This was an amazing experience. I was seated right away with hot rolls and butter. My server Jonathan was attentive and kind. The food was absolutely delicious!

We celebrated my sister's late birthday lunch at the Texas Roadhouse in Mesquite. This meal was so so good! Their portions are generous! I ate on this all day!

Wow the music wasn't deafening! What a relief. The was excellent! Hot? proportions delightful. Where the crowds like! this you know its fantastic.

Hear me out. Ribeye. Pittsburgh style. No toppings just pure perfection. Skip the wait and take a seat at the bar where Jenn and Hunter will take great care of you. You are also surrounded by plenty of tvs to make sure you don’t miss the game.

Roel at the bar was exceptional. He was referring to all his customers by name and provided great service to everyone at the bar.

I had such a great experience here. My server, Breeze, was very welcoming and helpful. She recommended a great meal choice and was very attentive.

The servers we’ve had these last couple of times have been great the food has been a little iffy though lately. I’m concerned with the kitchen help. My steak temperature was wrong the last two times and had to send back And my daughters chicken fried steak was not fully cooked. I love this place and I sure hope things can get better. I know it’s always crowded and it’s probably really hard to keep that quality control, but it is very important. Good luck y’all

I will say that everything seemed over salted. But as usual, the bread and butter were very good. Bone in 20oz ribeye was so delicious. Cesar has lots of dressing. The loaded potato was good, and the fries are thick!

It was a really busy Friday night. We used the online table app and was seated upon arrival. From the hostess to our waitress Deyci, this was the friendliest team. My medium rare steak had a nice caramelized char, was perfectly rested and tender. No steak sauce needed on these steaks! And Jewell mixes up a great margarita. My only negative was that my sweet potato was drowning in butter. I've ate a number of times at the Sherman location and this is my second visit here. Gotta say, I've never been served a bad steak at either location, they've always been perfect. And, the prices are very reasonable. Winner Winner steak for dinner!

The wife and I arrived around 6:30 in th evening and at first … the parking lot looked so FULL. We thought it would be a really long wait for a table but we only had to wait for maybe 5 minutes. Service was great and of course the food is ALWAYS GREAT. My steak was perfect.

It's always a great experience here. I used to love the nice high end dry aged steak houses. But the last few experiences I've had here have been amazing. Great service, the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable!!

Love it.. great service amazing food. Steaks a little under the advertise weight but I can let that slide.. Pork Chops dinner is an absolute favourite. I do miss the free peanuts. Had a great time with all the family. Baked potato is amazing, and we can't definitely not forget the rolls and butter amazing fluffy soft and delicious. Our server was amazing a very helpful. We had a couple of mango margaritas which look great but did need a little more alcohol. A bit too sweet and not enough booze. Absolutely delicious and most definitely reccomend it.

No wonder this place is so popular. That was delicious. 99% of the time I'm happily vegetarian/pescatarian, but every once in a while I want meat! This place satisfied. The ribs were perfectly cooked, seasoned, and fall off the rib tender. Veggies, potatoes, and rolls were delicious. The workers were friendly and seemed happy to be there, nice atmosphere.

This was a transcendent experience. Natalie, our server made me feel like I was family and she took every request with the upmost priority and with a smile. I will be a long time customer thanks to this great customer service!

When walking in, Bri was so sweet in seating us ! We had such an excellent experience, and were sat by the booth by the bar and our server was so sweet and attentive, the margaritas were so amazing and food came out just as ordered and so delicious !!

The steak was good quality, but not cooked as requested. The manager offered a complimentary replacement. However, we were hesitant to waste the steak and were hungry. We hope that future visits will result in steaks cooked to our preference. Our waiter provided attentive service, ensuring our drinks were refilled. Overall, we had a good experience.

We were a big 11 party , fair wait time considering it was dinner time , obout 30 min . Lots of delicious yeast bread with that amazing cinnamon butter before our meals, everything came good , the refills on drinks were good too.

I had been craving a good salad, then I remembered that they had their Chicken Critter salad that is Oh so good! I usually order it with extra egg and Honey Mustard and it was made to order. It was so good I forgot to take a picture. My Husband's RibEye Steak was cooked just right. It was his first time and he stated it will not be his last. Their complimentary bread was good along with their delicious butter. Our Server Destiny was so sweet and very very attentive, That I loved. I can't wait to go back! 9-27-2023 I was craving their Chicken Critter Salad so we went back. It was just as good as the last time. DeAnthony was so nice, friendly and attentive. I just want to say THANK YOU to Texas Roadhouse for hiring Honest employees. I had left my Cellphone at the table and it was returned by a bus boy. This most definitely will have me going back!

The food is always good when I go to Texas Roadhouse Mesquite. The steak kabob tastes good and the rolls are exquisite. The grilled lemon chicken plate was very good. Chicken was moist and very well seasoned 10/10. The prices are very affordable for the taste, quantity of food and quality. Steak is always cooked perfectly, seasoned well and not tough. The servers and hostess can have attitude at times and are not welcoming at all. Lastly, the plain sweet potato does not taste good.

Oh wow! I had the combination steak and ribs. It was cooked right, and the meat easily came off the bone. If I'm not mistaken, the young lady that served ur, Roslynn, I believe. I have good customer service. Her and the delicious food would cause me to come back more and more ! And this location was clean as well. Only one thing that I didn't like, That is that I didn't have no more room to eat more, I was to full! :)

I got the herb crusted chicken, it was PHENOMENAL! It was soft but not chewy, perfect amount of flavor and not hard to cut. If you get the herb crusted chicken I recommend the rice as a side, it helps balance out the flavor. Also my server was so sweet and kind, she even called me ma’am

She made sure our drinks were always refilled, checked on us at the perfect times, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. We waited a long time to sit at a table but it was worth the wait! It was a great experience especially since I am a tourist and came to visit Texas. I loved the restaurant very much, the food was delicious and fresh and especially the bread with the special butter which is what made me come back to you again and again. We ate steak, hamburger, and chicken breast with portobello mushrooms in addition to that we took 3 starters and beer. But the only downside is that the side dish of some kind of vegetable such as green beans or broccoli is very colorless and very tasteless it feels like they cooked it with water and it is tasteless. But other than that everything was great I will come back here again!

We ordered a cactus blossom as an appetizer. It was delicious. This was a dining party of two. We each ordered an 11 ounce sirloin/rack of ribs combo. Everything was very, very good. Finger licking good! The only problem was in the loaded baked potato. We found a few pieces of blue painted wood in it. Since we took our sides home, we didn't know until we ate it the next day. Otherwise, the food was exactly as ordered. Perfect steak temps, hot, steamy yeast rolls, fall off the bone ribs, crunchy salads...just so good except for the blue wood in the potato, which was kinda scary. Our waitress Valerie was very helpful and super sweet.

We went to Texas Roadhouse for our anniversary, and honestly, it was a solid choice. The vibe was relaxed and just right for the occasion. She would constantly check on us and was super attentive to our drink and bread refills. It seemed like a very busy night, but that did not stop them to provide a great service. I visited this restaurant today and had an absolutely incredible experience! Even though I was dining solo, the atmosphere was fantastic—vivid, high-energy, and exactly what you want for a great night out. My steak was cooked to perfection, juicy, and packed with flavor. ​However, the real highlight of the evening was my server, Leslie. I cannot praise her enough! Her service was exceptionally positive, professional, and genuinely warm. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and makes a guest feel so welcome. ​Management needs to know that employees like Leslie are invaluable. Restaurants should truly cherish and take care of staff members of this caliber. Her service alone is the reason I’m already planning my next visit. Thank you, Leslie, for making my dinner so memorable! I’ll definitely be back soon.

TR does a nice free meal for vets. Place was packed, wall to wall. Jennifer took care of me even though it was busy. Got a small sirloin, baked potato, mashed potatoes with gravy and a bunch of rolls. Sat at the bar, pretty noisy but the food was really good. Cooked just right. Solid service.

Wed. July 23, 2025- We actually made it in early enough to order the weekly early dinner special. Hubby and I had the 6oz and 2 sides, and Mom had the Chicken Ceasar Salad. Our portions were hefty, perfectly cooked, and the price was perfect! Our server did a great job as well! Customer service and food was great. They do need to work on Covid Protocols. People were waiting in line to be seated without social distancing and there was alot of people(for me). So we ate quick and left. 12/29/2022-The customer service was great, hubby and I sat at the bar. We had to return our steaks, because they were overcooked. They were kind enough to correct the issue. The bartender offered us peanuts. I was surprised and they were prepackaged. Dessert was delicious😋 This location is normally busy, but you can go online and get on the waitlist. I ran into and old friend and we had a chance to catch up. It was a great evening.

Food was great. Service was great. The restaurant was about half full and they were seating everyone in the far back section. That made for a loud, crowded, situation. Oh well.

As always, food were delicious and flavorful. The reason I gave this location a 4/5 coz it was filthy. The menu card was greasy, the plates still have lard in it that we have to call the waiter to have it changed. The staff were good though, our server was fast, accommodating and attentive.

Mask is required to enter until you’re seated which is perfectly fine with me. All the staff wore mask and they were all very friendly/polite. The food was decent, but the drink was better. I did enjoy the loaded mashed potatoes, well seasoned. The baby back ribs were a little over cooked for me. I will try them again.

I'm a steak lover! It seems every time I eat here, something is missing or not right! This time, I ordered the steak salad, I love a yummy steak salad with all the fixings! The steak was done a little over medium rare, I asked for medium rare! And since it's a salad, I can deal with that! However, the salad was missing other items, onions, and bacon! I had a top shelf Marg, which was FABULOUSLY YUMMY! And we had the Catus Blossom, onion! It was tasty! I rated 4 stars because the food was just alright, but the drink saved the meal! I would also suggest they add more drinks to the menu! I asked for a Moscow Mule, my favorite drink! They didn't have it! However, the wait staff was very nice and helpful! And PS: You guys should at least open for lunch! I feel opening late, and the long wait for a table (an hour) affects the food and possibly service! Too much stress on the chef and kitchen staff to get out a lot of meals in a shot time can compromise the quality of the meals! But that's just a suggestion from someone who loves to eat out, I would mind the wait, but the food has to be banging to make up for the wait! No worries, though. I am all for trying again, so I'll be back!

Stopped by for some dinner . The food isn't the problem we love the choices . But what does make a visit good or not is the service you get. Refills were slow if I catch myself looking around for the waiter that just means you don't come around much. The bad thing is the waiter we had was training someone. Hope the trainee doesn't pick up bad habits. I ordered the sampler even though the bread is always good for starters . Got the pulled pork my son ordered the grilled salmon.

Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, though I unfortunately didn't catch his name. The experience was a bit of a mixed bag: the steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, exactly as requested, but one of the appetizers missed the mark. The 'Jalapeño Balls' or Jalapeño bites whatever they are called were surprisingly lacking in spice or actual jalapeño. The bill came to about $80, which felt a bit steep given one of the appetizers, but my date really enjoyed her meal and was happy to cover the tab, so that’s a win! One odd note: the dining area felt very crowded with people hovering around our table while waiting to be seated. It was a nice night out, so it was strange to see everyone bunched up inside rather than waiting outdoors

Texas Roadhouse always consistent so it makes it an easy detour. Bathrooms could use a little more attention at this location. Our server Ray was super amazing. Ray was attentive, caring and on point. Tried to get a picture of Steak before I ate half but couldn't wait lol. Little overdone for my liking but flavor was awesome. Megan was our server she was great! She was very knowledgeable of the menu, was quick and efficient, and followed up with us constantly throughout the visit. Everything was very good! LOVED the sweet potato. Side note: we did have our appetizer ran out by someone named Lexi she seemed like she was in such a rush her demeanor came off as rude we were in the middle of placing our order with Megan and she showed up with the appetizer and placed right on top of our menus as were ordering didnt acknowledge us say hello I have your appetizer it was almost as if she was annoyed that she had to bring it out. NO worries though Megan’s great service out weighed this small interaction. Thank you!

Pretty decent steaks of course. The rolls were quite good as well. The wait was quoted for 30 minutes but got sat in less than 10. Was very disappointed in the table service aspect. All I wanted was to have my meal split so my wife and I could share it a bit easily but the server didn't want to try and ask the kitchen to do it. She just wanted to have us in and out.

The restaurant is about 25% the size it should be considering the demand. Don’t ever expect to find parking on property unless you show up at 3 AM and just hang out in your car until they’re open. Park at the other businesses in the area to get in and hope you don’t get towed.

We waited a short bit for a table, as there was no sense of urgency at the host stand. Our server was nice and friendly, but she wasn't the quickest by any means. My first rollup had someone's hair in it. The second one was rolled in a dirty linen. Spoke with the manager, and he got me a clean set so that I could simply eat. The appetizer combo wasn't the best, as the skins were completely overcooked and dry, and it was just a lackluster appetizer in general and then a fly flew into the sauce and then just chilled there on the plate. She asked if we were done, and we advised her that we didn't want to look at the fly and she removed the plate. I got the Road Kill chopped steak, not knowing that it's now prepared differently than it used to years ago. Thankfully, I received a real steak for dinner versus a hamburger patty. My friend even made the comment, "Why are you having such horrible luck?" Had the manager not been on the floor being present, I'm not sure any of my issues would have been fixed as quickly as they were. When you spend money to eat out after working a nine hour shift, mediocre food and service are not on my list. I had not eaten at Roadhouse in years, and sadly, I doubt that I'll ever return.

Ordered sweet tea, we received unsweetened tea. The half rack of ribs were dry and hard.The bones were actually burnt. I forced my husband to eat them at home. The quality of food has gone down drastically. Military discount is no longer for the entire bill, just the veteran. That's a first. I won't be back to this one

This was my 2nd time ever visiting a Texas Roadhouse. When I first walked in I didn’t feel very welcomed. There was like 5 or 6 workers standing at the stand, all talking and folding kids menu. Finally someone asked how many and then that was it. After about what felt like 5 minutes one finally said you can stand over there..😒 How was I supposed to know that…. 🥴 The lady that walked us to our table was really nice and welcoming. Maybe she needs to be the first person people see when they walked in. I wish I got her name, because I really wanted to leave. Her welcome changed my mind. The waiter I had was cool and welcoming. I did order a hurricane and I thought I was getting the one on the menu, maybe I read it wrong. I received a frozen drink and looking at the menu it seemed to be the fruity one. I always thought Hurricanes were red not pink. I wanted a drink on the rocks but I’m just not the type to make a big deal out of things even when I’m spending my hard earned money. I asked the waitress was she sure this was a hurricane. The food was good and the rolls of course with the butter.

Oh man, I am on the fence about this place. The wait time is horrendous. It's not the staffs fault it just needs to be bigger. Everyone and their mama comes here for Birthdays geez! You constantly here the poor staff singing birthday sing a longs as loud as they can belt one out while you're trying to place your order. The rolls are always excellent 👌!The steaks are good and well seasoned. The Mac n cheese had absolutely no flavor,tasted like flour and just plain pasta, could not eat it.Other than that bad mac n cheese and the singing it was fine.

We love their food, that’s why we continue to come here but I was very disappointed with the service we received for a surprise dinner I had for my husband. First, they would not let anyone sit down at the reserved table until my husband and I showed up, which defeated the purpose of the “surprise”. Second, our waiter was horrible. We had to get our own silverware, we had to continually ask for drink refills, we had to literally bust our own table to make room for our dinner and then had to do it again for dessert. I understand they are busy but this is a service fail all around and when you’re paying hundreds of dollars for a dinner party, you should definitely get better service. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The day I went into Texas Roadhouse the young lady was very very rude I asked her a question and she stood and looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about need to get better employees let them be on a phones they come to work with their attitudes and then they take it out on the customers and we're the one that you know common there to eat I love Texas Roadhouse I just don't like to come in when I have to you know go through stuff with other employees they need to be a little bit more professional I never gave you guys a too but this time it was a tooth for me

Always great food. Did not like the fact our server kept bothering us about our bill as soon as our food was brought to us. I don’t know if her shift was almost over and wanted to collect. I was having a very important conversation with my wife and the fact our server kept telling us “your bill is there when you are ready to pay” every 5 minutes really bothered me personally. I worked in the service industry and this is beyond disrespectful. Not knowing we had to pay through the table tablet, I gave her my credit card just to make her go away. When she then said, “oh you have to pay there”. We asked for to go boxes which took forever to get to us after all that pestering. Will not be coming here anymore for the lack of respect

Service was outstanding! Bartenders are personable yet stay professional. Margs are delish. Food was cooked perfectly. Steaks perfect. Everyone was so nice. The only pain point was the mangers approach and lack of helpfulness with our payment method. I had a visa gift card that wouldn’t scan. After some discourse: The manger told us their system doesn’t allow manual entry of card #s. Told us she’s required people to “leave their phone behind to go get money if the chip doesn’t work” She held firm. I’m in hospitality point of sale software sales in another state. I know this system they use. She refused to listen or understand. Because she did not want to do an extra step. While everyone else in the place went above and beyond… leadership didn’t. Disappointing she didn’t set a better example. Every POS has a manual option. From the NCR POS manual: “To manually enter a credit card on an NCR POS, you will need to select a "manual entry" option from the payment screen, enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV, and potentially a zip code to complete the transaction. This process is available in a "key in card number" or "manual entry" button on the payment or POS screen.“

We ordered the sirloin medium well , and was not cooked on the inside at all it was pink and red un-edible . The kids tenders looked like small scraps of chicken not full tenders , very messy small potion . Don’t know if the kitchen was too busy and just threw it together. We also ordered the all American cheese burger well done and the meat was still pink . The service was great but the food was disappointing .

Our dining experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The food appeared to have been cooked in old, burnt grease, which left a bitter aftertaste and visible residue on nearly every dish. The spinach dip was extremely salty and resembled melted cheese with a small amount of spinach sprinkled on top. The chips that accompanied it were crumbled and broken, and the blooming onion was overly greasy with dark, burnt particles throughout. Additionally, the person who served our food was chewing on a toothpick hanging from his mouth, which came across as unprofessional. On a positive note, the manager was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely tried to resolve the issues we experienced. However, it seemed that many of the problems were beyond her control. Despite her efforts, the overall quality of the meal was unacceptable. We ultimately paid a little over $88, left a tip out of courtesy, and discarded most of the food after returning home. While we appreciate the manager’s professionalism, we do not plan to dine here again.

Medium rare steak was median raw. Still purple and cold. Salmon was dry from being over cooked. Mac and cheese had no flavor. Was offered more rolls (which about the only thing good) but never got them. Jack Danial’s whiskey was stretched out with simple syrup which I had replaced mainly because the glass that it was served in was dirty. Employees were nice but did nothing to fix issues. Shrimp app, the shrimp were over cooked and the rolls again were good with the whipped butter. I do not recommend eating here unless you don’t care About having a good meal for the money you spend. Never again will I go back!!

a very disappointing Texas Roadhouse. Our drinks didn’t arrive until after we had already received two baskets of rolls, our appetizer, and our salads—basically right before the steaks came out. One steak was correct, but the New York strip ordered medium-well came out rare. When we mentioned it, the server insisted it was medium. It then took about 40 minutes to get it re-cooked. By the time it came back, I had already finished eating and never received a drink refill. My wife didn’t even get to enjoy her meal, and the manager who brought the steak out ignored the issue completely. Very poor service and management response

This location is a hit or a miss. We went on a Sunday afternoon and my husband ordered a medium rare steak and I got the chicken Caesar salad. The steak was super rare and the salad was abysmal. It was soggy and had mostly the bad parts of the lettuce and hardly any dressing or cheese. Our waitress was really attentive and nice though but the food was bad.

Ordered 2 medium well Bone In ribeyes TO GO and this is what I got … VERY RAW !! Nobody can eat this . LUKE the manager was no help and being very passive aggressive and condescending on the phone . he did not offer any other solution besides taking it up there . Just Disappointed .

Waitress literally got all of the food wrong and just stood around with her coworkers for 30min plus instead of correcting the order. Trash service and managers did not do their part as well. Horrible service and won’t be back!

The food was cold and sooo salty . I was the only person to order chicken and it was stiff and Chewy in some parts lol but not only that the tea was not sweet and there was multiple of us with tea . Man it’s crazy we paid over 240.00 that night and everybody was not satisfied

Got Take out on Sunday 10.27.24. Got a message on my txt to come in and get my food. When I arrived they said sorry it’s not ready. As soon as I got back to my car I got another txt and when I arrived back they said it was another mistake so I told them I will wait inside due to this happening by mistakes multiple times. After that all I got was dirty looks from the food service staff. The staff particularly one was talking horrible to everyone, complaining about customers, complaining about staff she worked with while giving me dirty looks, very uncomfortable!! Another staff came in hid in corner and ate rolls with butter and afterwards did not wash her hands. We ordered ribs which were burned and hard, the Mac n cheese, green beans, rolls were good. Disappointed!!!!

My wife stepped into a pothole in your parking lot, lost her footing, and fell. The condition of the lot was dangerous and clearly not properly maintained. Several bystanders stopped to assist, and due to the severity of her injuries, we had no choice but to leave immediately and go straight to urgent care. At the medical facility, my wife was examined, X-rayed, placed in a medical boot for her foot, and given a hand wrap as well. The total medical bills resulting from this incident exceeded $48,000. These were not optional or precautionary visits—this was a direct result of an unsafe condition on your property. I contacted the Mesquite location promptly. An incident report was filed, but the staff appeared far more concerned with collecting information for liability purposes than with my wife’s actual well-being. At no point did anyone ask how she was doing, express concern, or follow up afterward. I reasonably expected—at the very least—an apology, a return phone call, or some acknowledgment that a customer had been injured on your property. That expectation has proven to be grossly misplaced. Since July, I have: Called the Mesquite location multiple times Contacted the corporate office repeatedly Been assured that someone would “get back to me” Left voicemails and messages on at least a dozen occasions It is now the end of December, and no one has contacted us. Not once. This level of indifference is unacceptable. It demonstrates a complete lack of customer care, accountability, and empathy. The message is clear: once the money is spent, customers no longer matter. To be clear: I am not someone who looks for lawsuits. However, your continued silence has left us with no other option. Your company has been given more than adequate opportunity to address this matter informally and responsibly. You have chosen not to. As a result, I will now be filing formal legal complaints and pursuing all available remedies related to this incident, including but not limited to negligence, failure to maintain safe premises, and failure to respond in good faith after a documented injury. So let me start when we got to this location no greeting then when we got to our table no silverware given the bread was cold then I had ordered a baked chicken and cheese fries. The cheese fries look like they just put some shredded cheese on. It didn’t even melt it. Stephanie and the chicken was smothered in some kind of cajan , salt that was not ordered it was horrible the lady next to me was cussing my kids was next to me,I don’t like to complain about anything but when you experience and you’re paying the money that we paid today I would like to voice my experience,

I have always enjoyed eating at this roadhouse. I took a friend early dine in at 4:00 Thursday. We both ordered chicken fried chicken with gravy and 2 sides. We ate half of the meal and got a carry out for the rest. We decided to eat the rest at home later that evening. And found small hairs in our chicken fried chicken with gravy. I will never go back.

Was sat at a tiny table with a wooden divider in the middle so they can cram in as many people as possible. It was so uncomfortable and we barely had room for our orders. The other guests at our table on the other side of the divider were very loud (probably because they were only inches from us) we didn't have any privacy and couldn't carry on a conversation. Don't think we'll be back any time soon.

Came here for a family gathering with a party of 8 and hour before closing and they didn’t want to open a table for us because they were gonna close in an hour. The hostess tried to say we can wait and when we said yeah she said well around that time I can’t serve nomore . Super unprofessional everyone in there . It’s sad because I love Texas Roadhouse but the mesquite location is awful & staff. Wouldn’t recommend

I just spent 80 dollars at this Texas road house in mesquite yall we have to be very careful when we go out to eat depending on these people to give us good food services. Yall know Texas road house is not cheap. I order a salad with my food why is it bugs in my food. Supervisor made all kind of excuses about sometimes the salad may have bugs in it they try to make sure they get it out. What a poor excuse for a business to tell customers that. This is food poisoning. Yall be careful ordering from here this location. I never had this issue with Grand Prairie these food industry is getting sorry if the health of service customers good quality food. It’s ridiculous.

We ordered 4 meals to go and ended up missing one meal. This is the 3rd time this has happened. We called and kept getting transferred, so we show up to pick up out missing meal (tenders and fries). This is what we were given. Not even worth the drive back.

We arrived @ 850 9 pm because there was 12 of us it took awhile to seated us. Mind you there was empty tables in one area. Finally we get seated at 940 takes forever to get our food. Some of the food was cold. The service was mid. We asked for hot bread of course they did not have any. We felt rushed and the macaroni was burned. We will not return.

On top of that, it took over 20 minutes for our waitress—who also had the sniffles—to even take our drink order. She never came back to offer refills, more bread. Between the wrong steak and the poor service, this visit was a huge letdown.

Horrible service. Our waiter, Valerie, upcharged us on nearly every item we ordered without clearly explaining it. She also had me place my to-go order early and brought it to the table where it sat getting cold long before the food we ordered for the table even came out. The entire experience felt rushed and very unfriendly. I would not recommend this location.

I have been going to this location for years. While the dine-in experience is usually pretty good, the take out experience is absolutely terrible. Every single time there is something messed up with the order, and that is not an exaggeration for effect. We were so tired of it that we had stopped dining at this location. Well we received gift cards for Christmas and thought we would give it another chance. We spent $160 for 6 steak dinners, 2 of which were filet medallions. The order was missing side dishes and even worse, the filet steaks (both orders) were so under cooked (requested medium) they were purple and they were so full of gristle we couldn't cut it with a steak knife. I could've popped it in the oven, but since I couldn't chew it I didn't see the point. Needless to say, this will be the last time we give go-to this location.

Went to Texas Road House in Mesquite. Terrible experience. Order a steak, steak looked like if they had boil it, it was almost white just with the lines of the grill. Had to send it back. My problem was never got it back. Waitress never came back. Ask another waitress to speak to the manager. After my husband finish eating is when manager came and apologized. I told her by this time I don’t wanted any more. I usually prefer to go to the Rockwall location but because it’s closer to us my husband suggested going there. Regret taking this decision 😡

Unfortunately, this restaurant needs significant improvement in customer service. Our server was largely inattentive our water glasses were never refilled during the entire meal. As for the steak, it was underwhelming and comparable to what you’d expect at Golden Corral, especially considering the price point. For a total bill of around $230, the overall value simply wasn’t there. At that price, we expected better service, consistency, and food quality. Based on this experience, I would recommend choosing Golden Corral for value or opting for another Texas Roadhouse location, which typically offers better service and reliability. It appeared the staff struggled to manage a larger crowd, or the server assigned to us was not adequately prepared to handle the table.

The food was terrible. Ordered catfish fillets that were tiny, thin as paper, and as hard as a brick. My son’s steak was supposed to be medium rare. He cut into it, the waiter said that it was rare very rare before he could say one word. The server was great. The place was packed so maybe they were just busy. Not sure but it was a terrible experience.

Ive come here since 2006 it used to be really good but the quality of the food or the cooks has declined so much in the last year. the service was good but the food is not up to par. Very underseasoned and not prepared right. Ive tried giving this place a couple of chances and keep coming back but this will deffenitely be my last time here.
