First just let me say the food was excellent! I've gone twice since the opening. The first time I went it was great with no issues. Thanks to my server "America" by the way! I was happy to see one of mangers "Ronnie" helping his staff out where it was needed. The place was pretty busy so the servers were hopping. The second time however there was a slight issue. The server made a mistake and gave my daughter rice instead of fries. She corrected it brought her fries but when came time to pay my bill it was a lot higher than what we had ordered. She ended putting the entrée on twice. She took it off but somehow I still got charged for the rice. I was like whatever it's $4. I think maybe if they turn down the music just a little the servers and costumers could hear each other better so little mistakes like this doesn't happen. Overall I'm happy and will visit again.

We finally came here for dinner tonight. My boyfriend had the classic sirloin steak dinner. I had the pick 2 fajitas steak and shrimp dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress and bartender were really friendly and caring. We will definitely be back.

Loved it!! Atmosphere was good, service was awesome, service was good. Staff was very friendly. Went for anniversary dinner and got complimentary Margarita. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!! Just want to add.. yes there may be a wait time. But as long as there is room at the bar, you can get drinks, order food, chat with customers and bar staff

My family and I celebrated a birthday dinner, and our server, Omar, truly made the evening memorable. Omar demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine friendly demeanor throughout our meal. He was attentive to our needs without being intrusive, ensured that our orders were accurate and timely, and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. His positive attitude and efficiency significantly enhanced our dining experience. It is not often that one encounters such exemplary service, and I believe that Omar's dedication reflects very well on your team and the standards of your restaurant. I went in on Monday 6/2/25 with my 3 children and my mother. We were seated immediately. They were pretty busy but our server Grace came over immediately and took our drink and appetizer order, since we were not yet ready to place our main orders yet. She brought us the drinks and appetizer out pretty quick and took our main orders. I would 10/10 come back just for Graces’ service. She helped us navigate the menu better and we didn’t have to ask for any refills she was on it the entire time and checked on us often. She was very easily the best server I’ve ever had there and definitely one of the top I’ve experienced overall. I was super impressed. The food came out really quickly as well so I commend the kitchen staff for being on it also. Everything was right and we really enjoyed our experience.

The place was super busy with a lot of guests. We were seated pretty quick. The waiter forgot to give our table napkins, silverware, and sugar for our teas and continued cleaning and ordering other guests meals. The food was great and I can’t wait to try the other menu options.

I am a frequent Chili's patron. And I pretty much always enjoy it. However, this location missed the mark. The kids menu had both pepperoni and cheese pizza listed as usual. My son always orders the pepperoni. They said they no longer have pepperoni pizza or 1 of the kids side, despite still being reflected on the menu. It may be a corporate thing, but at least update the menu or make us aware up front. The fries were barely warm, and although the flavor on my Nashville hot chicken was good it was very lightly sauced. About half of any other Chili's I go to. The staff was nice at least. But its very unlikely I will do back to this location.

Chicken strips and fries were chicken strips and fries. The restaurant had the Friday evening crowd, but the service was good and responsive. I can't see myself returning, but the experience is more or less what I imagined.

It literally looked like they just seared it on each side and that's it. The asparagus was raw as well. We also got the Cajun pasta with grilled chicken and the chicken was pink in the middle. Was not busy at all so don't understand why the rush and send out raw food. Our server was very nice and understanding about the whole thing. We had went to the turlock location and it was so good we decided to go to the Merced one (we live here) and give it a second chance but nope, it was still bad. We would like to stay local but how can we if this is what we get? It's not cheap and to have to pay for something that wasn't good, I rather do the drive

Out of 4 of us only 2 was give silverware the buser apologized and fixed that issue. The food was fast and great. When it was time to pay my friend asked the server when she walked by can we get our checks, but was ignored. My friend was waving her hands in the air to get our servers attention, but she stood in the doorway talking with 3 other employees. Finally another buser walked by and we asked him to get our server please so we can pay. On a $18 ticket I would left $32 to make it an even $50, but not today. We left a tip because she was our server. I go to Chili’s at night and never had a problem. The triple dipper has me in a chokehold, so I’ll be going back, but not around lunchtime.

Server disappeared for several minutes. Four in our party one plate didn't get served until we were about half way done with our meal. Server couldn't be bothered to help with payment for the meal using the pay at the table thing. I'll never go back.

Didn’t have a good experience granted it was 30 mins b4 closing. Bartender was pretending I wasn’t here there was a lack of care and Attention. Thankfully Anthony was available and welcome to help with anything I needed he shared a smile and integrity I look forward to Anthony’s service in the future.

The first time I came here was a few months after it first opened. Our server was horrible. She never checked on us and we had to stop a different server to bring us napkins and utensils. Apparently, she saw us stop that server since she came right afterwards to ask if we needed something. We told her that we asked her for napkins and utensils. She should have grabbed them for us, but instead, she just said okay and let the girl do it. So after that experience, we never went back until recently to see if things have changed. Nope, not at all. We got there a couple of minutes after it opened, so the restaurant was pretty empty. After we sat down, no one approached us for long enough that we began to wonder if we even had a server. When she finally popped up, she took our drink orders, brought them to us, and then didn't bother checking on us at all. It was a different person who brought us our food. She only came back to give us our check, but that was only because my boyfriend called her over to give it to us. I don't know if it's just our horrible luck since some people seem to have decent experiences, but whoever manages this place needs to make sure some of their employees actually know how to do the bare minimum of customer service.
