People are talking and laughing or maybe crying together. It's family. Literally and figuratively. It's family run, but everyone feels like family there. It's neighbors fixing the world problems philosphising over there grits and eggs. Definitely stop in, slow down and enjoy some great food and fellowship.

We stopped here for lunch on a road trip and we were very pleased!! It's good old-fashioned diner food, cooked fresh and delivered hot and yummy 😋. I had a hamburger with fried pickles, and my Husband had the steak quesadilla. For a small family-owned restaurant there were plenty of choices on the menu to choose from. Our server Alexis was very friendly, and she stopped by several times to make sure we had what we needed and were happy with our meal. We've passed this place a few times on our way to visit family and didn't know it was there, needless to say on future trips we will be back!! Highly recommend 👌

My husband and I, along with our 4 children, eat here quite often. Yes, we are locals but that’s not just why we eat here. We’re beyond pleased with the quality of the food and prices. It is a family atmosphere which makes us feel even more comfortable here. I see someone complained in the reviews about children running around. That is actually one of the many things I love about this place! They are precious children just having fun while their family works. Our waitresses are always very sweet, have great memories, and are just all around good at what they do. The food always has more than met our standards and I’ve even commented to my husband that I wish someone could teach me to cook like they do! We appreciate y’all!

First, let me mention that me and my husband are picky eaters. We love taking pride in our food and we stumbled across this amazing place that does also! The burger was amazing! It was fresh meat and it was not over cooked! We got the onion rings and tried the chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were fresh and hand dipped! We both are truly shocked we found this place. We came to mentone for a few days but we will for sure come back just to eat at Menlo Restaurant

We had a grilled chicken plate and a grilled chicken wrap. May be the best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Topped it off with a Menlo Brownie!! Def worth the stop!!
