During the day there's plenty of room to eat and drink comfortably, but later at night the tables are replaced with high-top tables and it becomes more of a nightclub than a small bar. The theme is very cute and the drinks are delicious, only the shots looked strange and we didn't order them.

The place really met my expectations to try as a new place, food and drinks all good, I would return, the only thing I didn't like is that the waiter asked for a tip after paying a bill of 4000 pesos with 700 of it plus 15% included in the bill, this waiter asked me for a tip plus separate because he comments that that tip goes to the business and not to him, it doesn't seem like I'm paying a double tip, the suggested tip on the ticket is fine up to there. It also happened to us that a table left beer and the same waiter was reselling the product that another table didn't finish consuming. I liked the place, I would like to return but those actions look bad.

I don't recommend the food :( We got the tough flank steak, I couldn't even chew it, the tuna tostada had almost no flavor, and even the flank steak sushi wasn't what I expected.

They charge 100 pesos for parking at night, so you have that in mind. Everything was going well. The food (in this case, I ordered a Philadelphia sushi roll), the atmosphere, and the drinks were very good. The only bad thing was that they tripled the price of one of the drinks, making the bill double. They made us pay a mandatory tip, and the waiter still wanted us to pay an additional 15% of the bill for the service (that's supposedly what the tip is for). Be very careful; he's a dark-skinned waiter, and it seems he's hiding something. This isn't the first time they've done this. After sharing my experience, more people with similar situations came forward. If they continue down this path, they'll lose customers. I don't have the ticket because they didn't give it to me to post it here.

Be very careful with the bill! First of all, they add the tip to the bill (which they shouldn't, by the way), and second, at least in my case, they were charging me double for a drink... Be very careful, read the bill carefully and check the prices before ordering.

Terrible ramen. For the price, it was quite disappointing. The egg was overcooked. For the same price, you'd find other restaurants like Haiku, where the ramen is much better. The service is more like a dive bar than a restaurant. The servers want to tip you as much as they want.

What disgusting service! Today was my birthday, and I went to "eat." They never brought my food; everyone else ate except me, the birthday girl. The drinks never arrived. They kept giving me excuses, saying my food was coming soon, but it never arrived. The kitchen staff were on the phone laughing and laughing, even though they said they were about to bring my food. They definitely ruined my birthday. I can't believe everyone ate except me, the birthday girl. They couldn't offer anything more than "an apology," but an apology doesn't fix the fact that they ruined my day. Seriously, what disgusting service! The food was wrong, missing ingredients we ordered, and the teriyaki rice with chicken and shrimp was burnt. Everything was wrong!

Poor customer service. It was our second time trying this place, and we were disappointed both times. The first time was Saturday, August 31, 2024. It was a group of 12 people. This time, they made a mistake with two sushi rolls (we asked them to remove an ingredient when ordering), and that family member had to eat later than everyone else. You ask for sauce, and they bring it 20 minutes later (after you'd already finished the roll), considering it was just us and two other people there (the other two tables had no more than 5 people). The second time was this past Saturday, September 15, 2024. This time, we were shocked by the poor service. There were six of us at this gathering. The waiter (Kevin) made a mistake with two of our orders (we're 100% sure it was his mistake because we pointed out what we wanted and he wrote it down in his notebook) and he wasn't able to change the dishes (he even blamed us, claiming we ordered them). We ordered ramen, and when it arrived, we asked for two bowls, but 15 minutes passed and nothing happened. We had to ask again so we could share the ramen. The same thing happened with the sauces. When the appetizers arrived, we asked for sauces, and he only remembered when we mentioned it again after the food arrived. We couldn't enjoy our favorite sauces with any of our appetizers. He also forgot to bring chopsticks when we asked for them. I want to clarify that the food wasn't bad, but the customer service was lacking. On both occasions, there were more than two waiters available, but they were chatting with their colleagues. So there's no excuse for this poor service.
