order. And tonight, I ordered 5 hot honey rub and 5 original hot. The hot honey tasted like plain, and the original hot wasn’t extra well done. I’m going to start ordering from the McKinney store instead.

The lady taking our orders was very rude. She was not patient as my daughter was trying to order. She was not helpful. I felt like leaving, but my daughter was really hungry. A nice gentleman came to take the orders.

They should advertise is a 95% guarantee your order will be wrong. It’s a bummer because the staff is very kind and accommodating.

I ordered 40 wings and half of them came without sauce. I tried contacting the store multiple times and was either placed on hold repeatedly, sent to a full voicemail box, or left waiting for nearly an hour with no assistance. Poor quality control and even worse customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The restaurant was virtually empty and the three employees were more concerned with entertaining each other than taking pride in their workplace. Way to set the bar low Wing Stop.

So yesterday in the morning at 11 AM, I went to the restaurant Wingstop and there was a kid. I don’t know his name he was like white. I guess he’s a Mexican. I don’t know and he was so rude with the people especially me. He was like do you guys have to wait? And then I opened the website to review. I wonder why they have 2.5 I never faced this kind of rude behavior.

But the service was terrible. There was a girl that worked in the register, she said her name was princess. When we arrived she said our food wasn’t ready. So we waited for 25 minutes, she was there on her phone the whole time. I went and asked if it was almost ready and she proceeded to get the bag that was on the counter the entire time and hand it to me. It was ready the entire time. The food was already cold and soggy cheese fries. it was a terrible experience.
