I can't drive by a Wendy's without getting a Frosty

New location located on Newport and Calle Tomas right next to Olive Garden (also new location). Lots of parking and drive-thru. Food was fresh and tasted great. I always enjoy Wendy's App which offers good rewards towards food. Shout out to our cashier today, Emily who greeted us with excellent service and super friendly! Fast and efficient service. I'm super happy with this new location, I hope management keeps this Wendy's a great one!

Ain't nobody talking trash on the Baconator. The staff here are quite possibly the best in class . Seriously, fast precise and they still manage to pull it off with great attitudes every, single baconatory time.

Wendy's Restaurant is simply fantastic. The food is great, the restaurant is always clean and the service is always good. Use the app to take advantage of rewards and weekly specials.

I used the drive-thru window for my purchase. The double burger was very good. Quite tasty. I ordered the bacon and cheese baked potato. It was very tasty. The staff was friendly and pleasant during our conversation.

Valentine’s Night could have been a disaster when I got off work and discovered my kids had eaten ALL the food in the house 😂. My husband checked everywhere and said every restaurant was packed. All he wanted was a chicken sandwich, I wanted tenders… and after 15 years together we needed a win. Wendy’s on Newport in Menifee absolutely came through for us. Everything was made fresh (we happily waited about 8 minutes because fresh food is worth it!), the chicken sandwich and tenders were perfect, and the ice-cold Dave’s Lemonade hit the spot. We took our food home, turned on the brand-new Katt Williams special on Netflix, and ended up having the BEST Valentine’s night ever. Thank you, Wendy’s on Newport in Menifee, for saving our evening and making it special. ❤️🍟🍗🥤

Great service and food is always packaged great and I’m never missing anything. They have never forgotten sauces. Never disappointed and I know what I’m getting when I come to this location.

When I was young I thought Pippi Longstocking was Wendy. Like I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t Pippis. Did you ever watch the original Pippi Longstocking where they are like Austrian or something? That’s the one I saw the most growing up and man did their mouths not match up. It was like if your mouth said dog but your voice said tree. I like it though. Like her flying with her helicopter pig tails was wild. Or the horse in the house. Like what??? Anyway. This Wendy’s has great friendly people who always get our modified orders right. You’d be surprised at how hard that is for some people. Looking at you jack in the box. Anyway. Do a collab with Pippi. Like the dynamic duo with two items or something. 10 out of 10, will go again.

Isn't the current or recent campaign been our fries are always hot and fresh? Well, booo . This location is new so I was like hell yeah let's hit this one on the way home. Its a busy location and given it was 1230. The drive thru was busy, but efficiently run. Pretty good so far. The menue is good and varied. Plenty of options. Well I get to the window to grab my order. The lady in the window was pleasant, after paying and receiving my order as I pull off I do the typical drive thru. Let me grab one of those hot fries. They weren't even warm. Limp luke warm fries. ..yuk. the burger was good

I only gave it three stars today. The burgers are great, they're so delicious! they're fries could have been better and I do not like giving any type of bad review but they'll see it and they'll improve. Also their new soda machines are terrible it looks like it's spitting out too much carbonated water on the mix, I had to go to the counter and get soda out of the drive-thru dispenser. Other than that everybody's attitude was awesome from the cooks to the people behind the counter good job everybody keep up the hard work let's get those soda machines fixed.

Drive thru has friendly staff but I was Disappointed with my order when i got home. I ordered the Ghost pepper sandwich and it was missing a bun and tomato. Called to speak to someone where it was purchased off newport and of course no answer.

The food was great... Until about an hour later when I was in so much pain I couldn't move. I've never had a problem with the food here, so this was a first. I didn't get a receipt when I went there around noon, so it's not like I can even prove I ate there. Watch it; you might want to avoid eating here around lunch. It may have just been a one off, but I'm not coming back here for a long time.

I've been here so many times before 10 and have been able to get lunch items. My son just got shots and just wanted a frosty and nuggets and they would not serve either one. 😒 if they changed the way they do stuff they should have a sign. I was first told it's a 8 to 10 min wait then I was told I have to wait until 10:30. I literally have a receipt from 3/14/24 at 9:30 getting a chicken nugget meal.

Repeatedly told to park and wait, first for fries, then for chicken nuggets, but I am the only one here and it is 11pm. This has gotten ridiculous. They’re only having me park and keep pulling through for good drive thru wait times. Update: The car in front of me has been allowed to wait and even though I was flagged through the window to come pick up my food I am now behind them. So this is nice.

The last two visits, including today 1/24/23, I stopped in at Wendy’s in Sun City around 11:30 a.m. and ordered the Dave’s Double combo. This time I got the new Garlic Fries “YUK”! On both occasions the burgers were ice cold and tasted like cooked very early A.M. or left over from yesterday and didn’t make it into the chili. Big Warning! Don’t expect piping hot burgers just because you are ahead of the lunch or dinner rush.

Absolutely disgusting! I have been here several times and it just gets worse and worse every time. I am done going to this location. The lemonade taste like water, the strawberry salad had lots of brown rotten lettuce and the strawberries were all completely discolored and rotten. On top of everything my husband started throwing up after eating the bacon cheeseburger. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Wendy’s on McCall. I will never go here again.

Newly-opened location. crew was not trained asked for help x3. customer service was awful. food was cold. Tomato was covered in white something in the container with a 3" square of old lettuce. fries were over-salted and the manager refused to give me a senior discount on my order because it was a junior combo. I have been ordering this for years with no problem and getting my discount, at the age of 93 I can't eat a full meal

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, I waited an hour for an order. AN HOUR for a couple burgers. The manager was extremely rude & inconsiderate. They kept serving the drive thru but left me standing there for an hour waiting for my food. I would not recommend this establishment & it’s dirty. Needs to be cleaned properly. Disgusting.

Did not honor the September 18th cheeseburger day. Customer service with Tyler and Jeydi was horrible. If I spelled their name wrong, it's because that's how they told me to spell it. They laughed at me and made me wait in the parking lot until I walked up and asked if my food was ready, they told me to walk around the drive thru like a car and get your food. Idk what I did to deserve this treatment, but I got it 👍

So I went here twice and both times they forget an item on my order. I had to get off twice after going through the drive thru. First they forget one of my chicken sandwich and when I get off they gave me a Dave’s single?! Second time I get of because they forgot to put my fries in the bag. Also, I get a hard sugar cookie instead of a chocolate chip cookie I purchased? SMH

This location was a complete joke. Took 50min to get told they went over my order. Left with no food and a refund. There was a line for refunds bc of how terrible they run that place. No one was getting orders!!! Manager should be fired. Doesn’t know how to manage a fast food place

Horrible experience at this location. Came to get my kids the new SpongeBob meal, waited 15 minutes in line to order in person. Manager took my order and was rude to not only the customer but the employees. Horrible costumer service. Do not recommend this location.

I love Wendys. But this location has the WORST FOOD. Fries were old and cold, nuggets were stale and chicken in the burger was super soggy. For almost $16, go somewhere else and get better food!

I asked for fresh fries and a burger and nuggets, it was warm. My burger was loooaaad with too much pickles resulting my burger being tarty and bitter. This is my second time complaining and I’m not coming back here again. They need to better train their employees not to be incompetent.

I will never go to this establishment again. The Wendy’s in Sun City is a plus the one in Menifee gets a f. Buns are hard. Every time I go there food is cold. And if you tell the employees this they will argue with you saying that it’s not instead of just replacing the order with good cooked food the worst display of Wendy’s food I’ve ever had is at the store I contacted corporate, and of course they did not respond.

Ordered multiple times, they always forget something in my order, today ordered the new Krabby Patty Kombo, and they didn't give me any fries, writing for the multiple occurrences when they've forgotten items from multiple orders multiple times, never doing a order here again.

8-27-22 9:20pm, the dining room was closed early so I got in the drive through to pick up an order, with 7 or 8 cars ahead of me, I finally got up to the window at 10:35pm. This store doesn’t have bad service, it has no service at all, stay away, it will take you all night to get anything to eat here.

They have a sign of their hours on the front window. Drive thru: 6am-12am and Dining room was open until 10pm. My bf and I wanted to sit inside and enjoy frosties for the night at 9pm. The door was locked. Then the employees said they were closed. Why even have the "open until" hours if they aren't even gonna follow it. Take that stupid sign off the front window.

💔 I ordered a couple of sandwiches via drive-thru, but when I bit into the burger, they were very undercooked--the patties were very pink. I usually like medium rare, but for steak... Not for GROUND BEEF! 😭 Be careful y'all

I should have taken a picture of my meal. The cheeseburger had been sitting so long that the cheese around the edges were hard like plastic, the burger itself was dry and shriveled. I would skip this location.

I ordered in the drive thru and received my order I noticed they did not give a spoon for the frosty I ordered so I asked for one, and the drive thru cashier said "everything is in there". I checked again and told her there wasn't one there so she gave me one with a bit of attitude. I then drove out of the drive thru and noticed I was missing extra fries I ordered. I walked in and showed them the bag and receipt and was given the extra fries. Then I drove home and when we were eating we found out they did not give me any sauces. I shouldn't have trusted her when she said everything was in there, my fault for not checking once they made the first mistake. I do not recommend this Wendy's Restaurant they get your order wrong, most of the staff are young and look like they aren't too happy to work there. For the prices we are paying for fast food nowadays service should be better.
