I ordered the Caprichosa pizza for delivery. I found the flavor and consistency of the ingredients to be very good. I really liked it and I recommend it. The presentation wasn't the best, as it didn't cut very well and came with slices out of place. The service was attentive and fast; it arrived in about 30 minutes. I gave it three stars for the presentation, but the pizza is very good.

Like most of the comments, poor service, they respond reluctantly. Someone mentioned that the sun makes them grumpy, which is probably why they're so "emotional." I'd rather not order there anymore.

Worst pizza of my life, tasteless (cheap) cheese, they told me it would arrive in 10 minutes….: and it arrived in 30 minutes COLD; I ordered it with double cheese and it didn't seem like they had added it.

Bad service. This is the third time I've ordered pizzas for pickup about an hour in advance, and for the third time, they've left me waiting for a little over half an hour when I arrive.

Pésimo servicio, pedí para llevar y tardaron mas de lo que dijeron, pase a buscar mi pedido mas tarde y la chica de recepción olvidó mi refresco, llame para pedirlo a domicilio y va mas de hora y media y no lo han traído. Pésima experiencia.

Pésima atención al cliente, 3 veces he pedido y las 3 veces han tardado casi 3 horas con mis pedidos o simplemente no llegan. Trato de comunicarme con el restaurante para cancelar y no me contestan, me responden en WhatsApp y solo leen los mensajes.

I ordered chipotle pasta with bacon. It was terrible. The pasta was cooked undercooked, some of the fettuccine was stuck together, all chunky and tasteless. The chipotle "sauce" was watery and bland, and the undercooked bacon strips, which I mistook for ham, were all watery and chopped up, looking unappetizing. The garlic bread was old, tough, crumbly from being so old and poorly toasted; greasy and tasteless. I left it half-finished and practically full. I won't buy there again even if I'm starving like last night.

The crust looked like an old soda cracker. Seriously! The topping was obviously old and smeared on top with zero freshness or flavor. So disappointed and still hungry. Inedible.

Terrible service. I ordered a pastor baguette and when I opened it, there was almost no meat. The worst service I've ever experienced. Disgusting.
