The flavor of the salsas makes the food good, but the flautas are barely filled and very expensive for what they offer. A tortilla with just a little bit of filling shouldn't cost that much. The place is gloomy; it looks closed from the outside, and it was empty inside, and it felt like it was closed too. I ate next to the delivery motorcycle parked inside. If you want more salsa, they charge you for more cream, etc. The combo meals have no variety. I hadn't been there in a long time, and I don't think I'll be going back.

They're very good flautas. Unlike the classic tortilla wraps, these have a good amount of filling and use a very large tortilla. The salsas are very good. They're served with plenty of sour cream and cheese, without cabbage. They're great for taking home. They also offer home delivery.

I've been to this place twice. The first time I arrived, ordered, and paid, there was no one else there but me, and the guys who served me were playing around and chatting amongst themselves. They had the music as loud as if it were a club, and they took as long as if it were full to give me my order. The second time was the same, there was no one there. I arrived, ordered, and paid (to go). This time a girl and a woman served me. After a while, two more people arrived and were served before me, and they still took a long time to give me my order. It was bad. They're not like the typical flautas we're used to, but they're good. It's just that their employees make it not worth it, honestly. 2nd and last chance.

Hasta el día de hoy nunca había tenido queja alguna del exelente servicio de este establecimiento pero el día de hoy hice un pedido se me dijo una hora y llego 35 minutos tarde y lo peor de todo que el mequetrefe que me las con muchos huevos me pita con insistencia y me acelera la moto para que me apure cuando salí de inmediato, todavía que llega tarde el muy imbesil, que decepcionante para este establecimiento

Las flautas estaban un punto menos que carbon!😠 el lugar lleno de humo y olor a aceite quemado no nos pudimos acabar la comida! Y para que reclamar, cobran por adelantado!😠 ya no es lo que era antes, solo la fama les quedó!

pesimo servicio, hablas y ni siquiera dices algo cuando ya te estan negando el servicio a domicilio. Es una pena que un negocio de años se vea cada vez peor tanto en este aspecto como en la gente que contratan tan grosera y nefasta. seleccione una estrella no porque lo merezcan sino porque solo asi se puede publicar.

Las larguchona no estaban doradas al 100 ya que parecía tortilla mojada y una de las cajeras jovencita que era la encargada muy prepotente ya que no quería cobrarme por qué mi tarjeta no traía chip.. pero barra lectora sii decía q no servía le insistí q yo tuve q pasar mi tarjeta y apenas así me cobró ..

En el horario dice que abren a las 10:00 am, llegue a las 11:00 am y me dijeron que hoy abrirían hasta las 12:00 pm.

The bad reviews I give are few and far between, but you've earned them! Please address the San Marcos branch's hours... Google says 10 a.m. (which is a lie), and the branch has a sign that says they open at 12 p.m. I arrived at 12 p.m., and the person at the counter told me "we open at 12:20 p.m." Haha, the challenge is guessing what time they open. Some administration and organization classes wouldn't hurt.
