This location is at the end of a shopping center. The drive-thru is long and easy to navigate around. The inside is spacious and clean. The selection was varied and fresh. Each donut was around $2 so make sure choose wisely.

Who doesn't love an amazing donut? This place has been a favorite for a long time. "Hot and fresh" is melt in your mouth amazing! Sadly there was no hot and fresh this visit. I went through the drive thru as the inside was closed. It was about 5 cars in line which was decently fast getting through. The only complaint I really have is that it tasted like the oil is really old. It alters the flavor of the donut itself and kind of ruins it. They have several options now even mini donuts, donut holes, filled donuts, Maple bars, chocolate bars coffee and drinks. Absolutely love these donuts but I hope they change the oil soon.

Donuts are fresh, melt in your mouth and delicious. Icing oozes over donuts. Soo many flavors to choose from. A little pricey, but overall a great buy. Especially if you catch the sign for HOT AND READY!

Some of the best doughnuts you can buy. Have quite a few places that sell them nearby, these still stand out as the best. Giving it a 4 star only because they do on occasion mess up my order. Clean up the accuracy and they would get a 5 star.

Love Krispy Kreme, went to get some great donuts today and saw they had some holiday donuts, so I increased my order from 1 dozen to two. I thought I’d get holiday donuts for the neighbors, I started to order and was told they didn’t have frosting, of course I have never had those before so I don’t know if they are the same without the frosting, never even got to donut number two, three , or four. I though maybe that would be my Christmas present for all 4 of my neighbors, but I asked some questions and didn’t get good answers so I canceled the extra dozens. At the window I asked a lot more questions because I was quite disappointed that I was basically being brushed off. The young man half way answered my question with a bewildered look on his face, then slowly started to close the window, then turn his head, then walk away while I was still talking. It’s was a bad experience for sure. The donuts were great, but as I have said before, businesses don’t know how to keep customers anymore. Customer service is gone. Now Krispy Kreme is fallen victim as well. I wish these young people knew our world is going to disappear because they have no understanding of customer service. Its extremely sad.

They never sell apple fritters at this location also they have photos of “Apple cinnamon cake” and “ Pumpkin spice dough nuts” but advertise it.. very fraudulent 🥶

When I first visited Krispy Kreme, I went inside and was told that when the light is on and red, you get a free glazed donut. When I visited the location to get a free glazed donut with my kids in the car, the first time they tried to charge me and the second time they said they could give me one free sample. Please train your staff and don’t be stingy if the red light is on people should get their free glazed doughnut as well as everyone else with them. Don’t advertise for something and tell people, if you’re gonna make them feel awkward

Was so excited to get WARM donuts on a Sunday afternoon but that was not the case this time. The first girl I talked to at the drive thru, I assume got an attitude about my order and switched to someone else. I was wanting to order an assorted box of dozen. Didn’t think it was too difficult but I guess so. That should’ve been my first warning. I finally get my order and I get a COLD box of donuts. I ordered 4 chocolate bars and got 2 actual bars and the other 2 look like mistakes. My sugar donuts were absolutely disgusting and my original were old. Definitely wasted my money and will not be returning.

Worst krispy kreme ever!!!!!! Worst customer service! I ordered pick up at 7:45am last night. And when i got there it's not ready yet plus I ordered assorted and they said they only have glazed. I let it slide, but when I ordered additional drink, the crew just left after making the coffee and let me wait for extra 15-20mins! I know they are busy, but it's the attitude that pissed me off.

Placed an order at night for pick up and it was a dozen glazed and a dozen of the assorted donuts, half being the Halloween donuts that are 50 cents extra, but I was only given the glazed dozen and 6 assorted donuts. I was told I could either pick another 6 to replace the Halloween ones that I couldn't get since they sold out or just take the 6. The employee looked annoyed when I asked about the extra 3 dollars for the upcharge on the Halloween donuts so he told me if I get the 6 donuts I chose he'd refund me on the dozen so that's what I chose. It's been 4 days since this happened and I still haven't seen a refund. The worker also told me he had to keep the receipt so he could do the refund.

Only giving 1 star because it won't let me give 0. Walked in with my son to order new Harry Potter donuts, one single woman was struggling to serve the building line of customers as there was a team meeting taking place on the floor. 7 employees couldn't be bothered to help the line of customers on a SAT morning. Once we finally got to the counter after almost 20 minutes I was told the HP donuts would not be ready for 4 hours and that I could place an on-line order (They were not able to help me). I went on-line and the HP donuts were not available to purchase. Unbelievable how rude and callous the management of this store is.

We showed up a few (10) minutes before closing. 3 different families looking for a nice donut. They made us wait till past closing and then came out to say they are closed and cannot sell finis part closing.

I don’t know what this is but it’s definitely not what you’d expect. I’ve talked with the manager but it’s unsettling to see this after having already fed this to your family. Old product, mold or what?
