The place is fine within reason, but their home delivery service leaves much to be desired. They take orders very poorly and the pizza arrives cold. It is not possible that when I go to eat there, the garlic cream is included and at home delivery, nothing is included. They bring everything to me and charge me for it, and this is something I disagree with, since it should be brought with the pizza, especially if it is pastor.

Terrible experience! This is the 4th time they've told me a time, and when I arrive, they haven't even finished the pizza! They told me 40 minutes, it was 8:00 PM. It arrived at 8:45 PM. They told me "just a minute." 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes passed. They delivered at 9:15 PM, 35 minutes after the estimated time! An hour and 15 minutes in total, and finally, NOT ONE APOLOGY!!! NOT ONE THANK YOU FOR WAITING!!! Terrible!!!!! I don't know if it's the people taking the order, or the people preparing it... but I don't recommend this place! And don't even mention the cockroaches that roam around the place!

Delivery takes over two hours, your order arrives cold because they don't have enough delivery drivers and because of the wait it arrives late and cold. The pizzas are very tasty, though, but it's better to go and order it and wait there.

Hoy muy mala experiencia: Pido 2 pizzas y me dicen de 30 a 35mins. Espero ese tiempo, voy y solo tomaron la orden de una pizza, así que tengo que esperar a que preparen la otra... luego de 25mins la preparan mal(sin la orilla). Los asientos sucios con comida(arroz) y un olor a cigarro de uno de sus repartidores que estaba fumando cuando llegue. Al final se justifican diciendo que los mensajes de Whatsapp se les "amontonan", la peor visita en serio

Terrible delivery service. I ordered a pizza. They said it would take 85 minutes. It's been two hours and they still haven't delivered it. It's a shame because they're good, but the service is the worst. I don't recommend it.

It really took two hours for the pizza to arrive, the taste was different the time I bought it, and when the order was placed the lady didn't mention that they only had one delivery person. I understand that it's in high demand but it's really totally different from a previous experience. I hope they can improve that service.

Horrible service, they charge extra for the cheese crust, I paid for it and they didn't bring it, I called, they answered and when I told them what happened they hung up on me, I called again and they hung up on me, terrible service from this branch, I do not recommend it at all.

I called to place an order, and because it was for delivery in front of a park, they refused to take it. They didn't even listen to me, and the first thing they said was that they don't deliver to parks... Try telling the woman who answers to be a little nicer... I don't recommend this place, not even if you wanted to order four pizzas.

Poor organization and long wait times. We placed delivery orders and they took a long time. Then we requested pickup and arrived within the stated timeframe, but our order wasn't ready. Of the three employees I spoke to about the issue, they heard me but didn't offer any explanation. They finally gave me my order 30 minutes later.

The pizzas are very good, but they take way too long. They made me wait almost four hours for one pizza. I won't be ordering again; there are better options.

I ordered some nachos and I've been waiting for more than 2 hours and a half and they still haven't arrived, I sent a message on WhatsApp and asked if they took my order, they told me they were going to check and they never answered, I called and they diverted my call, it's worth noting that I was never rude and I never took long to respond and I made my points very, very clear, I was a frequent customer but their service is getting worse and worse, I will never order from them or recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service, the pizza arrives in two hours and they send you another pizza (they don't send the one you ordered) and they no longer have the same quality as before, if you want to eat a good pizza you can buy it at pizza y corre but not here.
