Great menu and flavors, I am glad they have the tuna tostadas back. During busy times, the service can be slow, but we still enjoy coming here. It's one of our all-time favorites. We are beer drinkers, and I am glad they have a good selection from the Modelo Brand. we don't like Tecate and most places that's all they carry.

First time there at an event. The place is big and the decoration is nothing short of beautiful. It is a great place to enjoy drinks and a meal, especially with friends or a love one. For some reason the meat was charred on the outside but not too bad on the inside. Salad was great and so was the service. The one drawback is that it is a bit too pricey so make sure you have enough cash on hand.

Pros - Steak was very good. Good customer service though it takes a lot of time for your food to be delivered. I think prices are fair. Cons- It took 45-60 mins for our food to be delivered and it was cold by the time it got to the table. Overall it was a decent experience.

The interior seems luxurious but the food, big disappointed. They will change the cut and order without telling you. When you order the prime steak they will give you a chuck steak. When you order a chuck steak they will give you the prime steak well... of course because they will charge you their maximum price (see pic) Quite surprise that they don't have any standard to present the foods. When the first time we came here, they present the steak on the hot stone then the second one, the served on the normal small plate (see pic) and... the chinese 1 $ cutlery (see pic). The steak that supposed to be GOOD ... was very burned outside and became very small. We asked for medium and they gave us medium well. Tasteless. For more 70 USD per steak... and came along with just a baked potato that was very hard and cold (see pic). Very expensive dinner for Mexicali with slow service ! For 8 people we spent more than 20.000 pesos (with wine) and no one of us satisfied.

Waited 50 minutes, only to be told it could be another 45 minutes before a table for 2 was available. During the wait. I watched as 4 hostesses, verified 1 take out order which may have been incorrect, for a timeline of about 20 minutes. This was done by opening the food containers and shuffling containers from one bag to another. Final out come after about 20 minutes, order was hand given to the awaiting customer (who was admirable for accepting) . A remainder of the original order was taken by 1 hostess to I 'assume' the kitchen. At that moment I knew, Palominos, was not worth the wait for me and exited.

The food is too pricey for what we got we got the parrillada, they only serve this plate with some onions and a few potatoes we have to order an extra plate because the rib eye was only fat. We have to order some guacamole and salad for sides; at the end we paid close to $400 dollars and we didn’t feel satisfied. We never will back again 😝

Extremely disappointing experience. We were told the wait would be around 40 minutes. After waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes, I asked again and was told it would be another hour. That’s not a delay — that’s lying about wait times. I had kids with me, they were starving, and there was zero concern or accountability. When I said we had to leave, the response was simply “ok”. No apology. No attempt to fix it. Nothing. Clearly, customers’ time does not matter here. To make it worse, I heard other people leaving saying they had been there for about 6 hours. That’s completely unacceptable for any restaurant. If you can’t manage your wait times, be honest from the start. Don’t trap families in false promises and waste hours of their day. We left hungry and frustrated, and we won’t be coming back.

I went for valentine’s day , I had the worse experience ever. We try ordering food and they said they ran out of everything. So as my waiter left. We immediately canceled our order and he had the nerve to get upset and say oh i can’t cancel it. I said you sure can, it’s only been 30 seconds and you’re still at the screen. The waiter was so rude after that he ignore us . we just payed for our drinks and left. plus they sat us on time and we made reservations 2 months prior. So why would they sit us on the ugly area. never again will i go back .

The interior looks very luxurious , very well put together with wine bottles stack up on glass displays. The food, very disappointing , if you order the prime steak they will give you a chuck steak. So paying for 600 gram steak at $70 dollars is very deceiving. Overall the presentation of the food looks good but price , not worth it and the cuts are not 1 inch tick not even close to a porter house steak. Better to order the Tomahawk steak at least you know is not a chuck steak.
