By far the best smoothie king i have ever been to I will definitely come again, Aliya was the finest worker and she was so nice, patient, and kind. She helped find the perfect smoothie.

I was nervous to be a pain as I had lots of questions about the smoothies. I was welcomed kindly by Marcos who walked me through the options. He was patient and smiling which is rare nowadays. I ended up getting the Gladitor smoothie with a couple substitutes and it was delicious!

I’ve been coming to the Miami Beach Smoothie King for over five years. I’m there every single day. The people are so friendly. My order that I order on the mobile app is always ready when I get there and it’s so delicious and healthy. I love it so much I thought about buying a Smoothie King for myself if you haven’t gone to the one on Alton Road in Miami Beach, tried it for yourself.

Im not from miami beach so when i first walked it I was shocked. A girl named Olivia served me and her energy was greatly appreciated. She helped me choose out a smoothie flavor that i could share with my kids. Olivia if you’re reading this, thank you so so much!!!

First time and I can say that açaí has been one of my favorites in Miami by far, and instead of the top being peanut butter, this one is with chocolate.

Excellent place but I won't go back because their landlord is scamming people. They are mailing tickets to people try to exploit them about 'parking tickets'. Smoothie King, please ask your landlord to stop this scam as it's hurting your business. Attached picture from a resident.

I always get the same thing and was looking to try something different. The girl seemed nice but she quickly got very impatient with me as I let two people go ahead of me and still was deciding. I was more than respectful and she was barking at me saying are you ready yet? I need to order and there’s 20 minutes to close. I told her you don’t have to be like that and she kind of threw a fit saying she has so much to do. That’s not how you treat a customer and that’s not the experience I expect to have from Smoothie King. I gave her an opportunity to make it right, but I decided not to get a smoothie and go across the street elsewhere. Disappointed in my Miami Beach smoothie king experience tonight.

I had a very bad experience here. The lady who helped me was extremely rude when I asked her a few simple questions. She clearly has serious attitude problems, and I felt very uncomfortable with the way she treated me. On top of that, she did not use gloves, which made me feel even worse about the service. Overall, I left feeling upset and disappointed, and I definitely did not appreciate the way I was treated.

This location is absolutely awful, the staff is completely incompetent. I’ve tried to give it a couple chances because I use UPS services weekly and this Smoothie King is right next door. This will be my last time. EVERY time I have been here they have had to remake my smoothie because they cannot follow simple instructions. I have an allergy to bananas so I ask for them to leave them out due to the allergy and EVERY time they put bananas in and they have to remake it. This last I had a reaction because I drank some and the girl actually argued with me over what I told her my allergy was. I love this franchise but they need to review this particular location and go over some more training and customer service practices with their staff. Very disappointing. January 29th 2026

Seems that I was mostly bothering her perfect day doing nothing. Such a shame. The smoothie king concept used to be great (was going at the Miami downtown one which was always top notch.) But it sesms that the Miami Beach one has gone down. Not sure if I'll get a smoothie back home but I will wait 🤣🤣😅 (forever it seems) And the place was empty as you can see in the pictures.
