I was probably there at a very busy time and day, but the food came out in 8 minutes. The place was clean and tasty, and the prices were reasonable. I guess I got some recent renovations.

I ordered a burger, and it was pretty bad. It had no flavor and tasted like it was store-bought (not freshly made). At the convenience store, they sell pre-made burgers (and with more flavor), I think for about 40 pesos, and here it costs 200 pesos. I don't recommend Wings Army.

I don't know why I didn't look up the reviews before. Honestly, the food quality is deplorable in both taste and presentation. It's inedible. The ribs are probably expired. They taste awful. The staff is friendly, though.

TERRIBLE! They give you what they want instead of what you order, the employees make faces, they take ages, the food is awful with too much salt, their main claim is boneless and they say they don't have any... bad, everything is very bad.

Terrible experience. The Duel should be watching their business. The boneless cheeses are 2 cm long, they charge extra for the ranch dressing, and it's not ranch dressing, it's a cheese they make. The food is terrible, the taste is awful. They constantly have a lottery ticket at the register saying their wait time is 15 to 20 minutes, but they don't remove it. Terrible food, price, everything. Absolutely not recommended.

Terrible service! The cashier was practically doing us a favor when that's what he's there for! The staff was incredibly rude and rude, and the service was awful. The burger was terrible; the bun fell apart with the first bite, and the chicken tasted horrible. I will definitely never return.

THE FOOD WAS DAY-OLD! The food had no sauce, they sell you boneless chicken when it's not really boneless... they just cut up bits of chicken and that's it. The fries looked reheated and they wouldn't replace them. They sold me blue cheese at an extra cost and it tasted sour. Overall, the food was terrible and the service was awful. IT'S EXPENSIVE FOR THE POOR QUALITY OF THE FOOD

200 pesos for 7 wings, poorly washed and WITH FEATHERS seems like a robbery to me. They should train their employees better so they know how to handle a chicken. Just don't talk to Profeco because it's disgusting! I will never eat at any of their branches again.
