Don’t have the name of the appetizer and ate it all before I thought of taking a photo. A local chilie pepper, stuffed with shredded pork, over refried beans and red pickles onions on top and served with tortillas. I could smell the smokiness when it arrived at the table. Delicious. My husband had the Tacos Costra de Res, the beef, and I had the Tacos de Cerdo, diced pork and pork crackle. Soft tortillas, perfectly seasoned meat and fresh vegetables. Our second time here in three weeks. Great service. Interesting art. Give it a try.

This is a fun, eclectic little gastro-pub with excellent food and service. They have Mexican dishes but also the fantastic Ensalada Immaculada when you want a great salad.

We stumbled on this place serendipitously looking for a snack mid afternoon - ended up having a fantastic meal. Primarily Yucatán food but we had the arrechera norteña and it was GREAT. It’s all “temple themed” (without sin, from the altar were different menu labels) - cool. Service was great, our waiter recommended local beers for us, brought us habenero salsa, and even finished our meal with a tamarind mezcal shot. GOOD STOP!

The atmosphere is truly authentic. The food is phenomenal, and Mr. Rene is very friendly. My husband eats meat and I'm vegetarian, and we both had a huge selection of delicious dishes.

This is the first place we ate since arriving in Merida and I was blown away by how good the experience was. The service from Rene was so personal and warm that we couldn't stop talking to him throughout. He introduced us to the owner/artist who was delightfully warm and made us feel right at home. The premises is decorated in the most beautiful art from the owner. It honestly feels like dining in an art gallery. Make sure to try Ta'uch dessert. I am sure I will be back during the course of our short stay in Merida. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They have a great veggie burger platter. That's why I go. And a mural that I have to resist trying to walk into. Today they offered me an IPA, locally produced.

Had a wonderful evening at this place, the guy who served us was very friendly, helpful and spoke the best English I've heard in Merida. The food and drinks were very good as well, simple but flavourful. Will definitely come again when I'm in the neighborhood.
