Absolutely one of the best guest experiance we have had in a long time. Our server Chris was amazing, not only was his attitude and personality great but his knowledge of pairing of foods with drinks was great as well. We go out to eat about three to four times per month and I have all the places we have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings was amazing

The place was great. We were seated quickly and the food came relatively quickly. Lots of TV’s if you’re are looking to watch sports like those blacked out Rangers games. Matthew was great, he did a wonderful job, was very attentive and friendly.

First time in a Buffalo Wild Wings. My buddy had been there before, so I listened to his recommendations. Food is delicious, mouth watering just from looking at it. Jessica our waitress was hustling in a busy lunch rush and STILL keep our drinks topped off and attentive. Ask for Jessica to be your waitress next time you're in here. My meal: Garlic Parmesan Bone-In Wings with a side of fries, loaded with cheese and bacon. Presentation: 10/10 Taste: 10/10 Drink: Mango Tea, honestly could've been a little sweeter. But still tasted decent. For a first time here, I really enjoyed it and had fun with my best buddy Joe. Thanks for the great service and great food. Can't wait to try more of the menu in the future.

Arrived there for lunch. looking to have the $11 lunch hour meal deal. service was great, food was great, the waitress was very attentive and friendly. the place smelled a bit stale however. didnt really mind it until towards the end of our meal, a flippin cockroach decided to make its presence known by crawling ontop of the table. kinda lost our appetite at that point. luckily we have just finished our meals, or else i dont think we would have finished it and left... still left a nice tip for the waitress as it wasnt her fault. owners need to step up and have the place cleaned (possibly carpet washed) and have pest control come take a swing at these goobers.

I Come here once a month for team meetings. The staff is friendly enough and the food is really good. The flat screens are mounted well, so wherever you sit you will have a good view. I would avoid the place on game days if you don't like big crowds and alot of screaming..which is normal for a sports bar. Overall it's exactly what you would expect with a few little suprises like the kid games that are featured at the tables.

The food was very good, kind of worth the price, the wings do not come with fries unless you do the boneless & bone in combo. The fries were $6 for a small amount. Our server was very sweet, she tried her best to make sure everything was good. We went on a pretty busy night so thats why, but overall it was okay. Parking was kind of hard due to the time we went.

Meh. Nothing stood put in particular. I ordered chicken tenders and asked if they could toss them in my favorite sauce to which they replied no it has to be on the side. Had to switch my entire order. Ordered fries and never got them. The waiter bless his heart got sat back to back with plenty of empty tables in other servers sections. All in all the taste wasn't terrible which makes me want to go back and give it another try.

The wings and cheese curds were overcooked to the point that you couldn't eat them. The place itself was just trashed. Trash all over the floor. In the women's restroom, there was toilet paper everywhere on the floor. One of the toilets looked like it was about to break. One of the stall doors was able to lock because of one metal piece. Otherwise, the door wouldn't have even stayed shut. The drinks were pretty good. The best part was the waiter Tristan. He was caring and took care of us to the best of his ability. I will definitely not be going back to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mesquite.

I used to come this wild wing every Tuesday before Covid but I moved to far to come but was in the neighborhood and decided to stop by with my 9 and 11 yr old,little disappointed my wings came out cold and asked for ketchup and napkins 2x's never came so I asked the bartender for the napkins,im not leaving this review to get anyone in trouble all I ask is to do better next time I will be back.

This place isn't as up best as the other BWW I have been to. Maybe the service is better away from the bar. Not a huge fan of either of the bartenders I have had on visits. No personality at all.

Had dinner here and it was okay. We sat at the bar tables since the wait was really long for a regular table. There’s a QR code on the table where you can just order without a server which I should’ve done because it took a minute for our server to come out. When our server came out he was very nice. Ordered a Blue Hawaiian & another drink which were both delicious. For an appetizer we got Hatch Chile Queso which was good but was brought out in a to-go bowl so it felt cheap. They should serve it in a real bowl if you’re eating in house. Got Salt & Vinegar & Spicy Garlic wings. There could have been more seasoning on the Salt & Vinegar. We also had the Hatch Chile Burger which was delicious. We paid through the app at the end where it automatically added the tip. Not a fan of that. Either way, everything was fine. Nothing special, nothing bad.

I recently came here with friends I hadn’t seen in a while, and we were excited for a fun night out. Unfortunately, the experience started off rocky. We were initially told by the host that we could sit at the high tops by the bar. But as we were walking over, a server with glasses and red hair abruptly told us, “Y’all go over there.” It felt unwelcoming, but we moved without a problem. After we sat down and started putting the tables together, she came back about 10 minutes later and said, “We’re not putting tables together and I can’t take y’all.” The tone was rude and dismissive. We asked where we could sit instead and moved once again. At that point, I was ready to leave if it weren’t for the rest of my group. What made it worse was seeing her later taking another group at high tops without issue. It became clear she just didn’t want to serve us. Thankfully, a gentleman on staff stepped in and completely turned the night around. He was kind, professional, and suggested great appetizers and drinks for us. Even he seemed to be dealing with some resistance from her, but he didn’t let it affect his service. Because of him, we stayed—and we made sure to tip him well for going above and beyond. If she didn’t want the tip, that’s on her. He deserved every bit of it. I wouldn’t return based on how we were treated at first, but that one staff member truly saved the night. Management should take notice—he represents the kind of service that brings people back.

It wasn't a good experience. Service was delayed from start till end. No one came to take our order for at least 10 min. Finally when order was taken for drinks they still forgot to give menu , to place main course order. I am a low sodium eater and checked that before going and knew I could not eat the wings. I ordered a sandwich which was ok. The FF were over cooked. And the sodium was high. We had to wait longer to get a table because night servers were not there yet. The manager was apologizing for that. I would not go back just not my taste.

I went on a Monday Night and when i came in i stood there and waited to be seated, even though some staff would pass by and made eye contact and they still chose to ignore me, after 15 minutes went by we got seated. Later on we got our food, we got hard plain fries with little to no seasoning at all. Our wings were cold and we asked our server if we could get them sent back. She nicely agreed and she came back with “new remade wings” but you could clearly tell they were reheated by using a microwave. It really is crazy how the laziness of the cooks can be since the place wasn’t busy at all. I wouldn’t come back to this place even if they paid me so please stay away from here.

Very disorganized. No one at the host stand or any acknowledgment when we entered. So we stood and waited until a spot at the bar opened up. Only had one bar tender for a larger bar during an NFL championship game but was impressed at his ability to manage and multitask. Saw multiple complaints from those at the tables about not getting attention or being able to order. Food was meh. Don’t plan to come back.

Everything was amazing about this place. Only thing that upset me was that I called before to make sure the bogo free Tuesdays for traditional wings was real because i got an email so i call the store and the manager validated that with dine-in that I'll get that. Cool. So I show up but get charged for regular pricing which is okay but next time I'm showing up with my email because that was not cool. :/ anyways food was amazing and server was great!

We waited almost 30 minutes before someone came to our table to assist us. We would have left but it was my son's birthday and he wanted Buffalo Wild Wings. We ordered the sampler, quesadillas, 30 wings, and 10 additional wings. The wings were not labeled and when asked what flavors were which the waiter said we don't ever know and asking for a refill came at a dinosaur pace. This place is not what it once was. By the way it was not crowded.

Customer service is everything for me, and I haven’t NOT wanted to tip in a long, long time. This could have easily been a great experience, because the Hibiscus Margarita was EVERYTHING. But when you have a service provider that seems like they are in a funk to wait on you, it ruins everything. From waiting on him for extended periods of time just about every time he left our table (we overlooked it because we wanted to chalk it up to busy), to literally just hurriedly dropping plates off and dashing, and walking past us quickly as possible when he was in the vicinity; it was all just… less than ideal. He clearly came off like he truthfully didn’t not want to be working, and we could truly tell. The wings both Cauliflower and Lemon Pepper were beyond great! And the drinks fabulous, but the bad interaction dramatically took from it.

I ordered a large potato wedges and this is what I get ? 6$ for this and this is all I get? If it was gonna be this little i should have been charged a small size instead.. like seriously ?! if I could go back and show them this I would but sadly I live too far to go back. This just happened minutes ago.. I love the wings from here but y’all always mess up my order I would go to another location but this is the closest one to me. .. you don’t know how disappointing this is

10/06/2025- My son wanted to go for his birthday. The food hasn't changed. It's still mediocre at best. I'll only go back to buy their sauces.😞 I actually came in to resolve some issues I had with my pick up order from January. My wings and fries were overcooked. I was so disappointed that I had to serve that to my guests. The staff and management has been very polite and understanding in helping resolve the issue.

I love BDubs but this was some of the worst I've ever had. Maybe the cook was having a bad day. Wings were tiny, skimpy and overcooked. Service was OK but nothing special. There was loud annoying rap music with inappropriate lyrics playing.

Fist time time this location, the inside absolutely a mess, service not good at all the order takes (server) all she did was take the order and dissappear for mor then 20 min I hado to ask the hostess (which was cleaning tables to be able to seat peopke in the waiting lobby) to check on my appetizers, someone brought it to our table, no plates to napkins and cold the server finally appeared and I asked her about our food and I think she got mad because I asked her for paper napkins and plates. On Saturday, me and two of my friends visited this location to watch the UFC fight. However, the service was insulting. Once seated, our server made no attempt to introduce herself nor take our drinks (which all we wanted at the time was water). 30 minutes later we were finally given water, then kindly asked for fried pickles as an appetizer. She then took a deep sigh as if we were asking for an entire group order. Then proceeded to say "come on, anything else?" That comment alone sums up our entire night, due to the fact that she never checked up on us for the remainder of the night. Another server past by and asked if our server had taken our orders in which we sadly replied no. At that point it had been almost an hour and she finally reappeared to let us no she will no longer be serving us since we told the other server we hadn't been served, but we were simply answering her question. Me and my friends are Mexican who can take some disrespecting but this however was shocking. The only effort we notice from her was that she was trying to let us know she clearly did not want us there. They weren't very busy, even though they were showing the fight. There was only a 20 minute wait before being seated and quite a few tables open, so we couldn't understand why she was treating us this way. We did not want to cause any trouble since maybe she was having a bad day, but me and my friends rarely go out to eat so this was definitely demoralizing. We didn't get her name nor did we want to, but all we remember about her was that she was a beautiful black lady with red hair. I know this won't make it to management or I will probably be asked to fill out some form, but I just want others to see this review and understand how we were treated. P.S. we left before the UFC fight started.

If I could leave no stars, I would. We walked on a Sunday, with empty clean tables filling over three quarters of the restaurant, we were sat in a dirty table that had been “cleaned.” Instead of making a scene or complaining, we just moved to the bar area, thinking surely the service would be better. No, No it was not. After we sat down, we waited. Tables around us had food and service, and we waited. When we sat, the bartender helped everyone at the bar but would not even look up to make eye contact. We waited. We saw 3 or 4 staff members walk by and no one stopped to wait on us. We waited. After 10 mins of NO contact and NO service, someone came. Has anyone helped you guys? We replied no, not even a bar back that cleaned the table behind us. With that she took our drink order. We waited. After seeing the bar tender make 2 more sets of drinks that were not our, we left. You can only take so much disrespect and disregard for service. We understand that staffing restaurants these days are challenging. But if your going to keep the doors open. I’d think you’ll want to tend to some customers. Went down the road to Outback Steakhouse and gave them my $120 for dinner and drinks.

We were told the wait would be 20-30 minutes, we waited 45. There were at least 30 empty tables when we were finally seated. My 12 year old ordered honey BBQ wings, he was given HOT honey BBQ wings. The fries tasted like the grease was burnt. When my oldest got back from the restroom, he said there was throw up all over the place. There was a couple that was seated next to us that eventually got up and walked out after waiting several minutes and no one ever took their order. When we left, the waiting room was as full as it was when we were seated, and there were empty tables everywhere!

This place sucks. They don't care about you AT ALL. It took 15 minutes to get a server and the server was so rude too. When I ordered I sat there for 30 minutes and then I finally was like " Can I get this to go" and obviously they did but then I spent an hour waiting for the food to go and there was this loud music it was so bad I got a headache then I was like " where my food " and it took so long to get it and it's not even that good of food. It was the only place open so yeah. Never coming back and that bathroom has the thinnest toilet paper ever and the soap was out sp yeah this is the worst buffalo wild wings I've been too and i'm so disappointed.

Sat down for about 20-30 min with many waiters walking right by us without saying a single word to us. No one took our drink order or even said we will be right with you. We walked right out. The store was very dirty. The table was sticky, the menus were sticky. I guess it a good thing we didn’t eat there.

Update 7/25 Tried them again today after 3 years and they still suck. Second visit in the last two months and probably the last at this location. Both the quality of the food and service keeps dropping after every visit. Servers look bothered to be doing their job and food is average at best now. Management please train, hire or pay servers to provide good customer service. Out of the 2-3 different servers that were at your location, they all seem to hate their job. Food consistency is also a must, I understand wait times can be unnecessary long due to staffing issues, but the food consistency should be there. If you want a good experience from BWW I would try a different location.

Called this BWW in misquite today and asked were they honoring the dine in all you can eat bone in wings for 25.99 and they said no but it's still being advertised on social media. There was no reason to why not, I think these locations really do what they want separately when they feel like for who they feel like.

Got seated right away. It took our waiter a while to greet us. Wasn't busy but took an hour for our food to come out. The waiter wasn't around and he kept forgetting our stuff. For some reason it's like the arctic in there. It's not even hot outside so I don't get why they're blasting the AC on full blast like that. Food wasn't the greatest. I've had better wings at other places that have at least a better atmosphere. Overall, it's a nope for me.

Out experience was not good at all...besides getting my order wrong....the wattress was not very attentive to us....i was not able to tell her what i wanted...and when she finally came to our table she was always in a hurry...she cant use the excuse she was busy waiting tables and cleaning up cause there was another lady cleaning and she was the one we had to tell about my order and a few other things...i did not leave my wattress a tip due to how unattended she was...our meal was 57.34 but wasnt worth it...due to how long it took for me to get my order....the wattress....my daughter and husband fries were ice cold...the server name by my receipt says Kat...tBle 543/1....its going to be awhile before we go back...if the wattress served us and her other customers the same way...she shouldbt have done good on tips....

I started visiting this location recently on my lunch break. The visit has been quite pleasant. The two waitress that usually take my order were good at making me feel comfortable with my dining experience. Decided to stop today on lunch, since I was in the area working. My coworker and I seated ourselves. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting. As we are waiting. The manager is at the table next to us and we hear the people that were sitting. The explained that they did not a black person waiting in them. I'm shocked at the managers reaction. He told the diners to just allow the black girl to wait on them for now. Obviously the 2 parties talking were white. I was shocked at his response. I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore.

I ordered delivery. Never ate here before. I ordered the Jamaican jerk and bbq ranch wings with fries. The jerk was listed as mild so I assumed they were tolerable. I took one bite and my mouth was on fire. I couldn't even breath. I called the store the girl went to get the manager I explained to him what happened and he said let me pull your ticket I was on hold for a while then a girl came back online telling me the male manager Adrian said he was two busy to deal with me he would call me back. This is very unprofessional. He should have rectified this by fixing it to something not as hot. After all they do have it listed as mild which is not hot. I am very disappointed and WILL NEVER eat there again.

My waitress, Denise, passed my table 4 times and didn't stop until after I spoke with a Manager.

Sat down 10 mins Order Beer 20 mins later Y'all ready to order? "We need menus" Gets menus and we decided to order while he was there. No telling the next time we see him. Spills my BBQ sauce and hands me napkins to "cover it up". No silverware (asked 3 times) Should I dare ask for a refill? This guy is literally dragging his feet around here.

Place was dead on a Thursday evening which is why there is no excuse for the horrible service that was give!! Definitely would not recommend!!! Go to a different location! !

After ordering food it suppose to ready in 40 minutes but it took more than 1 hour and people order after me they got food before me. And they never came to ask.

All plain and ordered with 4 flavors, carrots, Bleu cheese, and ranch. Got plain not carrots no Bleu cheese nor ranch. 2nd and last order from this place. Grrr and got cheated out of 2 wings. Smh

Location needs to not be lazy. Order said should be ready by 3:15 order not received until 7:45 smh

Poor service It's always the same terrible service. Either they don't get paid well, or the managers they hire aren't good because they're never on the floor. They always act like they're very busy, even when there's no one there. Hopefully, they'll do something about it because the wings are the best..... Bartender on the phone And I already know the response will be, "Thank you for your comments. If you want to leave more feedback, go online, blah blah blah." Just fix the service instead.

Diamond was our server. Had to ask for napkins twice. I ordered a chicken sandwich no pickles, bacon aioli and slaw. I asked her to add bacon, lettuce and mayo. Chicken sandwich came out with no mayo/lettuce. Just a buttered bun, chicken and bacon. No utensils were given to eat with. Fries were not edible, they were hard and tasted like cardboard. Diamond never came to check on us and when she did decided to come over, I asked her about lettuce and she doesn’t know if the kitchen had lettuce. Isn’t she supposed to know the menu? Completely dissatisfied with this restaurant, I didn’t even eat the food asked for the check and left. She came back with the check real fast tho. A waste of $40+.

OK so I normally don't write bad reviews but this right here is unacceptable.... ordered some wings to-go and this is what I got. Like no lie I can find fresher looking 4 day old chicken nuggets in my back seat floorboard. It sucks that one person can ruin an entire experience.

This place should shut down. Customer service -10. Cleaning -10 starting by the host, so unprofessional, saggy pants! Few people left cause they were not getting any service. It took them 50 minutes to get my food. Order the Lemmon paper and had zero, literally zero Lemmon pepper. They were just plain, but I got charged for lemon pepper seasoning. You can see seasoning on the plate but not on the wings Based on the reviews, the restaurant will comment. Please fill out the form. I mean, if you guys are not doing anything based on the reviews, what's the point of filling out the form?

It’s like around 1am that’s really when they close because you can’t find the employees anywhere when you need assistance. We are never coming back and will tell everyone we know not to patronize this establishment.

This is the 2nd time in a few month that I have issues at this place. First time they gave me thw wrong item, was change at the end but I was not happy. Now my niece went to pick up the order ($60). As you can see the chicken wings are old, this is not a fresh item and french fries are also the same way. This is terrible and I live over 10 miles away to go again an make a complain about this. I will never buy here again, disgusting.

Just wanted a quick post workout meal nobody was in front for a good 10 mins got the family meal only got a handful of fries pretty much only got 1/4 of the box won’t be coming back

Well to start off the staff themselves were friendly but that's about it. The food was terrible. I ordered their lemon pepper wings and habanero wings with a side of Mac and cheese. The wings were not only extremely fry and unseasoned, but they were stale; They had varely any meat on the bone and hard. look I know it's not a Mac and cheese place but their Mac and cheese was absolutely terrible as well. cold and old. the flavor was okay to say the least and the noodles were cooked properly. The place itself was relatively clean so that's a plus.

This place is trash me and my family ate there last night and we were served cold food when we complained about it all was said is I’m sorry server never bothered to get us more food I get that they were busy but that was ridiculous fries cold and hard will never eat here again

My boyfriend is a longtime member of Buffalo Wild Wings for many years to the point that he has thousands of points for free food. He tried this location again today after the last three times were bad because it’s the only one in his area. He travels all over the country and expects the same quality at every location as it should be. Today again, the chicken was dark, dried out and hard. He asked the bartender to give him fresh chicken after explaining his bad experience the last few times. And again he got this trash. He told the manager what happened and the manager told him they have a new cooking method where THEY COOK THE CHICKEN FOR 8 MINUTES AND PUT IT IN A STEAMER! He then said this is the process for all locations now. We do not believe that but if it’s true, when he asked for it be fresh, it should have been. It obviously was not since it came out way too fast and was in the condition it was. I’m contacting corporate because this is a ridiculous excuse that we’ve NEVER heard of! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this location! Do better mesquite

ONLY IF THEY HAD ZERO STARS! Placed a to go order, waited 30 mins before i went.. FOOD STILL NOT READY. Thought maybe they were packed, ONLY TWO tables seated inside!! Ended up eating there because why not still have to wait for the to go order anyways. FOOD CAME OLD AND COLD! Shouldnt have even came out the door like that! WHO IS THE COOK? To feed a human being food like that as if I’m a dog that wants left overs or something IS CRAZY. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Superviser refunded us but WHY IS THE COOK OKAY WITH SENDING STUFF OUT THE DOOR LIKE THAT? I wish i would have snapped a picture, the food even LOOKED dry and hard!! Surely do not get delivery from this place.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is horrible!!!! Never got 1 refill took forever to get the food and when we finally did the wings were hard as a rock like they had been cooked from the night before the fried pickles were mush the only thing that was edible was the carrots and celery I’ll never be going back !!! Plain awful !!!!

I have ate at a few of these over the years.... This is by far the worst one I have ever eaten at. The service was horrible. It took forever to get the food. Rated the food with this being an average food chain in mind. Not sure how long the food set out before it actually got delivered. Bussers were running slow. Trash on the floor. You get the idea.

Im going to start off by saying my wife and I are frequent customers of this location . We come at least 2 or 3 times a month , we have lunch dates while our children are at school. Its always a good experience except for today , today was horrible . Every pc of chicken i ate had long feathers hanging off, I even but one of the wings and the feathery hair was in my mouth I was so disgusted. The strong point was the manger he had it remade fresh and de-feathered, but my waitress was not the best . She overcharged us for drinks we didn't have and she never refilled the drinks that we did have lol. She never checked on us throughout our meal until I stopped her walking to inform the manager of the chicken I had that still had its feathers .

Absolute trash, the chicken dippers were cold and dry, charged me for two salads when I only ordered one. Took so long to bring out the salad that everyone was done eating and I just left instead. Service and food was trash definitely won’t be back.

I suggest doing something about certain staff as things could have been worse if it weren’t for Drew stepping in. We arrived for my father’s birthday too requesting a table in a specific area since we explained our father was partially blinded and in a wheelchair. A nice lady who was assisting with seating asked 4 different servers if they’d take us they all said “no I don’t want that” and walked away. The experience was not only discrimination but embarrassing. In the end Drew apologized for their behaviors and offered to be our server even though she already had her own assignment. The manager who we spoke to later didn’t seem to care but at least Drew was attentive and treated us very kind throughout our stay.

Went to Buffalo wild wings expecting to watch the Love island reunion when we got there we waited 30 mins to get our drink and appetizer order. After that we waited 30 minutes again to get our order taken, by then we were already fed up so we decided to walk to chillis instead. Not only was that an hour of time wasted we got a rude waitress, she laughed to her coworker while we were leaving. 100% not coming back!!!!!🤮

Ordered a pickup order, fries were cold and barely any fries in there that’s why I ordered 2 because every time I get fries from here they barely put any in there. So I ordered 2 this time. They were cold and stale also I told the girl in the front thank you and she can’t even say nothing back. She acts like she can’t even speak. $31 to get only 15 wings and barely any fries. Ridiculous
