Shared lunch with my beautiful family. Waiter Sham and Mr. Nguyen delivered awesome food and service. I just couldn't understand, how the lady behind us, could be so unhappy with food so early in the day. 1 adult & 1 child over bread. We all know servers don't cook the bread.. Yes,it was over cooked. But we ate it. Mistakes happened, people are dying. ( We just left my Lil cousin's funeral) Find your happiness in life vs always complaining about simple things.

Our waitress was so sweet to my Mom and I last night for dinner. The food was real good and the restraunt was nice as well. My chicken Alfredo had a lot of chicken.

To be honest, I'd stop going to Olive Garden because their service and the food had really went down, BUT that has totally changed. We were greeted and seated by the manager providing us with their name(Damon). We were then greeted by our server (Aujah) , who was spectacular. She was very pleasant and took great care of us. She was very attentive and friendly. Based on this service, I am now returning back to this Olive Garden.

I love eating at Olive Garden. Their soup and salads are one of my favorites. Salads are fresh. Doors are delicious. And the price is right.

The last three visits I've been going to the bar and the bartender is very friendly understanding explains the meals on any answers any questions that can happen customer service is awesome I give it five stars for sure 😊

Service was exceptional, food was great, and I had a great atmosphere. Wait was only about 20 minutes and that took no time. Fresh food, cooked to order, and I loved the tirimsu.

Olive Garden never fails. Their service is usually always great and the food amazing. I love their alfredo ravioli but decided to try their new lasagna pasta with ravioli and it was as tasty as it appeared on the picture!

Ts was FIRE!!! I went there after school and absolutely destroyed some chicken Parm, it was hot, crispy, and really filling. I don't remember what soup I got but that was fire too. Breadsticks are great as always, and my server was super chill and nice, I don't remember his name but he looked like Xavier Thorpe from Wednesday and had a sharp jaw line. Complements to him, very nice!!

Had the pleasure of attending my daughter’s Birthday celebration here today. Courtney O and her assistant held down, served, and made the entire party of 20 adults, 2 eight year olds, 2 infants under a year happy. They got us exactly what we needed before we asked most of the time and served our party with proficiency, accuracy, and a sheer desire to make the experience exceptional for our blended family. Thanks again Courtney O! What a gifted professional team you two were.

Always a very soft and smooth ambiance, perfect for a date or family gathering, service and food are Top notch, tiramissu is a must, carbonara shrimp and chicken has an amazing carbon smoky flavor, superb and the salad and bread sticks how can you stay away from this place once you find it. Food was great as always and our server was awesome, I usually get the baked ziti Al forno when I come but on Saturday I tried their chicken marsala and omg! I loved it, it has spinach, mushrooms with fettuccine pasta in a delicious sauce, y'all need to give this a try, I love their bread sticks, salad and now their new strawberry cream cake it was super delicious!🥰

My favorite place to get day drunk at. Something about the Olive Garden and their sweet confetti wine brings out the drinker in me. The breadsticks here are always warm and fresh, the food has always been delicious, the wait staff has always been kind and friendly and hooks you up for n the freshly grated cheese. I’ll be back soon.

This OG has gone through a few management changes over the years, but the current crew here are definitely top tier! 👌 The service was great. Didn't have to wait long to be seated. It was truly exceptional. Our waitress was spot on & the food was excellent. The place was well kept & the bathrooms were tidy. The past 2 visits the place has been outstanding. The best it's ever been.

Olive Garden was over the top last night as we came in with a family of 10 to celebrate my niece 12th birthday. We walked in to Easter decorations everywhere and even an Easter photo drop! Who ever serves that purpose of a good place to eat be happy and be treated right you have blown me away with your efforts to your customers. I hope this message finds you and you continue to do a great job with this place.

Roderick was our Waiter. Outstanding service and a super nice young man! We were properly distanced and saw staff frequently cleaning the tables, windows, and seating areas. They were even checking and cleaning under the tables (nice twist). All staff had on masks and could be seen putting on gloves with entering orders at the point-of-sale system. The food was excellent- hot, fresh and seasoned to perfection. Great job, Olive Garden Mesquite!

It was like I was inside a movie. Everyone was so friendly and I still love the music they play. But everyone was so helpful, from the person who picked up the phone to the staff person who went out of their way to open the door. What an absolutely lovely experience. I usually just get the soup and it did not disappoint. However I do wish they would bring back the vegetable pasta with zucchini and mushroom and alfredo. This is perfect for a chilly night. But thank you for the experience.

I went with My Sisters, Sister-In-Laws and Nieces for lunch to Celebrate Our Mom's/ Grandma's Heavnly Birthday. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and a Salad, with a Coke to drink, all was good. My Niece ordered Calamari as an appetizer and that too was good. My Sister-In-Law ordered a Strawberry Margarita, which I tried and it was Delicious. I love their complimentary bread sticks. For desert My Sister ordered their donuts with chocolate and I really liked them. Our Server was very nice and attentive. Montreay, I think I misspelled his name. Atmosphere was very nice. I will go back.

Loved loved our server Lexi! She was amazing throughout the whole service. She never failed to check in on us in the right moments and always made sure we were happy with everything. If you ever go during the weekends always ask for Lexi, she’ll make your experience even better! Someone give Lexi a raise and/or appraisal!

Great Service! Great Atmosphere! Awesome food! Everything taste freshly made. The salad was half eaten in the picture because my husband and I love their salad and we didn’t take a picture before eating it, but you get a huge bowl and it’s smells and taste so delicious.

It was our first time coming to this location as it was close to an event we attended. There were quite a few people already dining when we came in. We were a walk-in with a large party. However, I was very pleased that it didn’t take us long to be seated. Our waiter was outstanding and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was good but we will visit this location again, mainly due to the great service.

Our server Jocelyn spoiled us. She was so kind and attentive to our every need. She was always genuinely happy to help us with our dining experience.

Nicole at Olive Garden truly went above and beyond with her service! From the moment we sat down until the very end of our visit, she made sure my friend and I were completely taken care of. We came in towards the end of the night, and even then her spirit was still so bright, positive, and welcoming. She never made us feel rushed and was ready to help with whatever we needed. That level of kindness and professionalism, especially late in the evening, was so well appreciated. Thank you, Nicole, for making our experience such a great one!

I’ve been going there since I was 10 and I still love this Olive Garden! They’ve always had wonderful service, some managers have been more attentive than others but never a “bad” manager. Even on busy days the wait is still pretty good. The food is good and has large portions, what you expect from your typical Olive Garden.

Excellent experience at this Olive Garden! My family of 7 came in on Easter Sunday, the restaurant was completely packed. We got a table relatively quick, and our server was there immediately. He was absolutely fantastic! He kept the breadsticks coming and was patient with our requests for salad with and without dressing. The food came out quickly for how busy the place was, and everything was delicious. Our server was attentive the whole meal, keeping our drinks filled and clearing plates as needed. Our meals were all tasty to the last bite. Tables and bathrooms were very clean. We will be back!

My family and I had Lunch here and we were lucky enough to have Charlie as our server. He went above and beyond the entire time we were here and always checking in at the perfect time, making sure our drinks stayed full, and treating us like we were his top priority. He had such a positive attitude that really made our meal even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Charlie.

I rarely do reviews on places I’ve been to many times before, but I just had to shout out my friends and I great experience last night. The pastas were tasty and the limoncello margaritas made by Alex were supreme! We started at the bar with Alex, but we moved to a table were Dono kept up the great customer service. It was a busy Friday, but Dono always made sure we were kept satisfied. To top it off the manager, Marty (I hope I’m remembering the names correctly), also checked on us constantly to make sure we had a top tier experience. We may need to keep this as our girls night hangout!

I have to say it's nice to have this place local. I enjoy the soup and salad and they have a very good sangria which when I'm wanting a sangria I will go here. My husband had the pasta fazoli soup and salad and I had minestrone and salad. We didn't have seconds cuz we were full but they were very attentive to make sure that we didn't need anything. I don’t want to write a review on the food because Olive Garden is very consistent with their ingredients and presentations, always an A+. I do want to review about Fernanda the bartender, nicest sweetest young lady I’ve had take care of me there. Couldn’t be more attentive and nice to me. No offense to OG but she should work in downtown Dallas at an upscale restaurant because she was beyond Mesquite waiter standards. The front host stand too was very welcoming. This was again 1pm during lunch.

Had a very nice time with my family, the food was good and our waiter CJ was attentive, he was knowledgeable and a very nice young man. He made sure everything was okay and didn't take a long time getting thing we asked him for, that was really appreciated. You need more employees like him.

The food is great, the only bad thing is that there is a lot of ghetto people that go there and they disturb your meal as they are extremely loud and rude.... I tipped my waiter extra because the people sitting next to me were calling him a gay when all he was trying I do was assist them.

Our food order wasn’t the greatest we’ve had there, but I was OK with it because of the great service we got by a waiter name Vincent. He was exceptionally prompt in making sure that we had refills and that our table was clean. He asked us if we needed anything else every chance he had. This time fettuccine Alfredo was warm and the soup was cold, probably won’t order it there again, but Vince saved the day. Then we got to dessert and all was better again, lol!

Went on 12/19/2025 for lunch with my mother and 25 year old granddaughter and the front person who seats guest asked me if she needed a child menu which embarrassed her. She's short, petite lady but really now. I expected more from Omive Garden.

After waiting for a long time for our order (40 minutes in spot 15), Dom (Shoutout to DOM) for making our order right and offering us an incentive for the king wait. These were just two of the meals we ordered. We had a very large order, so considering the total they did well, so I gave 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Let’s see what they get next time we order from them again. Thank You!

We had a great time at dinner. Food was delicious and customer service was on point. Our server was exceptional. Sat. 03/11/2023-Our server Brandy did an awesome job. She was very attentive to our table. The food was delish and the portions were more than enough. I usually order the soap ( Zuppa Tuscana) and salad, hubby had the lasagna, and Sal Jr. had the Chicken Alfredo. 👍

So the food was good, them lunch plates are very small🙄(not the one pictured that's the dinner plate). Also when you walk in to sit down there's a bad odor like a dirty carpet or something and it's all I smelled, it was annoying. 12/29/19 We went in as a party of 25 and we waited around 3 1/2 hours to be seated. Customer service was good.

Everything was great but the downside of it all and that matters is that our “server” jayy S was sadly the worst server. He didn’t even serve us throughout the whole 40 mins we were there he only brought us the salad and drinks AND to just show us our bill other than that he was not to be found. We had help from other friendly host and few couple other REAL servers. They made sure we was good or if we needed anything else at that time. Jayy S- was not only doing the very bare minimum but also we knew he did not want to be there.

I come here almost every week because I love the food and service. But..... this time and a few times before when I ask for the spaghetti and MEAT sauce, they have given me meat with the marinara sauce and believe me that I can tell the difference. Instead of trying to cover up a mistake of not preparing enough due to being busy. They should be honest and tell the customer that they are out instead of charging a customer for something that they did not ask for and not going to eat. You can't tell me that this is spaghetti sauce and this is not the first time that this has happened. Shame on you Olive garden.

Horrible service start to finish! We didn't mind the wait to be seated, but after being seated we waited over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and asked our drink order. Ordered 2 entrees and an appetizer. Server said he would be back with our salad, waited another 15 minutes for it to come. Finally our food came along with the appetizer at the same time. While we are eating a manager asks how we are doing I said very slow service. Then she went to the back. Hopefully she addressed this with our server. Then finally when we are ready to go, we leave the exact change on the table (the tip was lost long ago), and leave. Halfway through the parking lot we are being chased by our server with him saying we didn't pay! Now we are appalled. Very bad service! Please work on coaching and training your staff.

Be careful with this food order thief, he works for Uber Eats, he delivered my Olive Garden order in a regular plastic bag, he also stole some bread with a plate of food, I spent around $65 for nothing, because in the end I felt disgusted eating the rest of that groped food, it took about an hour and a half for delivery, I made a direct report to Olive Garden and supposedly they will give me a refund in 2 to 3 days

Salad was dry no dressing and too much bread crumbs. Pasta had no flavor sauce was cold and sticky did not enjoy. My drink was all ice barely took 2 drinks from it and it was empty not a good experience.

I just left not even a minute ago but I’m urgent to tell y’all my awful experience here with my server. Me and my two friends came in to have a good dinner while studying and exited for the never ending pasta. When we got there our server never introduced herself but got straight to the point of saying what we wanted to drink and just looked not happy to attend us. She came back with the drinks and asked what we wanted to eat, we than said we’re here for the never ending pasta and my friend said she wanted a Toscano soup and the sever replied with “I asked for the pasta” and she gave us all the same soup without asking what we wanted, this wasn’t the worst part yet. She came out with our pastas and we finished them she than came back to ask us if we wanted the receipts not once but TWICE in the matter of seconds when we got there for not ending pasta, I had to tell her we weren’t leaving yet and she left heavy footed. She came back with my refill of water and I had pulled out my computer to get to my notes, she looked at me and didn’t hand me my water but handed it to my friend. She didn’t come back since she was mad leaving and she took 15 minutes NOT exaggerating to check on us again. When she came back she saw all of us on our devices and didn’t say anything but implied the check AGAIN. We just asked for a refill and she replied with “y’all said REFILL “ like if we didn’t speak English. This was very rude and at this point we all felt very uncomfortable and didn’t even want to study. After this she came back with our refill of the pasta and didn’t even ask us if we wanted the same one but brought out the same one mad again, we were so over it and all in all just wanted to leave. We were just there to study and eat but with the server we couldn’t and we all felt uncomfortable. I’ve never had to write a review before in my left but it was that bad she was just so unprofessional and rude me and my friends agreed to write this review and never plan on going back to this location, we also have never left a 0 dollar tip but our server was so rude and never wish this upon anyone. If you plan to visit this location I wish you patience and best of luck with BRANDI W at the mesquite location. I would add a ZERO star if I could.

Love this location. Maybe the Ricotta cheese was just not agreeing with my stomach. But the Lasagna made me absolutely sick. Minimal sauce. Salad was good.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a pickup order placed at your Mesquite location on 9-13 The order was supposed to include two Italian sausages, but only one, cut into pieces, was provided. When I raised this concern with an employee and their manager, the manager justified the missing item by referencing the small size of the pieces. This explanation is not acceptable, as it does not fulfill the original order request. While I have no plans to return for a refund, I believe it is important for your team to be aware of this error. Please let me know what steps you might take to prevent this from happening again and to compensate me for the error on this order.

Very disappointing in my to go order. Hardly any sauce on my Alfredo noodles. Very dry. I’m sick today and all I want was pasta. 🤦‍♀️ 30 bucks for dry noodles. What a waste of my money

Very disappointed by service and environment but the manager was the only one who took care of us. But it was a struggle the whole time.. but unfortunately I will be back for that soup and salad

When picking up online orders from this location the instructions read to.Please wait inside your vehicle and someone will bring your order out to you. But some guy pulled up just after me and he just walked in to get his order and they gave him his order before me. So why was he allowed to go inside and pick up his order?But I had to wait outside in my car? That's discrimination. So which is it? Are we supposed to wait inside our vehicle to receive the orders? Are we supposed to go inside to get them? Because I was there first and that guy showed up after me and he was able to get In-N-Out before me and I really didn't appreciate that very much. I mean, that's not very helpful at all. When you have people who are encouraged not to follow the instructions.. I mean, you should either follow your special instructions or else. Don't have them. Because that's not fair. Just take your special instructions and throw them out into the garbage if you're not even going to follow them. It shows what you think of your own special instructions when you don't even follow them. Just throw them in the garbage if that's what you think of your own special instructions that you don't even follow them. They must not be very important.

I came here with a party of around 14 to eat. We found 3 hairs in our spinach Alfredo dip. And at least 4 of us (including 2 children) ended up nauseous and throwing up all night. Spent 60 dollars on 2 meals and an app with some drink just to go home disgusted and with food poisoning. I was not made aware of the hair while dining, certain family members didn't want to gross out others. But had I known I would have asked for a refund immediately. Not to mention my sons toy fell on the floor and it was covered in black hair, clearly they never vacuum.

Today is my birthday and I called because I never got the free dessert coupon even though I'm part of the eclub. Whoever answered was no help and said that I had to dine in to get it instead, but I told him I couldn't dine in that day and did an online order. Anyways I went ahead and put in the order and when I picked it up, they gave me the worst attitude, to top it all off they ended up giving me the wrong items... I think it was someone else's order. They ended up giving me some spaghetti, a chicken gnocchi soup, and some bread sticks.. that's none of what I ordered..this whole thing just stressed me out and ruined my whole day..

Last time I went, I swore I'd never go again. My kids talked me into it, though, and we went. This restaurant smells bad. Definitely doesn't whet the appetite. This time there were gross things in the food. I found what I guess was a hard tomato top (see pics) in my spaghetti. Not appetizing! My daughter had mushroom ravioli that had hard bits in them. Might have been woody stems, but it wasn't just a bite or two. All of them were affected. We would have sent our meals back, but our waiter disappeared forever and we just wanted to get out. We paid on the table kiosk. Never again.

I haven't ate at olive garden in many many years and our son decide he wanted to come here for his birthday but we didn't really enjoyed the food. My wife's plate was not correct ,my pasta and broccoli was over cooked. Manager did come over and promptly replaced my plate but my wife had to wait for a while. The kids had endless pasta and seems that there food was ok. Service was lousy, waited to long for refills and didn't seem to be that busy at the restaurant.

I got a pick up order today and when I finally made it home I opened mY containers of food. And one of my dishes has a sucked on lemon hiding under my entrée. I'm not the one to leave good or bad reviews for franchise restaurants, because you already know what to expect. But whomever prepared my food is disgusting and needs to be fired. I will be calling up there shortly.

We went this week to try them again, they have some great looking commercials but our go-to is Carrabbas Grill in Allen but this was close to home. We asked the waitress what she recommended, Usually get good recommendations. She said the Stuffed Chicken Marsala was popular and her fav. So my wife and I ordered. What we got was a dried out, tasteless meal with mashed potatoes that was the farthest thing from Italian food that you can imagine. We ended up taking both our meals home and throwing away. We order the same dish at Carrabbas and Presto Pasta House all the time and there is no comparison. This was disgusting. I will say their appetizer plate of Shrimp Fritto Misto was excellent and our waitress was very good except for the bad recommendation but she was young.

Very disappointed in our recent take out order from Mesquite Olive Garden. It was my daughter’s birthday so this was a special purchase for us. My husband’s ravioli was so bland and the pasta fagioli tasted like water, no seasoning at all. My chicken parmigiana tasted like it had just come out of the freezer. This used to be a great place but it has gotten extremely pricey and the food is awful. Won’t be coming back!

The service was unacceptable. I arrived at 4:32 p.m. and was told that the wait time for a party of 12 would be 25–30 minutes. After waiting the full 30 minutes, I followed up with the host for an update and was then informed that she did not know how much longer it would be and that it could be an additional 30 minutes, as they were still waiting on a table. This reflects a clear lack of communication and poor customer service. If the actual wait time is closer to one hour, guests should be advised of that upfront rather than being given an inaccurate estimate. Providing misleading wait times is frustrating and disrespectful of customers’ time.

The Tour of Italy is usually my favorite dish. It's been years since I've been to Olive Garden but I will not return. The salad was poorly thrown together which is hard to do. There were huge slices of whole purple onion and what appeared to be a whole tomato thickly sliced in fours. The amount of ranch dressing sloshed on the salad was overwhelming. The fettuccine noodles in the Alfredo were hard on the ends like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The lasagna was mushy and underwhelming. It was too late to send the order back but the quality of food has diminished so bad.

AVOID!!! they give you reheated leftovers from the day before. Damon the manager only treats you right if you’re a certain demographic. Discrimination at its finest!
